This is a great Dunkin. They had a great grasp of everything that needs to be done to keep it movin' Starting to see the new tap system in many upgraded Dunkin locations and this is one of them. They seem to be doing some lite renovations and upgrades and it's looking good. This location also has a modest parking lot and shares the lot with several retailers. Overall, when I need a quick shot of espresso and I'm in this area, this is a great spot.

Coffee and avocado toast was good, but the customer service was non existent. He never greeted me when I walked to the counter. He just stood there with this uninterested look on his face. I said "thank you", he never said "you're welcome" or anything, he just turned away.

Whether coffee is made good depends on the day and the servers. Always beggers outside asking for money as you enter and leave.

The service is slow. There are a FEW good workers in there that get the brunt of the work because of the other workers ignore you and that's why service is slow. There is one woman in particular who will ignore you and not respond to your request of picking up a mobile order that is literally packed waiting for pick-up. I gave her my order #, showed her my receipt via the app on my phone and she turned around and continued to make a NEW order for someone in the store instead of just HANDING me my order and this happened twice in a week. Another worker had to stop making the coffee or the register each time simply to hand me my order. I shouldn't have to wait 5 minutes nor yell for someone attention, just to have an order that already made to be handed to me. And don't bother calling to voice your concern to the manager because the phone just goes to voicemail.

They do not confirm their orders for 20+ minutes, they will lie to the delivery company and say the order is out for delivery when it isn't, and they will have the audacity to make the most disgusting drinks possible.

No one in this location knows what they're doing. When you try to correct them on when they make your drinks wrong, they say " Oh this is how we do it here". I ordered two six dollar breakfast meals online through the app. When I arrived only my coffees were ready. So, I sat down and waited for my food to be sent out as well. I sat there for 10 minutes watching others receive their orders and even people before me started receiving their orders. Then, I saw the cook throw out my online receipt without preparing the food that came with the drinks. So, I got up and asked her about my order and showed her the online proof. I told her what my order was. I even told another employee, who was taking orders at yhe register, what my order was. So, that's two people who heard my order. After that, the cook proceeded to ignore me and make other customers' orders. After another five minutes of standing there at the pick up area, I called out to her again and told her that I was still waiting for my order. I showed her, again, for a second time, the online receipt and said, once again, what the order was. The cook finally made my order. I was so annoyed and felt a bit disrespected at having to wait for an order I had already placed, and paid for, ahead of time. I would say, that the service isn't great but maybe it was just a today thing. It is Monday morning with four employees, two at front of house and two in back of house. I get it, but that was a ridiculous encounter. Not very professional but not terrible.

I had a severe allergic reaction after specifically telling the woman there hot chai with Almond milk. She put MILK and Almond milk!!! I did not realise rushing to work, until after drinking some of it and I started to feel really sick and looked at the label which read Milk and almond milk. That’s so NEGLIGENT!!! How can you add both types of milk? Now I’m not feeling well and would have to leave work early. I’ve contacted Dunkin who said they would escalate to the Franchise owner but no one reached out to me yet. I have attached picture of the beverage: It even looked like the milk curdled.

I place an order for Hash Browns and a wake up wrap... While waiting for order i witnessed a server drop a bake product on the floor pick it up and stuff it back into the drawer ... contaminating the other rolls in the draw. When I brought it up to her attention in front of other patrons she immediately reached back in the drawer and took out a roll and threw it in the trash. How disgusting and repulsive to know that people prepping food can be so obnoxious. I have visited this DD several times a week. When asked to speak to a Manager he's on VACATION for two monthes then when asked to speak to a Supervisor... hes at the corporate Office... this person name giving these Answers is Bubbly or close to it when asked for a refund i was. Advised we can not refund your money. No one there had authorization to do so. So I say all that to say this. These people who so easily take your money and provide par service for Overprice food reall dont deserve to be patronize with our dollars. I went to this location today and when I say it was a disappointment for a dunkin location. The place looks like it needs a cleaning and scrub down. The employee looked like he didn't shower and he wears no gloves yet he touches everything. He doesn't say not a thing. Not a hello or how are you. He sits on top the counter by the window playing with his phone and the place looks dirty as hell. I went there minutes to 6. The donut racks were pretty much empty, they looks dry and stale. Like donuts that has been sitting out for days. They floor was dirty. It looked like it hasn't been moped in years and the ones that did look ok was hard.. The employee has no manners. When I said thank you. He didn't answer me. Over all this is by far the worst experience and I will never go back to this location. Ridiculous and unacceptable

I ordered 6 donuts and instead of a box dude threw them into a bag! All of 'em on top of each other. Paid extra for whipped cream in my macchiato and they forgot....and gave me 'tude when I asked for it. The cashier had an attitude...something I rarely pay attention to but he was noticeably out of pocket. I'll be back though. 1 bad service out 10 times doesn't deter me.

Worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. As I was ordering I had a homeless man yelling while I was telling the worker my correct order. Even worse as I walked in all I see is a homeless man spitting in the floor and spreading it all over the floor. I figure I hurry and get my drink instead of listening to my instinct of getting out as quickly as possible. Instead I ordered and the worker got my order wrong so instead of telling her to change it I took the food because the homeless man was coming right up to me following me outside. If you don't mind homeless people go right ahead and come to this place. But if not then please reconsider. NEVER AGAIN !!!!
