I got the curry chicken, rice and peas, and cabbage the only thing I didnt like was the cabbage I didn't realize it was raw.

The young lady at the counter was very sweet and accommodating. Food from here was just what my life needed in that moment. We ordered the Jerk pork, Oxtail with rice and peas, cabbage and mac n cheese. Caribbean flavor through and through. I also purchased the bun and cheese. So fragrant and delicious as well.

Tender chicken and great rice and beans . Oxtail had lots of season flavor and very tender. Got oxtails sauce on top off Mac and cheese and rice which made it even better. Food was still hot when I got home 20 min later, I really liked that! Really lived up to the many reviews . Only downside is that Service is a tad slow like some reviews say. Otherwise it’s worth trip to get some great jerk chicken and oxtail .

So on Friday January 16 2026 I was in nyc I’m from New Jersey but always going to this spot to get either food or drink anyways I stoped by n so I wanted to pee so bad remind u im pregnant I ask the guy if I can use the restroom this guy don’t know his name he’s tall light skinned with his teeth all messed up in his mouth I asked him to use the restroom he’s gonna ask me if he looks like a toilet which I found very disrespectful all u had to say was we don’t have a public restroom I turned to him and n told him I always come here n I’ll never ever support this restaurant ever again he’s gonna say o he don’t care im not the only one that buys there but wait I go ask mi sister pretti don to fix unuh business ova YouTube this man is very disrespectful slow and has no customer service🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The soup “chicken pumpkin soup”here it ran my belly !!! I’m so pissed off at this place !!!! AND I WAS AT WORK Fast food never gave me a running belly I don’t eat pepper the soup full of pepper like the pepper boil till it buss in it. Me a sip and a sip at work and then boom me belly start mek noice. Thought I was bussing gas and low behold it was diarrhea! A the pepper cause it or dirty hands handle the soup. I didn’t vomit didn’t have fever thank God because that would have been classified as food poisoning according to my doctor. You need to learn to make a nice clean soup man. Never again !!!!! Watch and learn yall need some serious help because this economy is too hard to waste money on food that’s trash and running people belly because of pepper !!! Watch how bulbie make fi him soup dem !!! Unu should be ashamed. Soup should be consumable for all elderly sick old and young not for rum drinkers !!! I called they tried to tell me they don’t put pepper in the soup but what ever yall using to season the soup has pepper. Even if you do boil with a scotch bonnet never let it bust it will pepper the soup very spicy and I think that’s what happened!!! And the lack of pumpkin couldn’t even tame the pepper it was horrible !!! No yam just Irish one little Irish and small piece of choco . I didn’t want dumplings but Jesus not even a corn unu mean bad !!!

I ordered jerk chicken yesterday and the chicken was raw pink . Today I bought chicken soup and once again it’s pink. You are trying to get people sick rushing to make ya’ll food. Never again !

This is my second time ordering. The food is great but the price I paid for the portion of oxtails was not worth it why is the oxtails placed in the side dish section and the rice where there oxtails should be like come on yall know what yall doing sorry will be ordering else where bc you guys are being cheap with food and the price we’re paying is crazy

My family and I ordered from this restaurant for dinner and spent $50 and only received this (see picture) which feeds about 2 ppl. When we called to address the issue, there was no compromise or compassion for selling us these small portions at an overpriced rate. We could’ve been forgiven had the customer service been better. Do not recommend.

I come here all the time it's good late night food but last night I opened my food and there was what looks like a piece of metal brillo in the food. I'm honestly speechless thank God it was very obvious who knows how many more of these pieces were in my food or others. Especially during a pandemic you would think they'd be extra careful to not let these types of things happen. Something should be done.
