I spent almost thirty dollars to get half of a philly cheesesteak in order of cheese sticks and one cheese pizza. The meat on the cheesecake tasted like burnt rover. In addition the pizza was not cooked thoroughly all the way in was very doughy. I should've just put my money in an ashtray and set it on fire. It would have been more useful than spending this money on food from this location

This was a order for that cost $118.00 and the delivery bs was cold when it was to be a HOT ham and cheese the order was not right they made a cheese pizza when I ordered cheese bread and then they took the food to the kitchen and then brought the same food back out to me and the when they made the cheese bread the bottom of it was burnt And there was table where people was there and they had not been clean food a trays set on the table s and there was no one there when I got there and I was there for 40 minutes before another customer came in and not one person cleaned the table and there was 3 of r 4 guys and a girl there that I could see for sure

I won't ever order from Gino's pizza ever again you can tell craigo's don't own it any more quality has dropped a lot pay that much for 2 meals and pizza bread looked like it only has cheese on it, and bread was tough the spaghetti had no taste sauce was mainly water y'all should shut down yes they suck that much...

My girlfriend called in an order for a pizza bread at Gino’s in Saint Albans. It wasn’t done yet. She was asked to pull up and wait. She did then finally went inside to wait . Then Saw the girl drop her pizza bread on the floor. she told the other girl to make her a new one then almost immediately the other girl came back to the counter, called her name and was going to try to give her the piece of bread that they had dropped on the floor. My girlfriend got her money back and we will never return this is totally unacceptable!!!

Ordered a garden salad and some other things off of Doordash, Gino's employees did not give the Doordash driver my salad, after my wife argued with them to be able to pick it up ourselves instead of going through doordash for the missing item they final said we can pick it up ourselves but wanted to argue that the order was for a grilled chicken salad. Really? How much is the cost difference, a garden salad would be less in cost. This grilled chicken salad has well obviously grilled chicken which I can eat but didn't want but since they wanted to argue, I just took it but it also has not just a little bit but a massive amount of cheese and bacon. I have dietary restrictions that depend upon life and death and they serve me exactly what I can't have. I guess I'll just pick out the items I can't eat but this is ridiculous.

Over $9 for a half the size paper thin burnt mess. When asked about not being the size it should be we got excueses about how different ginos have different sizes. When told about burnt and hard as rock crust was told very huffy well I can remake it if you want. Never again will I waste my money on a paper thin tasteless burnt mess. Do yourself a favor save your money !!!! Absolutely disgusted

This Gino's just continues to go downhill. My husband and I got horrible food here a couple months ago and stopped eating there. Tonight we decided to give it another try because employees do change and thought maybe it would be better....NOPE!!!! My husband's calzone had hardly any toppings in it, was still cold inside and doughy. 35 minute wait for an $18.00 pick-up order and his food wasn't even edible!!! THAT WAS OUR LAST TIME ATTEMPTING GINO'S!!!!! The food has become disgusting!!!
