I'm so glad I discovered Lala Taqueria in Pelham! The food is delicious, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. It's clear that this is a family-owned business, and the love and care that goes into every dish is evident. I had the taco Al pastor and carnitas, and both were SO flavorful! The presentation was also really impressive - everything looked fresh and appetizing. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a family dinner or a night out with friends. Highly recommend Lala Taqueria to anyone looking for authentic, flavorful Mexican cuisine in a warm and friendly setting!

Don't pass this restaurant by. While the ambience is merely functional, the food is fresh, inviting and delicious, and the staff is incredibly nice. Among the offerings my wife and I have tried: street corn (just amazing), house salad (varied, fresh ingredients with great lemon dressing), tacos (chicken, fish, avocado and sweet potato--all very tasty), burrito and burrito bowl (creatively prepared, healthy and yummy). Again, the staff is so pleasant and welcoming. It's well worth a visit.

La La Taqueria is my favorite tacos joint in Pelham. Authentic, flavorful tacos with homemade tortillas and smokey, spicy sauces. The fish taco is crunchy and very tasty. The steak taco actually tastes like good quality meat. The tortilla chips are greaseless, correctly salted and don't break when dipped in guacamole or salsa. The prices are average. I won't be going to any other place for tacos. Highly recommend!

I don’t live in Pelham but happened upon this place when I was in the area. I will return even though it’s about 20 minutes from my home because it is that good! The clean, small, and unassuming interior seats about 6-8 people at tables for two, with a couple of tables outside as well. As I dined in I noticed the majority of traffic was for take out. The people were so nice and helpful with ordering. I learned from the woman taking our order that it is her family’s business (different family members actually create the menu, dishes, and special beverages- love that) and they also have a location in Larchmont. My friend and I each ordered a few different tacos and they were absolutely delicious. So different and so much better than the typical Tex mex places that are abundant these days. Fresh, high quality, and interesting ingredients. I’m vegetarian and loved that they a had couple of tacos that fit the bill like the Sweet potato and the Avocado (and could be made vegan upon request). They also had apps, burritos, bowls, and sides that were vegetarian/ vegan along with plenty of meat dishes. The standout though was the Crispy Eggplant Taco Special. Eggplant (prepared similar to the beer mattered mahi mahi), with guac, coconut curry, raisins, mint, peach, and manchego cheese. I can’t handle too much spice these days so I passed on the red habanero sauce. In a million years I never would have thought these ingredients go together but who ever had the idea to do it is a genius! Perfect balance of textures with sweet, savory, and spice! The avocado taco was also a standout. Perfectly ripe sliced avocado with black bean sauce, pico de gallo, queso fresco, avocado salsa, and cilantro. Although I can’t speak for it myself, my friend also loved their meat tacos. They have a nice assortment of American and Mexican soft drinks but make sure to ask about the homemade agua frescas! I couldn’t decide so they let me taste each! The hibiscus and passion fruit were amazing but I decided on the horchata, a creamy, chilled agua Fresca with hints of vanilla and cinnamon that is my new favorite beverage to go with Mexican food. I can’t wait to come back to try the mushroom quesadilla, plantains, and street corn. This is definitely a foodies delight! Forgot to take pictures of the actual food before eating!

Loved it! Super delicious, I got the LaLa Burrito with mexican rice and carne asada. The meat was tender and flavorful, the avocado salsa and side of salsa verde really helped as some extra flavor. Really great portion size for the price ($14 for the burrito + $6 extra for the carne asada) Would come back to try the other dishes. Highly recommend.

Absolutely scrumptious tacos! Always delicious no matter which I feel like eating the day I go. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. Each of their seasonal tacos are flavor bombs in your mouth and I appreciate the variety of tacos and other platters they have. In warmer weather they have outdoor seating which is very convenient. Would 10 out of 10 recommend to try at least once if you’re passing by.

Finally a good Mexican place in Pelham! Their mole is top notch as good as it can get outside of Mexico. My toddler loves their steak quesadilla and plantains. Great food and people all around.

Food is okay, tasty with a bit of spice. Didn't offer sauce for the tacos, like most places. The steak asada was fine. Friendly service. Seating is limited to two person per table and handicap accessible. Outdoor seating is also available during warmer weather. Alright for quick bite, if you're on the go.

First time trying this new local, the service and staff are excellent however, their chicken Quesadilla could use a bit more flavor, its just plain pulled chicken and unflavored cheese and did not come with any condiments on the side to enhance the flavor. I hope they can improve on this. I'll be back to try other options.
