The Rosemont is one of the best queer bars in the city. Whether you want to throw back a few beers or prefer a classic like a Manhattan or Negroni (all prepared with care by the bartender), this is a bar that has something for everyone. The back patio is a relaxed fun vibe with a truly eclectic crowd. But if a night of dancing is more your thing head inside the bar where the music is pumping and people tear up the tiny dance floor after midnight

Best Gay queer Brooklyn, in amazing parties at night and fun social events at happy hour. Drink and draw hosted Greg is favorite and Glace Chase never disappoints for bingo on Sunday.

Fun scene even on the weekdays. Great place to meet people and hang out with people you already know. Somewhat unseeming from the outside, however the inside is a party! Went here with a couple of friends for someone’s birthday and had a blast. Friendly crowd and the bar deals are actually reasonable for New York! Amazed.

Incredible vibes on Mondays. This is my second time here and absolutely love it. The team and regulars are super friendly. Killer karaoke and games! Julia and her cohosts kill the game. Highly recommend

Friendly and funny bar, particularly for LGBT people and tourists. Tasty and inexpensive bar service. Cozy place. Drag queens performances and nightclub. Moreover, it's located just to a few blocks from the metro, so it's not expensive nor difficult to arrive there. Altamente recomendable / Highly-recommended to visit if you come to New York.

Tufted banquettes, plenty of room to sit, stand, mingle, DANCE, almost unheard of outdoor space, simple but soulful decor (real art! space! clean!)... Run by NYC "nightlifers" (Troy-Mgr-AmbassadorOfCulture, Kris-Bar-PhotoArtist (SP?), Lauren-KeeperOfTheGate, Wren-Dj-Designer)... oh, you KNOW who they are ;)) who bring the lore of an ever evolving, turning, community to a completely new venue.... A new crossroads for many shared realities... WHY am I telling you this??? I want to just move in & become a fixture here too. See you soon.

A must visit if you’re looking for a welcoming queer space with great drink prices, vibes and a backyard!

First let me start by saying, I came to the Rosemont later in the night, I got my life, the drinks were reasonably priced. The music was very hit or miss and the space wasn’t the most diverse—did find a few examples tho. Space was more dive-y than I was expected and Acoustics weren’t the best.

A nice low key gay bar in Williamsburg staff is awesome just watch your step when you leave if u had more than to many lol hidden step

Great neighborhood gay bar/club if you enjoy music with lyrics, ha. Crowd is younger and the neon sign above the bathroom “[do not feed drugs to the twinks]” indicates well the majority of this queer establishment’s patrons. It’s a lot of fun, and all genders are welcome. Bathroom lines can be long, similar to most smaller queer night clubs in the area. Greta bartenders, have not had a bad experience here other than feeling like I’m too old for this. If another patron calls me daddy I will lose it, smh. Friday nights are the best. Other events throughout the week, as well.

Where is the 15% and 18% tip options go to ? I know there is custom tip, but having your bartenders holding the tab n tipsy people we wont have any time to press custom tip. We are all struggling in this big city called New York, lets bring back that 15% minimum tip not 20%.

I feel like this bar has changed so much in just a few months. It used to be internationally supportive of queers, but now I don’t know if the bar’s perspective, attitude, or business direction has shifted. The music has changed drastically — now it’s about 90% Latin. I do like Latin music, but I come to this bar because I wanted to hear more international pop hits like before. Things are different now. I think going to a bar is an investment — you spend money just to step out of your house. So if you’re planning to come here expecting to hear the kind of music and DJs this bar used to have, don’t. Go somewhere else, because this place has changed.

Got there at 10:50 it was empty and they wanted a $15 cover when on their ig said it was free before 11.

The bartender poured me less than a half of a shot when I asked for a single and hunted me down for not tiping him.

Damn I’d love to come to a spot that actually tries to help when somebody gets their phone stolen.

The coat checked guy loose my jacket and my personal belongings and they did not help me to figure it out they actually kick me out from that party and not apologized. Never going back there again.

Whoever this rude guy is needs to be fired. He was literally rude to EVERYONE who was waiting to get in last night.

used to go there all the time. one night i paid them at the door to check my coat. they gave it away to someone and couldnt recover it. the night it happened, they asked me to wait until the entire bar closed to see if someone just left it around the bar and talk to the manager. the manager gave me an incorrect number to text her to follow up. I am now having to take them to small claims court to recover $1000. i was super nice about it too, I even gave them a week to recover. they told me even if i paid them to check it, it's not their responsibility, which doesn't even make sense from a legal perspective. so just in general, really shady business practices.

The bartender didn’t want to give a tap water. If I could give a 0 I would, bc that’s just illegal. Never going back.

One of their drag queens, Merrie Cherry, attacked me and my friend with a cane purposefully during her performance then she threw a tamper tantrum and knocked off the cups from the bar. When I talked to manager he didn’t seem fazed by it at all, as if this happens on the regular. Unbelievable. They’re putting their patrons in danger letting unhinged people perform at the bar. It is not cute for anybody to act like this. Then the manager offered a single shot on the house to make up for it. A single shot. As if that makes it ok for their drag queens to attack their patrons. Will not be coming to this bar again and will advise others not to as well.

He took my card and without letting me make the transaction and even with my denial and without authorization, charged more than 20% additional. it was a robbery. and the managers, me filing the complaint... did nothing.
