Came with the family for dim sum and loved it! The dim sum selection was great, though a bit limited, but I was happy to get my favorite dish, congee. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Overall, a lovely spot for family dim sum—delicious food and welcoming service.

We recently visited the New Northern Manor for dinner. They offer a small parking lot in the rear and self-pay street parking. The restaurant can accommodate both small and large parties and is kid-friendly. However, as with many authentic Chinese restaurants, the dinning area can be quite loud. They have a live fish tank with healthy-looking fish. During our visit, king crab was priced at about $50 per pound. It was expertly prepared by steaming with garlic and ginger. The second cooking option for the King Crab was with steamed egg. Other dishes met normal standards, though they added extra beef to the Western Lake beef soup, which was different but still good. Overall, the prices were fair for the quality of food. Be aware that the wait time for a table on weekends is very long. Also they serve Dim Sum during lunch.

Dim sum experience in Little Neck. They do have dimsum on weekdays. Assuming limited varieties. Still had the typical assortment of buns and dimsum dishes. They do have a small parking lot. I find the spaces tight, so if you have a nice ride, you should opt for metered parking on the street. The staff is friendly and the food quite good. They have a small parking lot.

Good place to be for dining in dim sum. Very friendly staff and servers. Restaurant gets busy and crowded midday on weekends. We can see that many are regular or returning patrons. Enjoyed their fresh and tasty dim sum accompanied with a pot of fragrant Jasmine tea. Overall, we were quite surprised and impressed with their good quality food, drinks and polite staff. Shall definitely be coming back. 😊

It's hard to find good lunch deals anymore, especially with inflation pushing prices higher and higher. However, New Northern Manor still provides a nice lunch deal, with a main dish, soup, and spring roll, all very tasty! The dim sum lady was very sweet and was concerned I would get cold sitting near the front door, which I felt very appreciative towards her for being so caring and considerate. The food arrived in less than 5 minutes and everything tasted awesome! Highly recommend coming here for a nice warm lunch that won't break your bank! It's very spacious too so you'll definitely feel comfortable! Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

since original ZingFong is gone.... I have been trying many dimsum places, including new smaller ZingFong, but haven't found the next ZingFong to be my favorite yet. However, this isn't the level of the old ZF, but still, I think this is the best in my town (Bayside area). I appreciate I can eat this quality food within 5 mins drive range. Enjoy!

Trying it out for the first time after changing the ownership. Met some of the “old friends” waiters from the previous ownership…….a very pleasant surprise!! The food is so fresh and tasty! Well done👍. We came on Saturday 7pm… peak time so the wait is bit longer than expected.

So glad New Northern Manor is back and with nice updates made throughout the restaurant. A local favorite in the neighborhood and in my opinion, the best Cantonese family style restaurant in Queens. Semi private rooms with karaoke and tvs added to the extended spaces too. Fresh live seafood, chicken, pork, steak, noodles, fried rice, soup, vegetables and so much more. Perfect for family style dinners. Can’t wait to come back for dim sum too. Highly recommend!

Great authentic Cantonese in Little Neck. Dined here with friends on several occasions and happy to say always a great experience. They offer an extensive menu so choices are only limited to your desire & hunger, and as with any Chinese restaurant, every dish prepared quickly and brought to table within minutes. Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings are very busy. I definitely recommend making a reservation beforehand for party 4 or more.

Great Cantonese spot in Little Neck. I come here often for both dimsum and dinner. I've had good and bad experiences, but more good than bad. Their food is like the typical Cantonese food you would get at any other restaurant. The crowd all depends on the day and time. If you want their best dimsum, the weekend is the best time to go; they bring out the largest variety then, since there are more customers. For dinner, any day is fine; their food stays pretty consistent. Overall, this restaurant is a go to spot whenever I am feeling some Chinese food.

We came for dim sum on Saturday. Dim sum was delicious and fresh. We learned they have a few promotion dishes for dinner. We came back on Monday night for dinner. They have authentic Cantonese dishes, lobster noodles, soft shell crabs, lamb stew. The price was good and fair. Service was good and friendly. We are happy to find an authentic Cantonese restaurant that's close by.

I really enjoy dim sum at Northern Manor. I food is really good and the staff is excellent. Anything you do not see but want, tell the staff and they will get it.

This place is pretty good for the price!! Out of 9 dishes ordered 5 were favored among my family! Black pepper beef had really fresh and tender beef. The pepper salt pork was fried to perfection. Garlic bok choy was perfectly done. The fried flounder was fresh and perfectly cooked too. And the jellyfish appetizer was fresh and delicious!! Anyone who plans come here… I’d recommend the above dishes. They are the simplest of Cantonese dishes, which are hardest to master. And the chefs are able to perfect them. HIGHLY recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to go into NYC for good Chinese food!

This is our go to spot for a cantonese dinner. You dont have to deal with the traffic or parking issues of flushing. They sometimes have a 2 lobster special for $30. The garlic soy sauce chicken is also good here.

Classic Cantonese Dining. Serving Dim Sum at breakfast and lunch hours. Opens early (9:30am) and closes at 10pm. Their servers are friendly and speak English. The best eats are during their Dim Sum hours but do not free, their classic Hong Kong cuisine delights over lunch and dinner. Recommendations: T-Bone steak, medium rare (no other way!), The Pan Fried Noodles with choice of Protein (choose seafood medley, beef, or chicken), soft shell crabs, vegetable spring rolls, Peking Style Pork Chops, and the beef chow fun.

Came here for the Dim Sum. The pork riblets, chicken feet, beef ribs, and rice rolls were mediocre. Shrimp dumplings and beef tripe were good and the fried turnip cakes were fantastic. I would rank this restaurant higher, but three staple dishes did not rank high.

We were a large group dining at the restaurant with a reservation on a holiday weekend so we expected some delay on dishes coming out. But the delay turned out to be just way too long. We ordered 9 dishes. The first 5 dishes came out one after another during the first 30-45 minutes and then there was an almost 30 minutes wait after for 3 more. One of those 3 dishes was not what we ordered. We ordered salted fish with chicken and tofu casserole. They brought us salted fish with chicken and eggplant. The waiter "asked" with a bad attitude if we wanted to accept it. We declined since we already had another eggplant with fish casserole. Then 10 minutes later (almost 2 hours since we first ordered) we were told the veggie dish was sold out. So we opted to go with baby bak choi. Another 15 minutes went by, while we were still waiting for the last dish (the tofu casserole), the waiter brought us the check and oranges. The missing casserole was on the check! We asked for that dish to be made instead of removing it from the check since one of my friends didn't really eat the other dishes. We will not be returning. Service and attitude were sub-par. We didn't like any of the dishes. This place used to be good. Maybe it's only good for dim sum. What happened?!?

Worst dimsum place in New York. Very less options, only 2-3 dimsum cart keep turning around. I asked Manager if there is other dimsum cart here, he said yes, but still the same cart coming back and forth. It’s super limited choice here. Secondly, the food tasted really bad here, the crispy Taro ball is bland. Clam noodle doesn’t have clam meat inside. All dimsum has small portions. I don’t recommend coming and definitely not coming back again
