I recently went to Rainbow Frozen Yogurt in Apple Valley off Dales Evans Pkwy, it was a perfect day for some Frozen Yogurt. Hot, with hot winds!! I had just off work, didn't feel like eating anything hot, However wanted something very nutritious, delicious and not costly! I received all 3 of these things here. The place contained a friendly atmosphere, was clean and very professionally staffed. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves frozen yogurt to give them a try. They have a good variety of toppings, to choose from to add to your yogurt, Including healthy toppings for us people who is trying to watch the carbs or calories. I plan on going back soon, maybe I can get some pictures to share next time!!!

We are frequent visitors of Rainbow yogurt and are always treated with great service and excellent yogurt. Doug and his wife always take time out of their day no matter how busy it is to make us feel important. Thanks for the great service.

Easily the best run business in Apple Valley. Been here dozens of times over the past ten years. As a business developer I have literally never seen a more professional business. Its all about the customer in every thing they do/show/say/and share. Very few businesses in AV are well run, this one sets the bar for others to emulate.

Rainbow has the best yogurt best selection of flavors and the best customer service of all the yogurt places I've visited in the high desert. Rainbow is also the cleanest I've seen yet. Don't forget to ask about their club card when you go in🎂 New posting, after all the YEARS my wife and I have been going to rainbow for our yogurt needs I can tell you all that is written above is still true. Kewa Doug and the gang are still making the best yogurt in the cleanest store with the biggest smiles anywhere. Thanks gang😁

Took my 5yr. old son in 4 a treat & was very impressed at the cleanliness & the positive environment my son's eyes just lit up at all the FRESH fruit sat down 2 eat soooo tasty made me feel happy my son as well!! We had a great visit & gone back a few more times always a pleasure!!

Easily 5 stars. I go at least once a week. It has a great selection, it's clean, the staff are friendly and I'm glad they stayed open during these hysterical times. Dont ever get rid of cake batter.

When I walked in I was greeted, the person behind the counter took time to help a child in front of me and was super kind. The selection was pretty standard as were the toppings. Price wise they are pretty typical and well worth the money and a return trip.

The establishment is always very clean and organized! They have a good selection on yogurt and toppings . The workers are always very friendly and sweet :) shoutout to Jazmin for ringing me up today and providing good customer service! Always love the vibes in here

I live on the other side of town, but the owner of this business is always so nice, pleasant and keeps such a clean place, that it's worth my drive over to this location. His prices are so reasonable considering all the choices we have to choose from of toppings. I appreciate that he is so sanitary, especially if he sees others not caring about the customers after them, he makes sure the serving spoons are treated correctly, for those of us that need that same serving spoon. I love his music, and miss being able to sit inside. I highly recommend this store for your frozen yogurt sweet tooth. I read some of the other reviews of only 1 star,, and the bad ones seem like it was not valid on the owners part.,,, He is quite courteous. I give this place a 10, and a 2 thumbs up!!

Wife and I had a positive experience visiting this frozen yogurt location. We've always been a fan of frozen yogurt - nice to see it make it on this side of Apple Valley. The store is a little small, very limited seating. The price struck me for being a bit high versus other frozen yogurts we've been to but ... still 4 stars because everything tasted really really good. Some frozen yogurt places are really bland but the flavor is pretty intense here. There was a small selection of addons - not as much as some but not bad. Definitely a high volume location in the summer (when we went).

Went out for a treat. Got two yogurt cups for a total of $22.33....

This place is too expensive for what you get.

Needs more choices in the flavors and the pre filled containers usually have less than if you fill one yourself but always pleasant service and we still enjoy getting frozen yogurt here 😊

I would not eat anything from this place. Owner wants to serve you samples after taking cash from a customer. He never washed his hands or wore gloves, his fingers were inside the sample cups while he caried them. Then when I don't want the sample he argues with me. I'll be calling the health department. What made it worse was a female customer saying she worked for Wienerschnitzel and they do the same thing as this guy.

The first times around where good this time it was not, bad customer service. I asked for cheesecake to put some for my self and she put as much as she wanted! Didn't even ask me how much I wanted! Just not it!!

Everyone here is nice EXCEPT THE OWNER HES ALWAYS RUDE WITH KIDS ....ALWAYS TRIES TO TELL THEM ...DONT DO THAT OR DONT DO THIS OR DONT TOUCH THAT !!!! Not my kids but i saw that with the others

Extremely rude my 3 year old daughter she spilt about 5 m&ms on the floor and the old man that is the owner shook his head rolled his eyes and swept it up, like it was such a inconvenience.

I honestly feel the owner does not like kids. I try to keep my kids together and in a line and do all the serving for them every visit to avoid mess or accidental spills but this last time someone in front of us made a mess and the owner comes out and complains “well someone made a mess didn’t they” I nicely said that was there before us because I’ve served all of the topping for my kids” he then scoffs and cleans up the mess. He has been rude multiple times in the past and it’s sad to see this is the only yogurt place near us.

I went in on 8/7/24 and asked for a tub of vanilla and the girl rudely said she couldn't make it when even though a week ago I had gotten a different flavor made in a tub for an extra fee which was fine

Have been coming for years but will never go again. The past 3 times I have gone the owner has insulted my kids or someone else's. He is very rude and condescending. If you do not like kids then open a different business! From what I am told, this is a common occurrence from him and his wife. Bring back the other workers!!

Wow where can I begin, the cashier accused my daughter of making a mess (mess was already there). The owner comes out and tells me they have cameras. I was like why are you telling me this? "Because your kids made a mess", the owner exclaims Guess what, now I am not only not purchasing the 10 yogurts I already filled but I'm never coming here again I told them. Horrific customer service I've never been so embarrassed in my life. We went to Nubi's instead and guess what? It's also way cheaper!

After handing the older man who owns the place my wrinkled money, he hands it back to me and says, “I’ll let YOU straighten that out.” The audacity. I couldn’t believe the rudeness. Definitely won’t be giving him my business anymore, which is a bummer because my kids and I enjoyed that place (despite how expensive it is). I will say, the younger people he hires have always been friendly and given great service! The owner should probably takes notes from them.
