I'm so glad they're open again. They have matcha at this store, but I recommend against it. All you taste is classic syrup. Will definitely be trying something different next time I go. Had my return visit and got a white mocha frappiccino. Tastes much better. You guys are great.

Well since I have been here for over a year and a half now, I have seen great improvement! A few of the baristas know my order and are much friendlier. This is now my go to place for my coffee fix!

I would rate this Starbucks as just below average. We ate breakfast here on a trip to Apple Valley. The food wasn't heated all the way through and the staff was a little less friendly than most. They did give us a whole new sandwich when we asked for it to be heated. The center was originally very cold (not cool, but cold).

They changed their recipe on chai, not happy about that. However, Starbucks is never a good to, only in a pinch. I prefer any other coffee stop.

Got 2 Frappuccinos and waited 25-30 min. To busy. I like the one on hi way 18 better. Frappuccino was good though

Why i avoid this place. Ask for light ice, fill the cup half ways. Ask for extra sweet foam, light foam lmfao.

Ordered a cold brew with salted Carmel foam and received half a coffe, no ice, and flavorless cream. I know this is a simple drink but it was ready as soon as I got to the window, along with the utter lack of flavor, makes me think it had been sitting there from a previous order. I was in a hurry and wasn't able to wait for it to be fixed. I ended up throwing it out it tasted so bad. I also wasn't able to use my rewards on this transaction, the lady was going to have to void it and redo the whole thing.

I went to Starbucks and ordered two drinks and a cookie. Everything I ordered was made correctly, and the items themselves were good. However, my experience with the staff was very disappointing. The workers were rude and stuck up, and when I tried to use my gift card on my phone, they didn’t even scan it properly. Instead, they charged my regular card the same amount. I didn’t realize until afterward that my gift card wasn’t used, and this really upset me because this has happened to me multiple times at this location. It feels careless and frustrating, especially when I’m trying to pay a certain way. Overall, the drinks were fine, but the customer service and payment handling need serious improvement.

All theses girls are very stuck up, they have a starring problem! And it took 30min that’s long time for a drink the girls are not kind here there 7 of them, the one on bear valley rd is fast there super nice!!!! Never coming back here again

I came through drive thru on Nov. 1st, approx. 11:42 AM. My barista, I believe her name started with a Q, Qannah, or something of that sort. Colored eyes, with light brown hair was extremely rude and condescending! I was trying to order my drink as I do on the app (steamed oatmilk with add ons) she did not know what I was trying to order. I kept trying to explain to her what I wanted and how I wanted it built. She kept speaking to me in a condescending tone, telling me she didn’t know if they were going to be able to build that. When I tried to explain to her my order and what I wanted added she kept interrupting me. I just pulled forward to the window so I could physically show her my order through the app. I could hear her say “I wasn’t done hun”. So condescending and attitude filled. My dad got upset asking if it was her taking orders, and she was like “I am now”. I believed she double downed because I could visibly see her name tag. I recognized her voice, so I know it was the same rude woman taking our order. It’s just frustrating to get treated badly when you’re already spending your hard earned money in an establishment. On top of that, the med. pumpkin spice frappe I ordered tasted watered down and had barely to none pumpkin flavor or anything. I never had an issues at this location until now. So disappointing.
