Ordering on the app is so easy and the wait time varies on the time. Lunch time is a little longer wait, but if you order ahead of time by a couple hours it is ready for you when you get there. Their Sonic Blasts are amazing and they listen to the order when you add special things to it. Always love going to this sonic. Even the food taste fresh and not greasy like most places.

Visited this location because I didn't want to drive to the one by the mall. I'm use to waiting because that's just what you expect but as my family and I were waiting for our deserts it didn't take very long at all. The young man that brought out our order was very polite and as we got back in our car to leave my wife said she'd rather drive here to the Apple Valley location than go to the mall location. I will definitely be back here.

I'm not terribly big on fast food, but on this day my friend and I were driving around and he had a craving for a milkshake. So we googled where to get a good milkshake. And it recommended Sonic. I was not disappointed with their new chocolate coffee crunch. So if you're craving a good milkshake no matter what flavor you like, I would recommend stopping in at Sonic. Hope you enjoy!

This is a pretty cool place to eat. You can drive in park your car next to your own private ordering station and take your time with the menu nobody bothering you no cars behind you. We actually ordered ahead on their app for the first time and everything worked out just fine for happy hour specials.

I finally stopped at this location on my way home from shopping and I was not disappointed. I wish I would have taken photos. I got the #7, its the foot long conney dog with tater tots and a coke. Yum. So good. They actually have a variety of ways they make the #7. I was craving the conney. The staff was really nice too, that always helps especially in the heat. Next time I'm getting a slushy drink with my dog. Gotta stop by and get some good eats and a refreshing drink. It's a must.

This location is the BEST one in the High Desert! I ordered through the app and we received our order. I ordered through the app another time but for pick up at the Victorville location...waited 2 hours for a PAID order that I never received. I had decided not to ever go back to Sonic Drive-In, but then a friend told me about how nice the staff was here at the Apple Valley location. So I decided to give them a try. Thank you to the staff the waited on us. You all are awesome!

They could not get my by order on speaker. I was told to pull forrward. So everyone behind had to wait. The window person repeated my order incorrectly 6 times bit finally got it correct. Excellent sandwiches.

The service used to be good now it is lousy. They never get the orders right. We ordered shakes today. They didn't even mark the cups So we can know which ones where what flavor? When you order online, and when you get there, They take forever to bring you the food and the drinks. You call them and they don't answer. I wish I can give them 0 stars.

I admit it. I am a devoted fan of Sonic Drive-In ever since I discovered it while visiting my mother in Oklahoma years ago. I love going there in the summer for their limeade. We've tried to stop a couple of times during covid-19 and there was always a huge wait time the order from the pool through places and/or a huge line for the drive-thru. We lucked out this time and got immediate service. We'd already eaten at a friend's house so we stopped and got one of their pretzel twists and milkshakes both of which were delicious! I'm a devotee of soft pretzels and this was by far one of the best I've ever had. Penny took our order and delivered it to us in a timely manner. Great food, decent prices and good service; what more could I ask for?

The service was a little slower than I expected but, I think it was because they cooked the orders as they came in. So, it was great! The buns on the burgers were so soft and yummy. The whole burger was really good. Got a chocolate shake too and it was so thick and yummy! The whole experience was wonderful.

Stopped in randomly just for some tots and mozzarella sticks. Food was actually pretty good. Fresh and chrissy. Cheese oozing as you take a bite. Employees were nice. Just the drive thru here is a little slower and seems to always have a line. But the food was hot and fresh so I can't really complain I suppose. Lol

The drive thru is slow, but it’s to be expected. As long as you are patient and kind to the workers you will have a wonderful experience! I prefer ordering ahead on the app and parking, it’s always easier and faster. Food is always hot and cheap. You go to Sonic for a cheat day or something sweet, not fine dining people!

I love sonic but today I had ordered the #10 witch was a box that came with onion rings/chicken strips/ tater tots/ and a piece of toast with a drink, and unfortunately only got 1 single onion ring! Not 2-3 but just 1, that was disappointing and I didn’t want to complain because I was hungry and everything else was good just a little let down, the workers should pay a little more attention when packaging food. Over all good service!

Mobile orders are difficult. When two different people are doing their own mobile orders in the same vehicle the second person has to use a parking stall number that you're not in and hope that no one pulls in while you're waiting for your order. We did drive through the last time, (even though that isn't an option for pick up in the mobile order), so we didn't have to do that and it took about a half hour to get to the front.

I only come here because my daughter likes the lemonade. Otherwise the order is always seem to take forever. The food is mediocre. If it wasn't for their specialty drinks we probably wouldn't come here at all.

No drink holder. My drink fell. My fault purchased another. However, the person helping seemed upset that she had to make another drunk that I was paying for again. They didn't realize they had not given us our food and were waiting for us to leave. Never had an issue before at this Sonic. Hopefully just a one time issue. Spicy chicken slinger isn't spicy and not worth the price. Drinks are always good.

Two points to consider at this location, 1. We ordered the sonic double bacon cheeseburger and got single burgers which had to be then sent back to be redone. We ask if they could just refund our money for the difference and they told us no So we had to wait another 5 to 7 minutes for the new burgers to be cooked. Meanwhile, everybody else in the car was enjoying their meal. 2. The other part that was just amazing is they advertise their lemonade all over the building and all over their menu, and when I went to order a simple lemonade, they told us that they were out of lemonades. That's just stupid, lol.

They got the order wrong. If you ask for plain you best check that it is plain before you get home. My granddaughter couldn't eat her sandwich. And the service was pretty slow. The chery limeade is still good, though.

I haven't been here in about 3yrs. Today reminded me why. Waited almost if not more than 30min for our meal. There were some mistakes made. This place needs to hire one or two more people. KUDOS to the employees trying to keep it together just the 2 of them. I might come back for the shakes and onion rings though.

Redbull slushies are GREAT!!! NEVER get cheese Tots or fries, they just throw a NASTY slice of cheese ontop (view photo) and it's GROSS. I had to drop a star because of that.

I didn't really like talking to the automatic register. I don't like that they don't have bathrooms. I didn't realize it was nothing but eating either outside or in your car. But the food was good

Great food, fair customer service. Gone here many times and almost every time we have some sort of problem with ordering. We have pulled into a stall pressed the red button and waited for 30 minutes and started to realize people were coming and ordering and leaving before our order had been taken. We then decide to just make our order online through the app. It then asked us what stall so we enter the stall number we had already been waiting in for, at this point almost an hour. We wait another 25-30 minutes and think man our food should be done by now so we wait another 10-15 minutes thinking maybe they are busy we then get in the drive thru where we waited 20 minutes for 4 cars in front of us we get to the window and tell them our frustration and they go oh yeah we have your order right here. We pull away and park to eat and our food was kind of warm but not hot and it was just a frustrating experience with no apology or anything.

Apparently there was a car that went through the drive-thru but didn't put their order in at the speaker. They waited to go to the window. So what was supposed to be a burger and onion rings turned into a 30 minute wait behind the person who was so rude to not order at the speaker. I had to tell the guy that was collecting our money outside to just have her move into a parking spot since it was her fault we were all waiting. There were seven cars that I could see and two of them honked. It should be a process that if they can order at the speaker to take their order and have them pull into a parking spot

Staff is nice and the food is decent. BUT the shakes are watery and a huge disappointment. I ordered 5 small Oreo Shakes we sat in the car to enjoy and realized we received milk with what looked like Oreo dust. I called the location and the nice young lady explained that per corporate the small shakes get very little Oreo Dust, I asked where the Oreos were and apparently it’s blended to Dust. I’m guessing this is so people don’t realize they are getting no Oreos in their shake but scraps and paying for over priced milk. I gave them 2 stars because the staff is nice and food isn’t bad. If you want a better shake go to Jack in the box.

Food was great,The customer service was good But the wait time was outrageous 58 minutes. Then when I said something about the time I got my order and lucky I love mustard cuz they put so much on it that all I could do was laugh and I told my husband thank god’s I like mustard and I didn’t even have to request it.I will still go but only if I have a hour to wait.

After waiting a painfully long time for a mobile order, watching several cars come and go with larger orders, and being brought a spoon...just a spoon, I finally hit the red button when I noticed my name disappeared, only to be told, oh yes, we have your order, and brought out an oreo cookie dough blaster that could have barely passed as a shake it was so melted. First and possibly last time.

They never improve. The last 3 times I've gone here the service has been slow and they've gotten my order wrong. We just left the drive through, we sat at the window for about 15 minutes before someone even opened the window to say "have you been helped yet?" They handed us the wrong drinks and as we're pulling out, I check the bag to realize they gave us the wrong order. Our certain accommodations like no tomatoes on one burger or no onion on the other wasn't done. We had no straws. Never fails here.

Third visit in as many weeks. We used to frequent this store. No more. Excruciatingly slow at drive thru and it wasn't busy. Waited 30 minutes. Left the other day after waiting 20 minutes to take my patronage elsewhere for same reason. Orders are frequently incorrect as well. Minor things like forgetting the extra onions or grape in a slush. Parking lot was dirty too and lots of dead landscaping. C'mon guys!

This sonic went from me wanting to come on late night cruises, to I’d rather go across town (by the victor ville mall and I live in Apple valley) to the other sonic or rite aid for ice cream. This place went down hill and down hill fast at the end of the year in 2018 to now 2019. The drive ins are either broken are falling apart and they even taken out the other drive ins for the employees can park. Which sucks because the drive ins and drive through are on the same side so when’s it’s busy I drive right by sonic and forget about even stopping by. I rather go home to make a root beer float. How they have it set up you’d have to drive Prius and I don’t drive a Prius, I don’t live in L.A so it makes very hard to maneuver your bigger vehicles. And I don’t even want to mention the trash situation or the restroom. You better be okay with taking your trash home to get rid of the trash and using the restroom before you come to this sonic.

Pricing wasn't horrible. Food was good. Service was lacking and slow. Sat outside, they took our order at the screen/menu and then just stopped talking leaving us to wonder if we pay there or wait for them to come out. Wasn't sure if they got our entire order, since they didn't repeat it back to us. But that's all stuff I can get past I suppose. The real kicker is NO REFILLS ON SODA. We were told we'd have to buy new ones since they don't do refills. What?!

Ordered only a few drinks, placed the piece through mobile. Finding a stall to park in is harder, as they've removed a lot of stalls. I waited half an hour to get my drinks... would've been way quicker to use the drive thru.

By far the worst expirence at a sonic I have ever had. We will not be eating here again. I would give zero stars if that were an option. After ordering it took 20 minutes to recieve our food. When we finally recieved our food almost everything was cold. My wife's burger taste like the meat had gone bad. Of the food for the five of us the only thing that was hot were the jalapeño poppers even the tater tots were cold. They offered to replace the food and us not wanting to wait another 20 minutes asked for them to refund the money for the burgers that were disgusting. They told us they can't refund food that has been partially eaten.

First of all, the guy that you our order wasn't very nice. Now it's been 45 minutes sense we ordered and we still haven't gotten our drinks!!!! We already paid for them or we would have left by now!! Update - Our four drinks finally came 10 minutes later (for a total of 55 minutes) and my son's blast was completely melted! They remade it, but then added Oreos. My son, who is on the spectrum, would have nothing to do with it so we ended up throwing it away. My blast was not mixed so I had to throw it in the blender when I got home!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We ordered, waited almost 30 minutes in our car before we had to push the button to get someone to come out. Then our food was cold. Like the burgers were cold to the touch and our slushees were completely melted. When we walked in they were so non Chalant about it. I dont Usually judge because I work retail and I understand things happen but come on. This was a bit ridiculous

Never had a problem here, until today. Waited almost 40 minutes before our food came out, then we were missing items, we told them about it over the speaker & 15-20 minutes later (& I got out to talk to someone twice), we're STILL waiting for those 3 missing items. **Update** 10-15 minutes & talked to 2 more people, they brought out a cup of water & not the missing items. We ordered at around 2 pm, it is now 3:05 & we haven't eaten yet. **Final Update** I get out again at 3:10, crew leader sees me standing out there & rushes his boy out with the rest of our order. Now we can go home & eat our cold burgers with warm fries.

I waited an hour at Station #15. When my food finally arrived, I was given fries instead of tots, no catsup, and my food wasn't fresh or hot. My Blast was runny. Obviously, my food had been sitting waiting for delivery at least 10 minutes. The grease tasted old on the fries too. When I told the guy my order was wrong, he asked if I wanted him to heat it. I said you've lost my business, he said okay and walked away. I should've been given something for free due to the wait. Shame on you.

Worst place I the world, I ordered a cheeseburger meal. I paid for a cheeseburger meal. Did I get a cheeseburger meal? Nope, got a hamburger and drink with a huge side of rudeness. Called in management apologized told me for the issue with speaker 😂😂😂😂 they got it right but apparently gave the order wrong. So said I would get a meal on my next visit and she took my name down. So decided to give them another chance. Boy was I wrong, employees are still rude and can’t get an order right if their life depended on it. I decided to go to El pollo loco next door. Same price, way better food and customer service.

The wait times are so hit and miss. sometimes you wait 10 minutes, sometimes you wait an hour. What is not acceptable is the attitude and lack of common courtesy from the Staf. The drive thru cashier…. Yellow hair (literally not disrespectfully) must have really been unprepared for the rush. The behavior was what was unacceptable.. girl, you rolled your eyes when I asked for ketchup even after you forgot half my meal. The hour wait was a bummer but not the problem. The lack of customer service is ridiculous. If you don’t like your job then change it.

We went there tonight to try the new peanut butter bacon burger, the add on tv and the menu board show this amazing thick juicy burger. This burger was disgusting to say the least, it was dry and missing most burger ingredients. The fries were old, stale and cold. Two meals cost over $30 with no add-ons! Will never return nor would I ever recommend this place. Be prepared to spend at least 20+ minutes in line just waiting to pay.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. 40 minute wait the window with maybe 7 people In front of us. The girl working at the window looked extremely annoyed that she had to speak to me to take my money. Waited another 5 min at the window for 3 drinks to be made. Was handed my drinks and the window shut in my face without any eye contact, or a thank you or anything. The owners should be ashamed because every review is the same and I’m sure the workers are short staffed and in turn hate going to work which in turn makes them not care to give good service.

Very very slow 🐌 😴 customer service is the worst. Make sure your gas tank is full, your gonna be waiting for both... taking the order to delivery.

Very unhappy customer! Went here to get some drinks for me and my family in the drive-through and it took 30 minutes to get seven drinks and not only that the drive-through associate was very rude Not only did they take forever they gave us all mediums when we ordered large and refused to fix it. I am visiting from Oklahoma and all of the sonics out there have a amazing service and they would’ve offered to fix the problem they would’ve given me a large instead of making me keep what I had. I will never come here again nor will I recommend this place to anyone not even my dog! I hope the manager sees this and make some major changes maybe give them the proper training or replace them!!!!!!! They should not be getting paid $15 an hour when they don’t even know how to fill a drink In a timely manner.

They got my order wrong, they took forever even though I ordered online and showed up on time when the app said my food would be ready. They didn't even start my food before I got there, had to sit in the heat for 20 minutes, and they got my drinks wrong. And the food ain't all that great.

Eighth car in line took 1/2 hr to get to the window. When I ordered she kept messing up the order. When I finally got to the window he read my order and one of my drinks was missing. 10 minutes later I'm handed my food and then he handed me 1 of my 3 drinks. They hadn't even made them. So now I have to wait another 5 minutes. This is why this place is never busy

This Sonic staff are bringing the name of Sonic down. Went through drive-thru and they messed up with my order, then fries were cold and chewy. I asked for a refund and the supposedly manage young kid, told me to what ever I wanted to do. Yeah, I said where is my refund after 15 minutes where is still my damn refund. Yeah he’s working on the refund, I said I didn’t know it takes 20 years. This place needs either new staff or extensive new training to know how to help customers and get the food and drinks rapidly.

I wanted to stop at sonic for a quick milkshake, we pulled in and parked selected the red button as we waited another car pulled in and as we sit there wait for our order to be taken they start to take the other cars order first so ok a little irritated but fine. Then we wait finally our order is taken. My husband uses the screen to pay. As I am waiting for a simple milkshake the other car has gotten there food and gone. I'm very irritated at this point especially with a crying 10 month and since our order should have been out by now she would not be crying if we were not still sitting. Finally our order is brought out and she says you have to pay. My husband says he paid on the screen and she tells him it didn't go through so now we have to wait for you to go take our card pay and come back. So I just simply said no I don't want it. Please do better......

Drove over 30 min to get some 8 Ice Cream. Nope...no soft serve. Wanted to order spicy chicken sandwich...nope...no buns. Had to get a shake instead of a blast and the hot dog we ordered took 15 min to make. Not the first time they have been out of stuff. Never again.

Told the wife don't do it. We've gone twice, unless it's for a cherry limeade they are going to mess it up. Well she decided it's mother's day and that's what she wanted for lunch, we ordered using the app, check in when you get there it says on the app. So we get there it asks for which stall... No numbers on parking stalls, takes 45 minutes demanding a manager find out where our order is, food finally comes, worthless employee rolls his eyes as he hands us our food. Told her not to order from this dump unless it's just a drink. They should have a negative or warning star on here, for when you don't want to give any but you have to.

I love the diet cherry limeade however all the drinks are a miss or a hit. They either taste good, or overly flavored, and or terrible. Not to mention no matter what you order in person, online, or even Uber eats Even for simple drinks your waiting well over 40 mins. This place would have potential if the wait wasn't so long. Often we order or go when there is maybe 1 or 2 cars in the whole lot and it's still over a 30min wait for 2 to 3 drinks. I came from Missouri a year ago even their sonics were never this slow. I understand when you have hectic days but when you've got no one there and your still waiting over half an hour for simple drinks there's an issue. This place needs new management or something.

The owner clearly does not care about this business anymore, the employees change monthly, the wait is easily ~20 minutes if theres a single car ahead of you, only get simple food thats easy to heat or youll be disappointed. The outside lot has a lot of torn down signs, the order mic has been broken or just ignored more often than iv ever encountered in every fast food restaurant iv ever been to ever. Iv ordered drinks here hoping something simple wouldn't overcomplicate the staff but twice iv received just carbonated water. This place is only kept alive because of the older people who live around it. A great location and fast food restaurant, but so poorly managed its a 1/5, even drinks or smoothies take 10 minutes. Please don't go here, it will make you hate the high desert and i wouldn't blame you if you only visited this place.

Went to Sonic in Apple Valley Mall RI, my 4th time there. So far, I have not been able to even order anything, as I waited the first 2 times 20 minutes in a stall, and was never addressed by anyone, so I left. 3rd time, after a 40 minute wait I was able to order a hot dog and waited another 15 minutes and left after 55 minutes I could have gone home and made a whole pack of hot dogs! 4th time today, me and fam waited 35 minutes to plAce an order. Than finally chose a Whooper and 4 double cheeseburger meals, at Burger King. We left Sonic, after being completely ignored, along with 4 other cars who backed out and followed us as they had waited outside as equally as long. Sonic needs some serious help. What a disappointment!!

Worse service I’ve experienced in a long time, I was there well before they closed, sat in the drive through for 30 mins and they wouldn’t let me order. Since they have the slowest service I’ve ever experienced I got to the order menu at 10 and they shut the place down. I waited in line to see if I could still order since I was there before they closed and watched them push out food and drinks. They told me no, that they had everything shut down. Which was weird since I saw people getting drinks. The lady at the window was extremely rude, and when I asked for the manager she rolled her eyes and walked away. When the manager came up to the window she told me sorry but they had everything put away and couldn’t do anything for me. I explained to her I was in the drive through well before they closed and I didn’t understand why I couldn’t order since I was there before they closed. Gave me a story about how it was a hectic day. I would think maybe look at your lazy rude employees, and maybe make some changes. I understand you want to get home, but I don’t think you should allow people to wait in line before you close and not let them order because your crew is extremely slow. You should at least honor those who are there well before your closed, or at least send someone out to let you know. And maybe not bust out cleaning chemicals around the food that you make for people.

Ordered ahead of time before I go into work at 10am Waited half an hour with no lines or anything. I got here at 9am it’s 9:20 and I was told my employee that they don’t open until 10 But they will make my breakfast now. I plan ahead of time so I won’t be late to work but this is kinda disappointing. I don’t blame the employees but please change the times when yall open. Especially on the app. I rely on my time and order almost half an hour early to get to work in time. This location has gone down hill and it sucks because I like sonic but Train your employees better and put the right time you guys are open. Never coming back

Well I've never been to this place except for this time and I think that was a blessing from God. I wanted something small and I didn't know what they had on their menu so I pulled up and I saw that they had hot dogs and tater tots. So I ordered just a plain hot dog with relish and ketchup and a small order of the tater. I waited 9 minutes for the hot dog. I got so nervous because I could see the young lady in the back where the cook was and she looked very stressed out so when she came back to the window I asked her what was wrong and she said nothing it was just she had to wait for them to make the hot dog. So I asked her if it was unusual for people to order it was something wrong with it that they didn't have it on hand like other items on the menu. Until she said that it's not ordered very often most people order the. And I told her it was making me nervous and I felt like maybe there was something wrong with the hot dogs that nobody ordered them and that should I change my order and order something else and she said no that it was finished and that it was fine. So I get the hot dog and the tater tots and I pull over to check the order. I am not exaggerating the hot dog was two inches shorter than the bun and it was ice cold. Like right out of the refrigerator ice. I was so sad. Couldn't go back because I was late. Won't go there ever.

On Sunday 12-3-23, They had some kid who claimed to be manager running the evening shift. She was very rude and very unprofessional. She even lied to me saying that she had no boss. The issue is this, I was in drive through and they forgot a sandwich. No big deal, it happens. I pulled to the stall and explained they had forgotten party of my order. It took them about 25 min to make a sandwhich. I asked them if they would take back my ice cream and make new since I waited so long. The “manager” kid got very upset at this. She screamed at me because I wanted something fixed. She took another 10 min to get ice cream. How do you guys have a 20 year old running your business? I’m very disappointed. Sadly you guys won’t do anything about it.

Waited atleast 30 mins in the drive thru to receive attitudes from the staff, they were so rude!! The food was not only cold but tasted old like it had been sitting for hours . Do not waste your money here, go anywhere else beside here. This place is a joke and should be shut down .

My experience today was like everyone else I just read. Horrible wait time and food was awful. Only 2 customers ahead of me, 30 minutes. I can get through In-n-Out during rush hour unless time and get better food for less $. The franchisee obviously has no background in the food business or customer service as this has apparently been going on for a long time and Sonic Corp has done nothing in spite of all the complaints. I'm done with Sonic. ALL of them.

Just the worst dont waste your hard earned money here. If I could give 0 stars I would. Long wait I can get over it but the food quality is disturbingly bad. Over cooked, dry and tiny. Fries tasted like day old and refried. Chicken tenders were overcooked border line burnt and tiny.

Pulled up at the drive thru to order a few shakes and slushies and ask the girl for help for the type of flavors you guys had to offer and she had an attitude and stated that there was a menu outside to look for it ourselves.I don't believe this is the proper way to handle customer service even after I spent over $47!

Service is so close. Have only 1 employee helping everyone. I ordered my food to be ready at 630pm. And I didn't get it until 7pm waited 30min when I ordered in advance so I don't have to wait.. not happy at all 😔

Fries are the worst I've ever had in 44 years of living on this earth, the cheese cake oreo shake I ordered had some clear liquid that settled on the bottom of the cup just within the time it took to drive home (about 10 minutes) it tasted like it was expired milk spent almost 60 dollars for myself and my 2 children for worst fast food I've had in as far as I can remember.. they also forgot my tater tots..

This location has truly given the Sonics brand a very disheartening and disturbing customer service experience. I came to this location during my lunch break today to order the #6 with a strawberry limeade drink. I have never had this particular drink and decided to give it a try. I took ONE SIP and quickly decided it was not for me or what I expected. I then tried to return the drink and one of the ladies working inside informed me that we ARE NOT able to exchange the drink just because you DO NOT like it. And we can ONLY make you another of the SAME drink ONLY if the drink is flat. I found this to be very inconsiderate LACKING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!!! I have NEVER heard of any kind of restaurant stating such a thing and I am OVER 40yrs young with deploying around the world 3xs in the US Navy. Not even in all the BARS I have partaken alcoholic drinks foreign nor domestic has the words NO EXCHANGING a drink when the container is obviously full and not to a customer’s preference or liking. What an eye opener and I WILL NOT be back to this SONICS nor will my wife and kids. And I will be spreading the word to our friends and extended family NEVER TO COME HERE…. SMH

They raise minimum wage to $20/hour. They raise all the prices on the menu. AND, service is the worst in the high desert. I just spent 30+minutes in drive thru for 2 slushies that I wasn't close to getting with 3 cars still in front of me. I left. No reason to go back. I wasted my lunch break and gas. I'll go somewhere else from now on.

I ordered two of the Buttery garlic bacon cheese burgers and tater tots. The service was good but the food absolutely sucked. Both burgers were covered with oil which I can only guess came from the tots. We paid extra to get grilled onions on them, which it did not have and the cheese on one burger wasn’t even on the burger. We got oil all over our hands and pants while we attempted to eat these very disappointing burgers and the tots were cold. Normally I enjoy Sonic’s food. I’m really not sure if I’ll ever be back.

Very disappointed in the service. I pull up to the drive-thru and ask how much the Sonic smasher combo is and the lady proceeds to tell me that she doesn't know the price. I am in a Drive-Thru trying to decide between the burger by itself or the combo and she couldn't simply put the order in the register to tell me what my total would be. Her snarky attitude in her tone didn't help at all I just drove away instead.

Sat in there parking lot area waiting for 25 minutes waiting for 2 slushes turns out they forgot about my order and wanted me to go back to my car and someone would be with me shortly to take my order again! The drive thru people were only ones they were focused on. Horrible customer service, no manager would step up and address the issue! Watched others leave. That were parked and waiting as well. Everyone in there needs to be fired or all need re-training at bare minimum! Will not go back to this business

We come to this sonic frequently because you can’t beat the ice cream, but the service and turnaround time is god awful. Tonight we placed an order for x1 Large Oreo cheesecake shake and x1 Route 44 Diet Coke. A relatively easy order that took them 40 minutes to bring out. 40. We got no sincere apology regarding the incident and nothing to compensate us for our time. We placed the order online and it said it should be done within 10 minutes. They even confirmed the order in the app and said it was done before it was brought out to us making it show up as a “past order.” We pressed the red button to get their attention as we were parked up, and no response. Completely ignored us. It took one of us walking up for them to quickly bring out our drinks, and immediately after that the “Red button activated” sign was gone, meaning right after they handed it out, completely dismissing us. I love the ice cream here, the time and turnaround isn’t worth it. And in the time we’ve come here, there’s only ever been one maybe two decent employees. Huge lack of work ethic and decency at this place.

Broken kiosks and burnt out lights. Understaffed? Placed an online order for $10, arrived on time and checked in, it's been 20 minutes and no one has come out of the building to any of the vehicles parked waiting. No restroom available. Then food comes out with half items cold, missing sauces. Young server girl was quiet , not rude, so what's up SONIC managers??

And when I reached out to customer service through the app, they told me they cannot issue out refunds and promise me a coupon that never showed app on my account.

I waited for 10 minutes after I pushed the red button to look up and see others leaving the left before me. To see that the red bar was no longer lit up. So I pushed it again and proceeded to wait 20 more minutes after paying for total wait time of 30 minutes for five drinks. I’ll go out to Victorville next time. That’s ridiculous.

Food is good but the wait is always bad. Today I got there ordered on the app before arriving like always. Once I checked in at #20 it took 30 mins till I pushed the button to check on my order. Many other cars came and went before me. Then 10mins later I watch the girl make my slushes and bring out our food. Once getting my food it was room temperature and no longer hot. I like Sonic’s but the wait always makes me second guess going. This site needs help with the queue and different types of orders.

Avoid this place!!!!!!! Further update. Wasted even more time. Contacted Ted them again. I found one of the receipts online but other one wasn't showing as little older since have been trying to contact them. Still no help. Nothing handled. Said I would have to wait for word from store. As usual. No response. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Useless. I never leave a one star feedback unless they have gone out of their way to upset me or other customers I have seen. This is a follow up after I got the response from the owner. I did as they asked and went in and sent the info there again. Pure lack of customer service. They want me to go back now and search for receipts. I told them they have the info and I had already sent the info on both occasions after the problem. The lady Alesha refused to help or do anything. This is a company that doesnt stand behind their product, It wasnt like I said there was an issue with $30 in food. They are upsetting customers over a grilled cheese that wasnt cooked and a few corn dod=gs that were over cooked in old grease. I am torn as I usually like sonic when the food is cooked and done right. The problem comes it isn't always done right. Like a grilled cheese on cold ungrilled white bread, or corn dogs that over cooked in old grease. I have twice asked to be contacted and never hear anything. Plus if you order ahead of time on the app to have your food ready. You still end up waiting for it. They have also gone away from the foam cups that keep your drink colder.

On Saturday May 10 at around 3pm I drove up to stall 14 and a girl took my order. I then waited for over 30 minutes and no one came with my order and payment. I push the button again and a guy answered he stated he did not have my order so I told him to cancel because I been waiting for 30 min. As I was backing up he got my attention through speaker box that they had my order he charged my card. When he brought what thought was my order it was the wrong order.. I told him to refund me because I been waiting. He took back the food .

In the drive-through line for over 20 minutes waiting to get three drinks. I’ve never seen a place this slow! They should take lessons from McDonald’s on how things are supposed to be done in a speedy manner. I tried calling the 888 number to complain in the line is no longer in service! Tried the new Peanut butter bacon cheeseburger! The pictures made me want to try it but This Sonic is garbage! Long wait behind 1 car then another 10+ minute wait at the window. The burger was flat and looked nothing like the pictures, maybe a little smudge of peanut butter in the middle but that was it... buns, cheese, patty with a little bit of bacon and a smudge of peanut butter... I even added fries to make it a little thicker

My mother and I were hungry so we decided to try this place and have the food delivered. The fries look old and crunchy, void of flavor, and I'm not even sure if they are safe to eat. My mother order a small onion ring, it's a little over $3, she got 3 small rings. The burger was ok, but I'm still hungry. Don't waste your money here, there is an El Pollo Loco next door and a Burger King up the street, you have better options. If this is type of food they are going to serve (see photo) I won't even trust their drinks now.

I was just there tonight which is January 3rd 2023 and the popcorn chicken was nothing but fried disgusting overcooked crunchy crunch there was no chicken and any of it and my got one of the new onion and steak burgers or whatever it is the bacon and there's no meat on it no none! I tried to call and nobody answers the phone and I didn't keep my receipt unfortunately but I want my money back. Ridiculous will never eat there again but I will go get my money!

We have tried this sonics 3 times and each time is the same. Twice I have ordered chili cheese tater tots and they charge me for them and I get regular tater tots. The veggies always look and taste old. I don't usually like to leave bad reviews but this is a 3 for 3 that they get our orders wrong and did not taste the best. We love sonics and when we moved up here we were glad to have one close to us but this sonics just didn't taste like the sonics we have had.

It was HORRIBLE. First off, I ordered Chilli cheese tots. They charged my card then tell me they are out of chilli. So they removed half of the menu options for a replacement. I settled for broccoli tots, which were not the same price, no refund given. Then the chicken sandwich looked like it was old, greasy and refried multiple times. We tossed it. Worst experience ever.
