Just ordered from Grubhub and I am glad I did! Sushi was fresh, very tender and not fishy at all. Miso soup was still hot when it arrived, it came very quickly. Very satisfied with my delivery tonight. Thank you! P.S THANK YOU for not putting the hot soup in the same bag with the chilled sushi. The consideration is much appreciated.

The fact that this place is open on New Year’s Day this late and took me and my girlfriend in means a lot to me. Food was great and service was even better, 10/10 spot.

The owner is always super friendly and the food is good. We leave feeling full and the food is fairly priced! The waitress usually offers us hot tea, on the house, which is very nice and helps in the cold weather. If you can, go in person. Going in person here is such a more satisfying experience than over paying a delivery app with a bunch of fees. Great service. Great food. Great value. Can’t ask for much more!

I love this restaurant and I love the staff they are so friendly and very professional. The food is delicious and they have a great variety of many options. The food is always hot and very fresh. I order every week. The delivery is also extremely quick and they are open late. Some of the best Japanese food I have ever had, very delicious. Everything on the menu is good. My favorites include the chicken teriyaki, shrimp teriyaki, rock shrimp, Snow mountain roll, chicken fried rice, kani salad, chicken katsu, dragon roll, fried bun, fried shrimp shumai, California roll..... so much to choose from you will definitely not be disappointed.

The rolls used to be good, but lately it seems like some of the fish in the rolls like salmon and tuna are now pretty tough and hard to bite. I don't know if it's because it's still half-frozen or poor quality fish or worse preparation/cooking. It's sad, because they used to come soft and tender. Please fix it, Tendo.

i ordered four philadelphia rolls. instead of avocado, they put onion in all of them. they could've told me that they didn't have avocado, so i could've chosen something else. too bad i noticed that they had onion when i got home, so i can't make a complaint. it tasted good though, but i would've liked to eat what i've paid for. not coming back.

After asking for updates on my food i was told 5 minutes to arrival and it is now way past that. Then I call back Asian Lady gives attitude over the phone, when you ask for updates on your food again I ordered my food at 12pm and it is now 1:45pm and I am still waiting. This place needs new staff.

The raw fish wasn't fresh, tasted aweful. We ordered chirashi sushi, the tuna pieces were greyish in color, yellow tail didn't taste good either and me and my friend couldn't eat it, miso soup wasn't hot and too sweet, had to have it replaced. The rolls were ok, but service was super slow even if we were the only customers there. I never had to leave a negative reference before and I've been to a lot of sushi restaurants but this place really disappointed me. I didn't feel good the next day either.

Also they will not take our call or any calls, but they did help themselves to processing our $$. but have delivered nothing. If they would at least take a phone call this would help. There are plenty other sushi spots to order from that take calls when they make mistakes.

Ordered through UberEats, noticed that the options look different with regards to delivery - This apparently means that they use UberEats, but they use their own delivery driver, so you dont get a definite time for delivery, you get a 20 minute time frame. We were supposed to get our food between 235-255, some guy was coming up the stairs with what looked to be a bag of food around 310, then he suddenly disappeared. No food, no response, you cant call the restaurant, no one answers. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, Based on the other reviews I am seeing, it seems that this has become a constant issue and maybe the nasty delivery guy is trying to run the business to the ground. Either way, will no longer be my problem. They have lost our whole team for good!

When I called the restaurant to let them know that wasn’t okay, instead of the lady understanding, she told me to do pick up next time if it bothered me. Definitely will be the last time I ever order from there.

If I could give this place a Zero star I would, I ordered from here on UberEats, the delivery guy calls me that he's downstairs I say "okay can you please leave on my steps I'm coming down now to get it", he tells me "Yes, okay", I go downstairs and my food is nowhere to be seen, I call the delivery guy multiple times, no answer, so I then call the restaurant and explain the situation, keep in mind I am a very nice person that doesn't like conflict but this lady was being very rude over the phone saying it is not her problem and that I didn't answer the phone when I clearly did speak to the delivery guy, she hung up on me multiple times and said it's my fault and that I should never order from her restaurant again, I also put the option on UberEats to "LEAVE AT DOOR", about 15 minutes of her yelling at me through the phone, the delivery guy randomly shows up and says "here take it" and basically throws the food at my friend and i, he was very unprofessional and rude to both of us and drove away. This was the worst and only experience I've ever had like this, I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO EITHER.

Sushi was so great and delicious but the delivery man was crazy. As I said in instruction “Please leave it by the door and don’t ring the bell”, he called me and screaming like crazy. The delivery was direct ordered by Tendo Sushi website “Beyond Menu”. I was feeling shocked when he didn’t stop screaming “Delivery, what hello you saying” and scream like crazy all the time. I don’t really understand what kind of person was him. But I was feeling like threatened. Someone has to work with those kind of people. This is not normal man. Treating customers like that, it’s not normal. Never again. I will never order again because I really feel afraid of ordering again. Delivery 0 point.
