Management was amazing they really made sure we were taken care off. Our daughter enjoyed the game room and the bonus wheel at the beginning, food was fine and the bar area was so comfortable.

So fun and great drinks!! Never a bad time! Love this place and have so many memories there!

Our son wanted to go here for his 8th birthday. It was a nice place. Staff were lovely. It was super clean. Food was meh. Games were cute, but selection wasn't what we'd hoped for (our local bowling alley has a better selection 🤷‍♀️). All in all, it was a fun family night. Would def visit again, but will adjust our expectations.

Took the family out for a night of fun. The games themselves were great. One had one minor issue but was fixed fairly quickly. I was a little disappointed in the food. For the amount it cost you didn't seem to get as much food compare to any other restaurant. I'd recommend eating somewhere else before eating there.

Dave & Buster's is an extremely fun place! The arcade games are very enjoyable and it's easy to understand how to play them. They have a good selection of prizes as well! The service really was the icing on the cake though! The waiter was very fun, jolly, polite, and funny! I would definitely go here for a birthday or just as a fun outing with friends.

I had a great experience at Dave & Buster's in Albany. The food was good and fresh, and the service was friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the variety of games and had a lot of fun. Plus, it was a perfect location to watch football on the many screens. Overall, a fun and satisfying visit!

Having a bday party is great. You don't have to bring anything as for table clothe or plates. Dave & Buster's take care of it all. clean up, no worries, they take care of it too.

Everything was good except for the Asian woman in the prize room. If you don't like your job, quit and find a new one. You don't have to be grumoy to kids because you are miserable.

Food was a 2, if I had known before hand I would had just gone for the entertainment. That is a fly on my fries . They asked if I wanted new ones or just a refund... Of course I did not want new ones, but really all you did was refund was 5$ off for the fries and didn't think I wasn't going to write a horrible review! My daughter ordered the salmon in the picture totally looks bigger than what she got, sometimes I really think restaurants try mom's that bring just kids with them SMH, just because it's a kid doesn't me you give them a smaller serving size. The Philly cheese steak should not have the would steak in it for the tiny sliver that was on trying to hide that under the mushrooms SMH. Never got asked how our food was once, it was cold, never asked about refills, oh except my cocktail that the manager slickly asked me if I wanted right after 7pm which was when the happy hour ended so my first 6$ drink my second was 11.99, yeah SMH, that was literally the only time any came to the table.so yeah food service sucks eat somewhere else first lol

Well the food was genuinely better than expected. Wait staff friendly. We were there early, 1130. It is was packed by the time we got up to play games. There is a kids menu. Kids menu was basic, no sides, large portions. The adult entree was fresh, vegetables were fresh. Chicken wings and fries, very average. Seating was clean. Great kids cups. Plenty of space. Private back room. The bathroom smelled absolutely fowl. The gaming was fine. Some broken balls in several games - bowling and fish bowl. Generally clean, but more hand sanitizer would be ideal. Worth going if early. Would never bother later in the day.

Not much of a game prize room... The points to play the game is kind of high compared to other Dave and busters... So you end up running through all your points pretty quick... But overall I had more fun than the kids... But its a nice little spot inside the mall.. I would recommend for family or adult fun

A few machines were broken or said coming soon like guitar hero that they couldn't get working next to the bar and just standing in front of tables triggered suspicion from security there, the only thing i enjoyed was the michelob ultra for $9.17. thought I was going to get asked to leave when the head security came up to me questioning me telling me guests were complaining about me standing too close to tables when i just wanted to look at sports while i was playing the pac man cabinet that accepts donations, lighting is a little too dim, hard to see where im going, almost bumped into a kid, needs to be remodeled and brightened up a lot. Things and staff need to be fixed in 2026 and the other guests too. Thanks.

This was the worst experience.... to have the girl at the desk tru and steal my son's gift card. There was $100 on the gift card and she said they're was only $50. Thank God my husband was smart enough to ask for the original gift card back. When we went to the desk later on to inquire how many tickets my son had they guy behind the desk said we had over 3000 tickets and there is $50 left on the card. I was pissed and tha k God I didn't see that girl again. How dare you try to steal from a little kid. My son got that gift card as a thank you for painting a mural for the community.... Do better Dave and Busters !!!!!

This is the worst dave and busters I’ve ever been to. I loaded up my card with 70 dollars worth of chips to play. I should’ve walked around the place before I spent my money. Pretty much every machine was errored out or it would claim to be working and then eat my chips. I probably got about 10 bucks out of the 70 worth of actually playing functioning games. I want a refund or at least all the chips reimbursed that I lost The owner responded to this review telling me to submit a form on their website. Weeks later and still no response! What a joke of a franchise

"Update" they reached out to me but since my son cant find his power play card,they didn't even respond after i told them that.Went on black friday and they had a deal games were half price. GREAT right, NO not at all. Lot of games didn't work when you tap your card but still took the credits off or just weren't running at all. Spoke with someone about getting charged and being able to play and they couldn't do anything. Spent 150$ on lunch and games for 3 people and it was very disappointing and frustrating.

We arrived just be forever 12 noon. Took us 15 minutes to be officially acknowledged. We were looked at, firestorm eye contact was made and we were at a table but ignored until a nice waiter acknowledged us and apologized. Our server was pretty bad. We had to seek her out anytime we needed anything ie water. Not a single dirty item was ever removed from the table. Only time she cared about us was the 3 times she asked us to pay out bill obviously still enjoying our time. We spend on average about 400 each visits between food and games l and this will be the last. E last visits were pretty much the same. The manager in the red shirt and Khao pants today's needs to treat his customers better. Took 45 minutes for a member of your staff to find you today I would have loved to discuss this with you vs this public post but if you dont care about your restaurant and reputation neither will I. We did like the new games only reason for stars. Updated to 1 star due to the corporate office blaming me for not talking to the manger on duty. Clearly states that I tried for 4t minutes and was ignored. Not only are the rude and uncaring at the store level, their customer service team at corporate doesn't even read the complaints after they ask you to reach out.

Absolutely the rudest bar staff I've ever witnessed. If you wanna get treated like you're experiencing a flashback scene in a movie where none of the other characters are aware of your existence, this is the place for you! I dont know what "just a barback" means but apparently it has something to do with refusing to help. We stood at the bar for 13min while 3 staff members walked by us multiple times not even making eye contact. I tried really hard to get someone to notice me and literally and genuinely nobody gave a damn. Firing your entire bar staff right before Christmas isn't even good enough to make them feel a crumb of how they made us feel that night. But not gonna lie, I wish they were all jobless and miserable for the holidays fr. Left without getting anything. Screw being ignored harder than steel.
