Great spot. I ordered pizza it was great. I would recommend to you all. It was good experience, coming back definitely.

As a native New York guy who is specific about his pizza and big on service this place hit the mark on both. We walked in about an hour before they closed and ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Pizza was great but it was the service that made it even better. First they offered a free 2 liter soda with the pizza order. Thanks! The topper was I went back while we waited to order some garlic knots and he told me they were on the house. Our daughter starts school at UAlbany in the Fall and they definitely earned a new regular customer. Thanks for the experience.

Very friendly staff! They ask if you need plates and napkins or cups! Have gotten their specials a few times now for work events and always a crowd pleaser!

Crescent Pizza is hands down my go-to spot for amazing pizza in the capital region! The crust is always perfectly crispy, but also soft, almost like bread. The sauce is flavorful, and the cheese is top-notch. You can’t go wrong with a classic cheese pizza, but their specialty pies are fire too. Can’t wait to try the Mexican Pizza! The mozzarella and ricotta calzone looks delicious, so I’ll definitely be back for that as well. Service is super fast and friendly. It’s a small, family owned business, and you can tell they care about their customers. Whether you’re grabbing takeout or dining in, you won’t be disappointed, but definitely worth it to stop in and say what’s up. 10/10!

This is a new business in Colonie. I ordered pizza and wings for takeout. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was inside. The workers are very friendly and personable. The pizza was amazing. The wings were cooked perfectly. They were not too crispy or dry, and they were not undercooked either. I highly recommend this place!

This is the best Pizza I had In a While. So Fresh So Tasty, with the right amount of crunch Staff Were very Attentive and Gave Us Exactly What we wanted. Portion Size is Great For the Price. We ordered Fried Calamari, French Fries, Pepperoni Pizza and Wings. It's Worth It.

Mashallah a halal pizza place. The Pizza is so perfect. I grew up in nyc and never liked pizza in upstate NY Albany area. The crust was so crunchy but soft at the same time. And the flavor was amazing. 15/10 recommendation!

The deal I believe was for 3 slices of pizza but the super sweet owner/manager allowed us to select 5 slices and we were on our merry way. So we picked 5 different slices and each one was delicious and fulfilling. The restaurant itself is open late so a great option for late night pizza cravings or just a yummy snack. There are about 3-4 tables available for seating in a comfy space but generally a takeout vibe. Very sweet stuff and good pizza, a great combination.

The topping distribution was satisfactory. I chose the "Extra Cheese" option for my cheese. I bought a can of Dr. Pepper (my preferred pizza beverage). X-large pizza is really nice and big. I’m not usually a triangle slice person, but these are huge! My favorite is the Chicken/Broccoli/Ranch. We also have gotten the Supreme and love that as well. Great phone etiquette, great service, and been very pleased so far. Also, $1.99 for delivery fee? Very reasonable. Give this place a try, and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

It’s clearly overrated. Pizza is normal, nothing exceptional. To be honest, I was disappointed, the flavor/taste was really below expectations. Overpriced as well.

I finally tried this pizza after hearing all the hype and reading the glowing reviews. For context, I’ve been a regular at many pizza places in the region like Paesan's, Di Fazio, Dom's, you name it, for years. The pizza is genuinely very good - leans a bit toward bar-style, but the dough is quite flavorful. I rarely finish the crust at the other places, but this one kept me going. My main issue is the salt. I ordered the Margherita, and the tomato sauce was way too salty. I don’t understand the trend of over-salting everything. Are we all trying to raise our blood pressure on purpose? btw, Margherita pizza typically uses a simple tomato sauce made from crushed or pureed tomatoes. This one obviously had extra ingredients. The amount of mozzarella was optimal. This is clearly more of a takeout spot. I wouldn’t really choose to dine in. The staff was very friendly. Will order again soon :-)

Lately I’ve been on my Google Maps kick and by that I mean heavily utilizing the navigation portion for everything. See I’m new to Albany, but not new to a good NY slice and I was absolutely craving one. By using my G-Maps, which I wish I could review because I absolutely love; I quickly located this spot. It was a short 5 min drive from where I was located.It is a well lit corner restaurant with limited parking on the side of the building. The restaurant itself is no frills;however the pizza makes up for it. I chose a veggie slice and it did not disappoint. It was filled with all the best veggies and heated up from my enjoyment.To my surprise there were also a plethora of delicious looking dessert options. Since, I like a little dessert to coincide with my dinner, I grabbed some appeasing looking baklava. If you are new to my reviews or a native, let me either give you the 411 or a refresher on me I LOVE A GOOD SWEET TREAT! Now back to the baklava. This was a satisfying sweet treat. I don’t even think my words could describe for you how good it was to me. Who knew you could grab fresh baklava from a pizza spot? Now you and I both know. So if you’re looking for some good pizza in Albany head to Crescent Pizza and grab some. Since the parking is limited I suggest ordering ahead for a quick pickup.

(It was removed by someone). It’s hard to know how many of the other reviews are accurate. Also no phone number to call to contact the business listed anywhere on their site. You can see that I have actually bought the food that I am reviewing. The whole picture was taken from inside the restaurant. This was a coupon deal coming with large cheese, six garlic knots, one 2L soda. The garlic knots were four out of five. Two of the six garlic knots were slightly doughy on the inside. A good amount of oil and Parmesan. The soda was not produced by them. They didn’t have the one I want, but that’s not against them, sometimes you get what you get. The pizza is a 3.5. It was a nice thin crust. It felt like the right amount of sauce. Not overly tomatoey but enough to support the pizza and the cheese. That’s where it’s losing some stars. Something felt off in the cheese flavor. For a one time attempt, this is what the review gets. If I go back again or get a chance to try a slice by itself, I’ll have to verify if the flavor issue is still there or not. I usually get a plain cheese and I do not add anything on top so I can taste the pizza as it was made without any embellishments. The crust itself is also very important. Can I make it through the pizza and eat the back of the crust? Some pizza’s the back of the crust is not worth it. It makes me wonder how much better or worse the pizza would be since it is masked by the sauce, cheese and potential toppings. I ate all the crust. Bottom line, I would give them a try again. There is one other new one that just opened up in the area and yet a third one that should be opening up soon as well. Lots of places to try although I still have my favorite.

I am very upset. They got the order wrong and only gave a shoulder shrug. I will not go back. Their plain cheese pizza was tasteless, only tasted like heated up mozzarella. If the person taking the order doesn’t understand what is ordered he should make sure to ask again!

We decided to support this local spot for the first time tonight based on the strong reviews. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. We ordered a Sicilian pizza with pepperoni and sausage, chicken wings, and garlic knots. The Sicilian pizza was the biggest letdown. The crust should be the star of a Sicilian, but it was very dry, chewy, and tough to eat. It tasted stale and lacked the airy, crisp texture you expect from this style. The sauce and cheese tasted low quality, and the cheese didn’t even reach the edges. The sausage didn’t resemble fresh Italian sausage — it looked and closely resembled rabbit droppings and tasted heavily processed. At $3 per topping, we expected significantly better quality. No "Italian"sausage here. The wings were also very disappointing. They were small, dry, and overcooked. At $1.50 per wing, the quality simply didn’t match the price. They were so dry that we couldn’t even finish them, which says a lot. We really wanted to like this place, especially given the high ratings, but this was the worst pizza experience we’ve had in the 6 years we’ve lived here. UPDATE: The Owner reached out and did acknowledge the bad experience and refunded my order completely. I do admire the correction and excellent customer service. For that reason I am adding back 5 stars for service and armosphere. And in increased my rating to 3 stars. They're a nice family and care about the food they put out.

Probably best pizza in our area, however, somehow celery they gave us fermented and looked pretty nasty. Please, exercise much better quality control, so this place stays around for many years to come. Update: Quality went further down. Once, we had wings with feathers still attached, which was disgusting. Finally, last time they overcooked our pizza. I'm guessing they forgot pepperoni and stuck them on later, which caused pizza to brown up and feel and taste like cardboard, while pepperoni were falling off. Time to try other places.

This is no where near a NY style pizza. Flavorless cheese and sauce. Crust was too thick. They must use a service to remove 1-3 star Google review because there are only 4 reviews under four stars.
