Food was tasty and rice and fully cooked! The coking time and delivery were super quick and the all the food was packaged correctly! Give them a try, their menu is classic and creative!

IHOP is my go-to breakfast spot — the only breakfast I could happily eat every day! Their iced coffee is hands down the best coffee, and the blueberry pancakes are amazing. I’ve also tried their strawberry waffles and Oreo waffles, and they are absolutely delicious. A perfect place for anyone who loves classic breakfast favorites done right.

I just have to give a huge shoutout to our server, Jordan Z. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we were seated, Jordan made us feel welcome and comfortable. She was consistently attentive, checking in on us just the right amount, but never intrusive, always thoughtful. She anticipated our needs, refilled drinks promptly, and made sure our food was just right. What really stood out was her professionalism and respectful demeanor. She was friendly without being overbearing, and handled everything with such grace and care that it elevated our whole dining experience. In a time when good service can be hard to come by, Jordan Z went above and beyond. IHOP is lucky to have her, and we’ll definitely be back because of the great service she provided!

Went here for a dinner date (8:00 PM) it was a very quiet, relaxing date with a helpful waitress, a short wait for our food and drinks. No complaints the portions here are always very large👍🏼 My one complaint would be the fruit bowl was definitely not fresh, I tried it, but it's just not enjoyable. I recommend for any meal, they have delicious Omelettes! My personal favorite and my regular is the spinach and mushroom omelette 😋

While in Colonie, NY, we stopped at IHOP for a meal, and it was exactly what you’d expect—classic IHOP quality food. We ordered four dishes for four people, which turned out to be a bit excessive since their portions are quite large. We didn’t factor that in while ordering, so, as usual, we ended up taking leftovers home. The food was satisfying and just as we remembered from other IHOP visits. The washrooms were alright—functional but not the cleanest. Overall, it was a typical IHOP experience: generous portions, familiar flavors, and a reliable spot for a hearty meal.

I usually have no problems coming to this location the service is almost always great! I don’t know if they hired new people but “ Shakera L “ was one of the worst servers I had in my life! I told her multiple times about what I wanted she continued to bring me out the wrong things. Whatever. The food was good as it usually is so I just tried to pay it no mind but then when I was finished and ready for the bill she brings me out the wrong bill & acts if it’s not a big deal. I’m not sure if she’s new or can’t understand common sense & English but she will be the reason I won’t return to this location! Horrible service

This is a nice IHOP. I hadn't been in a long time... because of some bad experiences. Here... Great service. Friendly staff. Manager was kinda stand-offshore when I asked for a table not a booth. Why? IDK and I don't care. The food was good. I've eaten a lot of IHOP. Honestly I feel good about this experience and I'm glad it will be the last IHOP for me. Thanks IHOP for all the memories, some great, some absolutely terrible. We're ending on a high note.

It’s been a while since my last breakfast at IHOP. It’s comforting to see that IHOP maintains its familiar breakfast service consisting of reasonably priced, sizable portions, quickly served. The only noticeable change, their Hoddle of coffee is smaller. My stack of blueberry pancakes was matched with an equally impressive stack of strawberry banana pancakes. Lessor portioned short stacks and senior (+ 55) portions are available. The usual breakfast combos are equally impressive. Our service was attentive and accommodating.

We were told that we couldn't be seated until the last member of our party had arrived. There were 3 of us. 3. It's not like they had to move tables around. When we were finally seated the place looked like a construction zone. The staff were lovely.

Stopped in at 3pm for lunch. Ordered the fisherman’s platter because they were out of chicken tenders, and French fries. What arrived was 2 pieces of fish and square potatoes, no shrimp. I complained and the server was very nice when I told her there were barely any fries in the container. This IHOP location is in serious need of attention. As soon as we walked in, we were overwhelmed by a strong smell of urine—completely unacceptable for any restaurant. We were seated directly next to the bathrooms and kitchen, where there was a constant flow of foot traffic, noise, and no sense of comfort. It felt more like sitting in a hallway than a dining area. We come from Suffolk County, Long Island, where the IHOP locations are clean, well-managed, and nothing like this. The difference in standards is extremely noticeable and disappointing. That said, our server was very nice and courteous, and the food was prepared correctly, which we appreciated. But unfortunately, those positives were overshadowed by the disturbing odor and poor layout. Corporate needs to intervene immediately to address the sanitation, environment, and overall guest experience. This location does not reflect the IHOP brand we know and trust.

Gave raw pancakes and when I was throwing up in their bathroom, one of their workers stated "wow i'm so thankful!" that's disgusting of them. Like actually that male worker is terrible. Their workers was also either arguing with each other or with a customer. Our server was kind.

The food took forever to come and even at that it looked like someone at hood restaurant put it together. Salmon was overcooked. We asked them to remake it. After 25 minutes when everyone was done eating they bring the salmon. Avoid this place if you can. Better choices are out there.

Me and my grandpa have a tradition of going to ihop every year after Christmas but this year was horrendous. First, we sat down in a dirty, crumb filled booth. Then we waited for about 15 minutes while the waitress trauma dumped on the table in the back. Then we were given a rude look when asking about where our waiter was by one of the other waitresses. Finally, after our waitress served the two tables who came in AFTER us, we were finally acknowledged for the 30 seconds it took the take our order. And lastly, 47 dollars for two people for breakfast. Looks like next year we’ll be starting a new tradition at a place that appreciates our buisness.

Attatude after I politely asked after sitting for fifteen minutes are you our waitress? She said I'll take you in the order you came in then went to to other tables that was seated after us in spite. We weren't even ask if we wanted drinks. We walked out.

I have everything one star, because honestly I don't know how the food or service or atmosphere would be. We went there for mother's Day breakfast and there were only like three or four cars in the parking lot. The entire dining room was empty but they had an entire group of people waiting to be seated. All of these people were ignored by the staff who were I'm guessing trying to cook and pack up to go orders. I asked other people in the lobby if they knew why. None of us were being seated and no one knew. The staff just pretended we were not there. I left after 5 minutes of waiting. It's really sad cuz that place was awesome in the past but this experience makes me question if I will ever try to go there again.

Last night me and my friend went around 8:20 for dine in and they said Resturent is closed currently for dine in. We ask for Togo and we clearly mention no beef or any meat in our order and finally we can home and saw the Order it has beef in that and we got upset we call the store no body answering the phone and he is strict vegetarian. Please try to avoid this place. I don’t want rate the store 0 stars.

The food I wouldn’t give my dogs. The food was just not acceptable point blank. We work hard for our money. If we wanted greasy spoon we went on North Pearl or SouthPearl. Never again I will eat at this disgusting restaurant. The entire floors in this place was like slick and slippery very hazards. I didn’t rated at all, but the waiter’s was nice personally but it was enough. For me to returned my breakfast and my poor daughter gotten sick from the food. Shame on IHOP

Here's an update. We tried again. Put our name in, the wait time, they said was 20-30 minutes. Went out to the car to get some toys for the child. When we got back inside about five minutes later, our name had been crossed off. It took quite a while for anyone to acknowledge us. When the host did come over, he got angry right away when we asked why our name had been crossed off. He said we weren't there when he called it. When asked why he said 20-30 minutes when he meant 2-3 minutes, he lied, said it had been a long time and yelled at us for being upset about this. It had literally been seven minutes by the time he came back over to talk to us. He then turned away from us and started walking away. We had no choice but to go somewhere else that actually wanted customers. He yelled after us that he didn't want our business, glad we were leaving and have a bad day. I truly couldn't believe anyone would treat any other human that way let alone customers at your job. We were sat right away as the second group there. The food took a long long time coming. The whole party got their food and mine didn't come out. I specifically ordered a drink that said free refills on the menu and asked for a refill when my food didn't come out even after everyone else had eaten half their plates, but the server said it didn't have free refills. She said she would check and left. She had time to seat and take another party's order: first drinks, then come back for food. They must have been very short staffed because she didn't come back for quite a while. When she did finally come back (without the drinks for the rest of the people at my table who did have free refills or my food), she said there were no free refills on that drink. Even though the menu clearly says there are free refills. Most of the rest of my table was about done with their food when mine finally arrived. The food was good, but not enjoyable after everyone else was finished and with no drink. The drinks finally arrived and we asked for the check. That came immediately. No waiting. She went right over and got it. The bill for four adults for breakfast was $100! The server, I think, was new and a lot of those things were out of her control. I don't blame her for the problems. She was very nice and friendly. She would have made for a great meal if they weren't seriously short staffed on a Friday night and had new misprinted menus.

I walked in there I was seated right away which is nice. I ordered quick two egg breakfast with no meat over easy with white toast with peppers onions and mushroom added to the hash browns. The server bring me wheat toast which I sent back. Then when I tried to get her attention I look straight at her she looked straight at me and then turned away. The manager had to get her to look back at me in order to come back so I can ask for hot sauce. It's not very good service plus my mushrooms on my hash browns were not cooked they tasted straight out of a can and gave me a stomach ache. I would not suggest coming here. Because on top of all that when I went to go pay for my meal the server set her own tip and expected me to pay it which was $9. She did not even deserve that.

Nobody there place smells I ordered double blueberry pancakes and they brought me out plain ones and then brought them back and put topping on them. They sucked. Home fries were shredded potatoes that smelled like magets from a rotten garbage can. Do not eat there go somewhere else.

Employees are incredibly rude. The expeditor openingly swearing at employees in front of customers. Review as a delivery driver:times are not accurate. They mark orders as ready to pickup well before they are ready. And once they find out you are a driver, they are even Ruder to you. Management should be replaced with people who actually know what they're doing.

The host, who mentioned they were the manager, was super passive aggressive. He tried to seat me and my party at the booth with heavy cushion damage. When I politely requested to be seated elsewhere, which wasn’t a big deal given that only 3-4 people were eating in the restaurant, he gave us a small monologue about how “normally we don’t do this for customers, but I’ll let you sit somewhere else because I’m a manager.” The host was also our server and made very little attempt to be responsive towards our table. He took in a family after us and was responsive towards getting their drinks and getting their menu order before us. Meanwhile we never got our drink orders. That coupled with the stench that was rising from our booth motivated us to leave. It was very clear that the host/server was being passive aggressive the whole time we were there, avoiding us for a petty reason, which was especially apparent with the small customer base that was present in the restaurant. We got up and left and passed right by him and he didn’t even acknowledge us. Customer service is not valued here, especially by this specific employee. We hadn’t gone to ihop in years and we were excited to relive our nostalgia. That excitement was met with bitter and cold service. Needless to say we won’t be returning.

I don’t know where to start my family went to monster jam on Sunday April 6,2025 we thought it would be fun to take my granddaughter to IHOP because she loves pancakes so after the show we headed to IHOP on wolf road in colonie what a mistake. The floor was so sticky and dirty the table and chairs were just as bad, they only have 2 server’s on a Sunday. The bathroom is filthy and the bathroom sink is repulsive. Our waitress should not be allowed to work there not only were her clothes filthy she had a wool hat on and a sweatshirt, it took forever for her to get to us because she was busy talking mind you there was only 4 tables with customers, when she finally came to our table your appetite is gone due to her appearance.the food was ok but the service is horrible creamer thrown on table what happened to the little bowls they usually put them in ? Left side of the restaurant that you pass through to use the restroom if that’s what you would call it is used as a hangout coats and employees personal stuff thrown about half eaten food on tables! I’m sorry but for the price of going out to eat today it is very sad that a place you went to as a kid has turned out to be a place you would never go back to. I never write reviews but I just couldn’t believe that the owner allows this . Just a heads up stay away

Terrible service. Got the order wrong then blamed us and treated us very poorly. The whole situation made us feel threatened. Will never return. You all should be embarrassed of yourselves

OMG...this place has went DOWN HILL. When we first walked in nobody said hi or welcome. As we were standing there for 3 mins waiting we finally we were seated with no silverware on the table and the waitress ready to take our order. As we're waiting for our food all you hear is the smoke detector chirping and music with a blown speaker so all you hear is bass and buzzzzzzing and the place was DIRTY. I ordered an Omlete and pancakes and the Omlete looked like a rolled burrito and the pancakes were cold. My husband ordered the Fish and they brought him FIsh and Shrimp which was fried in dirty grease, very greasy and dark (it looked like chicken tenders). When he told the waitress that's not what he ordered she tells him he can have that and she will get another fish meal. He tells her he doesn't want it and she was very RUDE saying it wasn't her that made the mistake and she's not going to argue . My husband couldn't eat the fish because of how greasy it was. No manager came over to see what the problem was...smhh. Oh and to boot it took us 20+ mins to get our food and there were only 2 tables of 2 people each. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Came in and ordered at 5:15am & still haven’t received my order & it’s currently 6:11am and still no order waiting!

Upon arrival for mid day lunch the floors where filthy and windows covered in finger prints and smudges at least five of the windows in the area we where in alone . The floors has food crumbs everywhere and deff could of used a scrubbing. When we where brought to booth the table was still dirty we asked to have table scrubbed which it whatever was on it did not really come off . The dividers where filthy. Scrunchie in seat booth and torn up booth seat. The cleaning product was left right on the window sill behind us. The omelet was dry and missing the cheese sauce and the chocolate chip pancakes tasted horrible only edible food was the grilled cheese as fries some where still raw . Lemonade kids ordered tasted stale . Honestly disgusting experience and will not be returning

This place is disgusting. The plastic the divided the both/tables had fingerprints all over it & some kind of drip marks. It was very unsanitary. We are still in the process of a pandemic & everything should be wiped down even those plastic partitions that separated the tables. The parking lot has potholes galore. When I entered the parking lot I knew this place was not going to be to my liking .... 3 staff members were all outside talking & when we went to the door is when they decided to all go back inside. They could have been cleaning those plastic partitions & made sure everything was clean. I will not be going back to this place.

My family went here today 5/9/21. for mother's day and I asked my family to bring me home a stkbrgr bacon burger and when it got to me I went to put ketchup on it and I see a kid bite teeth mark on my patty. F the chief for trying to pull a fast one & The waiter should check my food This is why I don't go out to eat.

Over charged us for the $7 by double charging us double, staff were yelling at us. This was the worst meal ever. I would expect this in Kensington in Philly but trust me this is the worst IHOP anywhere and IHOP should pull their name off the building. It's a detriment to their image.

Went for family breakfast, as a party of 8, we were sat immediately, had our order taken quickly. Then took about an hour for silverware, and close to an hour and a half for food. They said printer wasn’t working, which could very well be, but I would think they would have noticed a party of 8 sitting that long without food. Once we got our food,my cinnamon pancake looked like a giant turd was on top of it. I have posted the pic above. Food was good once we got it, and I’ve caten at several IHOP’s without issue before, but this was at best a 1star experience.

This place needs alot of work, ceiling tiles are falling down, bathroom out of service and so much more. Food was good, wait time is long.

Walked in, no one came to meet me for 10 minutes so I left. Waffle House is better than this place. Close it down and bring in the good stuff.

I went there to celebrate my birthday and the food was terrible and there was a hair in my food and the pancakes were undercooked also i seen a server spit in someone’s food.

Hello, there. Just from my experience, the food was not good. It was cold. It took a long time to come to our tables overpriced. And if I have to grade it, I would read it with a one and would tell everyone I know, do not go to IHOP. My experience was very bad there the breakfast there cost us over $200 for breakfast. For 12 people. Most of us was children, my granddaughters, fifth birthday

Walked in, the restaurant was relatively quiet. We were sat and ordered, I normally don’t leave reviews unless I’m extremely impressed or very disappointed. The service was great but they food was so bad I got food poisoning, I didn’t have anything else that day and only went here now, I find myself running to the toilet every hour. The hash browns seem to be the culprit, nasty, mushy, distasteful, hardened shell. For $45 I could go grocery shopping and make breakfast for a week, matter of fact that’s what I’m doing from now on.

Using very strong smelling cleaning sprays should be illegal/banned in restaurants. They cleaned 2 tables near me and I wanted to throw up. When I went to take a bite of my meal, I could taste it in the air. Horrible, I won't go back. Their milkshakes aren't as good as they used to be (im guessing they are either substituting cream with milk, or they are using less ice cream and more milk) T bone steak was tasty and cooked well (small but good)

My breakfast was cold they the person that was sitting us sat me and my friend in a booth seats that were too small for us one person got seated in a booth that could fit four people where he could have at least set us so we would have some room definitely not happy with the service there. Maybe they need new management definitely will not go back there for breakfast.

We got there , a broken glass in the booth’s seat cut my brother’s girlfriend’s hands, one of the waitress was kind enough to get her a plaster and that was it no one senior came to apologize or offered some sort of apology. Also there was a used kettle left on the table I was trying to get someone to take it off and it seemed as though that was a tedious task for anyone to do

The manager sits in a chair at the door yelling back and forth to all of the staff ! Can't enjoy breakfast ! The yelling is back and forth especially him and waitresses !!! I told him it was not enjoyable. Especially him yelling. He said loudly ! Thats just how we talk. You are rude ! Jumped up out of his chair and walked away from me saying your rude pointing to the door you enjoy your day !!!! At least 5 times !!!! Walking up and down the aisle saying it to other customers. While calling me rude. By the way we won't be back

Waitress was completely rude, rude to her coworkers as well. Had to send back the hash browns, they weren't cooked. The sausage links were cold, not lukewarm warm, cold. I didn’t want to send those back because when I mentioned the hashbrowns, I got stared down for asking those to be cooked properly. So I didn’t wanna be accosted for asking that the sausage be returned. Dirty, not a clean restaurant at all.
