This was our second choice for steakhouses on Wolf Road after finding the other one SO backed up with over an hour wait. We are very happy it was because the LongHorn was delicious. A table was available in the bar area so we were seated within 5 min. Drinks were ordered, food was ordered soon after, salads were served, then a nice wait between that and the main meal. We like not feeling rushed. One of the reasons we normally stay away from chains, so waiting for the main meal was fine by us. Steaks were cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned. I had a combo. The shrimp was also great. The side of brussels sprouts...OMG! I could have eaten just those. Outstanding. We will be back..
We stopped in after the airport and they let us know they were short staffed ( if that was ok ) we gave it a go ! Staff is super friendly and the food was yummy ! We got seated immediately and the food came out fast ! The waiter Mike was awesome, attentive and so knowledgeable !! Great stop ! Strawberry chicken salad was my favorite!
Great steak house! Excellent food and good service. Could be better, the host/ hostess were a bit busy flirting to seat us right away but the waitress and cook staff redeemed the service back to a 4/5
Update on my review from past visits. Went to this location on Saturday, June 16th, 2023, for dinner. This visit was not as good as my previous visit. I'm not sure if there is a new management or new cooks. But this time, I asked for a medium, well-done steak. When I got the steak, it was medium rare, hardly cooked at all. Had to send it back to get cooked longer. After it was sent back, it came back to the table the way I wanted it. Service was still as good as it was before. The seat cover was ripped, not taken care of. I looked at a few other ones as well the same thing. This seat was located behind the front desk on the right side if you were looking at the front doors. The bathrooms were messy this time as well. Toilet paper on the floor and not very clean in the stall. If you look at the fixtures around the seat area, you can see the build-up of dust on these fixtures. Sorry to say it seems like this location is not going in the right direction like it was a few years ago. Was one of my favorite places to go for a nice meal but not after this visit. Hopefully, this review will help send feedback so that you are aware of the things that I saw on my last visit. 10-17-22 update on my 1st review. I had the Longhorn steak with load potato along with a salad this time. It's still the same as the 1st review. It is very delicious with the right amount of seasoning. Cooked the way I ordered the steak to be cooked. Service again was great, just like that last time. Hands down, my favorite place to go for a steak. I would recommend that if you like steak, try this location out for sure. We had a party of seven people. The waitress was very polite. Service was very fast. Everyone had a very good meal. I had the Longhorn with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The steak was seasoned very well and cooked to order. The rest of the party said the food was really good as well. I would recommend going to this restaurant for some good steak.
Me and my husband's first time coming here, and OMG!! It was sooo good!! We were not disappointed one bit. We will be back very very soon! He had a Filet mignon and I had parmesan crusted chicken, you all beat my now second favorite place to eat. Our waitress was awesome, she explained what they had, her recommendations, and promotions that were going on. DO NOT get rid of her, waitresses like her are reasons why customers keep coming back! Her name is Skyla, she gets a 10 🌟 rating in my book!.
Wow! Food was great(the mushroom appetizer delish), everything came out great and cooked properly, the waitstaff was extra accommodating and friendly!! Really had a great time here
Really good place for a perfectly cooked steak. Our server was CJ she was really nice and knowledgeable. This was our first visit I had the the Longhorn steak(porterhouse) perfectly seasoned and cook. The filet was like butter. The Mac$cheese side was killer with little chunks of BACON. . I also had the Titos iced tea(Long Island) great flavor just wish it was a little stronger. Overall a must do. I give it 5 forks 🍴. We will definitely be coming back and and for CJ's section.
If you go on holiday weekend expect to wait an hour or more. And a lot of times you may have to wait that long. The food's and service are great.

Me and a group of friends went here for the soft opening and it was such a great experience. The staff was very friendly and informative on our entire order. As for the food, it was delicious. I would highly recommend the Mac and cheese and the onion petals. Its definitely a place where you could go on a small date or with a good size group and still have a good time
We had a very move experience and the food was really good ! I’ve gotten the garlic crusted chicken w/ mashed potatoes and crispy Brussel sprouts ! It was soooo delicious! They definitely accommodate shellfish allergy guests and I love that . I also had a large dragon fruit margarita it was so good too made me tipsy lol I DEFINITELY recommend
Tonights dinner at the Longhorn was awesome. Jose our waiter was great. Steaks cooked to perfection . A little busy but we didn't have a long wait at all . I'll be back
I generally have a good experience here, that said this was a good night. They were super careful of my allergy and was timely on getting the food out. 8/10 times they get my food out without lemon (😅im deathly allergic) the steak is always cooked perfectly tho... Does kinda stink when you bring kids that need a high chair they will only sit you at a table not booth.
This was my first time eating at LS. It was more than I expected considering I don't eat meat. The food was good (fries and shrimp) for me. And the steakhouse wings were very flavored. My family enjoyed the steak and the Mac n Cheese. The drinks were ok. Could've been a tad bit stronger but it was good. The place wasn't crowded at all. Our server and host were so pleasant and professional. I'd definitely visit again.
The service and food were great. Our server Hanna was bubbly and informative. Manager Kevin was very attentive. We went late in the day so allot of the menu was unavailable. My ONLY minor issue was with the air conditioning. It was freezing! So much so that I had to order hot water to stay warm. Please fix that.
The manager came out to introduce himself our first time there. The food was excellent! The cooks know what they are doing, and the quality of food and service has been consistently amazing!

Amazing! Excellent service and atmosphere. The ribeye was off the charts delicious and my fiancee's filet mignon was top-notch! Looked so good when it came out, I forgot to get a picture. The tonion was awesome; much better than blooming onions where not all the batter gets cooked through. The sweet potato is also a must-have! We'll be back!
Today is my first time to explore Longhorn, I thought it probably would be similar with Texas Roadhouse, and I was wrong. We ordered the signature chicken wings as starters, I was surprised to found out that the wings are so tender and juicy, well seasoned, and I barely touched the dipping sauce since the wings themselves are delicious. Make me recall the food I had in Europe. As for the main course, we ordered Ribeye and Salmon steak, strawberry salad and crispy Brussels sprouts as sides. The meats (both steak and salmon) are crispy outside and tender inside. The seasoned rice is delicious too, not much butter, with all the taste without feeling oily. And the margarita, I chose the “Perfection”, it’s truly perfect, highly recommended.
Went for my niece's birthday dinner. The staff was amazing! Best waitress I've had in a long time! For appetizers we had stuffed mushrooms and fried shrimp. Both were delicious and would order again. Everyone's dinner was fabulous... And so were th cocktails. I would highly recommend going and will return.
Came here for the first time for lunch, we got a gift card. Brittany our server/bartender was awesome, got an old fashioned which was very good we got a couple of the steakhouse burgers they were big juicy delicious however I would have it cooked a little bit more next time,my fault. Mac and cheese was good as was the spinach artichoke. Everything was very good right down to the bread no complaints at all. Thank you we will be back and asking for Brittany.
This place is like visiting Texas. The ambience is brilliant. There are so many nice frames and other artefacts that complements the atmosphere and the culinary experience. The tables and sofas are comfortable. They should fix a few that are torn though. Service is great and the staff efficient. Meals are served quickly. We had Shrimp and Lobster chowder which was amazing and followed up by Mixed greens salad and Caesar's salad with Mashed potatoes with Coke and Sprite. Those who like Steaks will love this place. Reasonably priced. Parking available.
Plenty of parking was available immediately. Our waitress started within a minute to bring us water. The food was outstanding. Could not ask for more definitely going back.
8-13-24. My first time at this restaurant. Very small bar so we sat at hightops in the bar area. NEVER recommend this move, but Texas Roadhouse was just as busy. Our lone bartender did well, but not up to my preference for service. Ribeye was delicious. HUGE side Salad with bread and rice. I highly recommend
Amazing service here! Very friendly staff and the place is super clean. Took the Crispy Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich and it is one of the best chicken sandwiches that I've ever had! They have it for $8.99 on the lunch special but even at the regular price, it's worth it. Thanks again!
Stopped here for the first time for dinner and was very impressed. The white cheddar stuffed mushrooms were absolutely phenomenal. They were so flavorful and a very unique and different appetizer than I have seen before. We ordered salads with our steak entrees. My tossed salad was like any other however my fiancés chopped ceaser was outstanding. If I were to go back I’d choose that one instead. We both ordered the New York strip. It was cooked as we requested. The meat was tender and full of flavor. My stuffed baked potato was fresh tasting and enjoyable. We had the chocolate stampede for dessert that can feed a family. It was chocolatey goodness. We brought half of it home to enjoy for dessert the next night. Our server was okay, not as friendly as we like but overall experience was nice and we’d go back.
I’ve been going to LongHorn Steakhouse for years, and they never disappoint. My wife and I went again last week with a gift card and a free appetizer coupon, but honestly, we would’ve gone anyway — it’s just that good. The steaks are always cooked to perfection. I always get the New York strip, and my wife loves the steak and shrimp combo — both fantastic. The sides and salads are fresh, and the presentation is great. You can’t beat the prices for the quality you get. The service is always friendly and consistent, and the food comes out just the way you want it. LongHorn never fails — still on top of their game after all these years.

Went for a weekday lunch with a friend while down in Albany. It was both of our 1st time here. She had a giftcard which is why we ended up here. I was expecting more of a Texas Roadhouse vibe inside, but it was much nicer. Like a fancy version of TRH. We had some delicious apps. The spinach artichoke dip was so good! We both had steak which I forgot to take pics of, and they were both good. We were surprised at how tasty everything was. I prefer non chain restaurants but this place was good and I'd recommend it.
Everything was perfect, we were given great customer service. Our waiter was friendly and kind, you could tell her really likes working with people.
This was an absolute pleasure. I’m at Longhorns for my wife’s birthday and I feel like it’s my birthday. Our waiter, Eian was so very pleasant and so kind. My steak was perfect along with my wife’s burger. I highly recommend for a great meal. My steak and her burger were medium rare. The chocolate stampede was to die for!!!
If you want a masterclass in customer service, ask for Leighann. It is clear she could work at any restaurant she chooses and probably make more money. I hope management acknowledges the value she brings to this establishment. As far as the food, for the price point, you wont get a better steak dinner. Food was ready very quickly as well. My wife and I will definitely be returning soon!
My family comes here often and I can't say enough good things about the waitress LeAnn. If you go there do yourself a favor and request her you won't be sorry. She has become a family friend and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Food was delicious as always and restaurant is clean and family friendly.
This is restaurant is amazing and the Interior is beautiful inside the place. Its very relaxing. The food was delicious and the staff was welcoming. The boss Mike came over and gave my buddy and i coupons for free apps next time we dine in. I highly recommend anyone to come try them out. Stake, seafood, chicken and rib dishes all looked good. I went to Outback, Longhorn, and Texas Roadhouse in the same week and ordered the bone-in ribeye at each location. Texas Roadhouse was the best. Longhorn was a very close second. I would not recommend Outback. Longhorn has the best interior design. Their steak knife is also really nice. Good weight in the handle.

A good place to go if you are trying to stay low carb. The steak was delicious. Sent my soup back, I don't like to re order food. My food was good but my friends food was cold. She ordered the lamb, and it came cold and unfavorable. She ordered street corn, which was an upcharge, and it came out with nothing on it, just grilled corn. We had to ask the waitress if that was right because she just put it down and was ready to walk away. It took like another hour to get our check so we could leave. It took so long to get our check that I don't think no one would've noticed if we just got up and left smh. Long story short, maybe it was the time of day idk but I won't be returning to Long Horn anytime soon. The service isn't worth the money and it wasn't clean, I could see several dirty tables.
When we walked in it smelt a little strange. Then as we were seated we had to ask for our bread and butter. Had to ask for a kids menu when it was only 1 adult and 1 child lol. The food was okay. I wanted the lamb chops but it is only a seasonal dish so i was a little disappointed about that.
I’ll be honest, my go to order at Longhorn is the Parmesan Crusted Chicken, with Brussels sprouts and a sweet potato. This Longhorn just did not execute the Parmesan Crusted Chicken that I’m used to… and I’ve tried this location more than once, but it’s just not the standard of Parmesan Crusted chicken I’m used to getting at other Longhorn’s. Service was great though.

My parents are big fans of Longhorn! Stopped into this one at 1:00 on a Monday to get a gift card for them for Christmas. Waited at the hostess station while the hostess did not greet me or other guests, then when she finally did, I asked about a gift card. She said “oh you’ll have to go to the bar for that, I obviously don’t have a register here for it” in a rather snotty tone. Went to the bar, no one was working there, numerous guests were obviously waiting to be served; when the bartender finally appeared, she didn’t even inquire who was first (it wasn’t me, but it wasn’t the people she served first either). So I left. I don’t need a Longhorn gift card that much. I’ll just go somewhere else that my parents like and get one there instead. Longhorn has great food but apparently this one does not have good service.
Tried the Rib- Eye Steak, Salad and Chowder - all of which were pretty good . However their signature item Outlaw Steak was a disaster . It was burnt outside and raw inside ( we had asked for medium well ) . We had a good server who was apologetic but the manager asked us whether he could recook the steak for us! Wasn't sure how that was going to turn out so had to decline the offer! Aa a gesture we got a dessert free. Considering the steak was 3 times the dessert - it's hard to want to come back here!
The dining room was messy. They were very busy so that can be somewhat excused. The bathroom floor was slippery, but appeared clean. Had a drink at the bar, but sent the Moscow mule back. It was made with syrup not ginger beer or fresh lime, gross. After an hour wait we were seated. They waiter was friendly and attentive. Three of our steaks were cooked perfectly one being way over. Salad was simple, but fine. The bread was good, butter seemed frozen. We were too full for dessert, but the strawberry shortcake seemed promising. All in all good food for a decent price. 200 bucks with tip and drinks for 4 people who all ordered steak. Would go back.
This was my first time. I suppose regulars already know this, but EVERYTHING was WAY too seasoned! That includes lobster tail, broccoli & potato! All had a strong steak seasoning. Strip Steak was very tough & fatty. Salads were good!

My husband and I usually love coming here especially for the good customer service and good food. Sadly this time and the time prior the food has been a flop. My husband ordered a medium rare tbone and got a tbone that looks like it should still be on the pasture.. Mine came out the correct temp but we both also got the Mac & cheese and his was cooked better than mine which looked like it needed more time. The waitress was very nice but definitely disappointed seeing this is now the second time we got let down here.
Not a great experience. Our server was definitely focused on her larger tables and could not be bothered with our table of 2. . I came here for the Outlaw ribeye and was told after we had already ordered that they had "run out" for the night, and my server chose to immediately attempt to upsell me to the most expensive steak, the porterhouse. I came here for a ribeye. I did get a boneless ribeye, but it wasn't the one thing I came for, and it was undercooked, but still okay. We saw our server only once after the food was dropped and she flew by with a quick "how's everything?" and left before my husband could tell her his burger was way more than well done, when he ordered a medium well burger. There was no flavor, it was like a hockey puck with cheese. Overall, the experience was mid at best. We wish we could have voiced our concerns while we were there but it was clear to us to our server didnt actually care about our experience. Over 15 minutes elapsed between her dropping our check off and her picking it up. We watched her greet her 10 top, take their entire drink orders and go gather all those drinks and bring them to the 10 top before even grabbing our card to pay. I won't be returning, which is such a shame because the Outlaw ribeye held such beautiful memories for me, but I dont hold much hope my next experience will be any better.
Used to love this location ...but yeah of the last 3 visits have declined rapidly. Decided to stop in for lunch today. Server was pleasant, did the basics ... Food came, burger with broccoli side ... Lunch menu is limited to say the least ... Food was decent from what I could taste through the salt. Over all meh, and unenjoyable. Will only be back if I'm in a group and they all wanna go ... Other wise my raving over the food here is over. Used to be fantastic.
waited an hour and a half for a table and that was fine it’s a saturday night. not sure if our server was overwhelmed or what but she did not have a good attitude. she snatched the menu from my hand, slammed drinks down, reached over me several times, and even got rudely loud when we said we couldn’t hear her. it took another hour and a half to receive our entree. 3 other tables she was serving including ours sent food back. that may have been a kitchen problem and not hers. we asked for the lamb chops to be med well and they came out completely burned. we asked for mac & cheese as a side and was given something else. there was trash on the top of a booth that was there the entire time we were there which was kinda gross. the check took forever to come and we had to have it fixed because they didn’t take the lamb chops off the bill even though we returned the plate. the appetizers were good but everything else was unsatisfactory. i would not return to this longhorn or any other based off this experience.
Start it off I have a party of four two of us were 5 minutes behind they sat us down and had to get up because our party wasn't there within 5 minutes. Then proceeded to order our dinner. My wife's chicken came out raw and did not receive anything to eat until after everybody was finished eating. My brother ordered a well-done steak which came out medium. Did not get my sides until 10 minutes after my food arrived was told there was no sweet potatoes so substituted for asparagus then come to find out after my wife weighs 30 minutes to get her second plate because her first plate was raw that it came out with a sweet potato. Then asked to speak with manager who seem to care less about the situation. I've been here many times before and never had this many issues but very very unpleasant experiences time and seem to be blamed on the lack of English speaking people in the kitchen. Oh and that's not good started on the lack of cleaning the lights at the tables they look like they have not been dusted since they open.
The food was not bad however all the rest was a disaster. The waiter has taken my credit card and disappeared for 10minutes. In a civilized world waiter should never touch customers’ credit card. The place was dirty. There were dirty tissues laying on the floor, the waiters were passing by and nobody reacted. I got a table which was dirty and sticky.
First let me be very clear that my hostess was absolutely wonderful , however everything else was definitely subpar. I honestly can't give it one star, my wife's meal turned out very good and my vegetables were okay, I ordered a steak medium rare it came out blue rare, and overall housekeeping in the restaurant was very poor at the time. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, smelled bad, which I get may be the result of the last Patron that went in the bathroom but this one was clearly from lack of upkeep. Same with the floor and tables in the dining area, debris on the carpet, and the tables could have been much cleaner. I try very hard to be objective and consider crowd volume and things like that, we were in earlier in the evening before it got busy so there was no excuse. I will possibly try it again and update my review.
Our waitress was great despite being overwhelmed with tables. Unfortunately, beyond her service, this was the worst experience we’ve had at a LongHorn Steakhouse. The steak was gristly, the vegetables were overcooked, the fries were cold, and the lobster tail amounted to only a few tiny bites of meat. The mac and cheese side I paid extra for was completely bland. The only decent items were the Texas Tonion appetizer and the free bread. The atmosphere was loud and chaotic. We couldn't even have a conversation. To make matters worse, someone came into the bathroom and vomited, and after our meal I began feeling sick myself. My husband and I will not be back.
We have been to a few Longhorn Steakhouses, and been satisfied. This one was a huge disappointment. My rib eye, which is supposed to be well marbled, did not look or taste like a rib eye. As someone else mentioned Medium Well is suppose to have a warm PINK center. Very seldom have I ordered medium well and it comes out pink. This one was medium, and almost rare. I didn't send it back. As noted the service was 2 star. People have listed the three well known steakhouses. Outback is the best for steak and atmosphere, Texas Roadhouse is second, but way too loud, Longhorn is last on the list, in my opinion. Before our visit here I would place them as almost equal.
Not impressed at all. Waited 15 min for a waiter to even acknowledge the table. No it was not busy at the time we sat. Multiple tables were seated after us and were being served. Once acknowledged placed our order and waiter says I'll have bread for you right out. Appetizer came, salad came, still no bread. OK no big deal. Here comes the meal. Steaks were way over seasoned with salt, and our sides were cold. Expected better service for the price.

Host literally ignored me like I wasn't even standing there. 4 different employees walked by and didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting. When I asked to speak to a manager, manger sent someone else and didn't even have the courtesy or professionalism to come out of the back. Literally all of the employees are rude and dismissive. We were on a tour bus and the tour director called ahead to see if this particular Long Horn would be able to handle our group of 44 people on 9-19-2025 around 6.30 PM Manager said to let him know when we arrived . Came in with my husband daughter son in law and granddaughter. They sat us down and we ordered drinks. Then we were told we couldn't have a highchair for my 1year old granddaughter. We could po not have a booster seat, l8 g story short they made us move. Only to seat down a bigger party than ours. Absolute crap. Our waiter was not even interested in taking care if us. My husband had to bring bill to our waiter in order for us to pay and leave. I will NEVER come here again.
Went for dinner. My son orders a strip steak. Waiter tells us they are out of them. Orders a sweet potato. Waiter tells us they are out of them. At that point we should have left. Waiting for bread. Ask the waiter if we can get bread. Waiter tells us they are out of bread. Server or waiter could have told us all of this when we sat down. Manager could have come over and apologized. Food we did get was good. Just not what we wanted. We like longhorn but not this one. If it was my call I’d say skip going here and go to Outback , chilis, or Texas Roadhouse instead.
Applebees but with steak. Medium well outlaw ribeye could have been packaged and sold as beef jerky. The only thing the loaded potato was loaded with was bullshit. Even the salad was dry lol. Bottle of water was good.
Yesterday this place was very disappointing the manager was all over the place calling the people the came after us and other call them first, they talk us to way 20 minutes than they said we had to wait an hour ti be seated, when I got on the waiting list by 5pm send me a message that our table were going to be ready by 7:30pm it was 8pm nothing I spoke to the manager he said have to wait approximately half hour to an hour so we left and hour later I got a text message that our table were going to be ready in 5 minutes or is was going to be given to other parties WOW LONGHORN THAT'S NOT GOOD FOR YOUR REVIEW YOU HAVE TO BE MORE ORGANIZED AND BE AT POINT WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT 👎👎
My office just got our pick up order and we're missing $50 worth of food including 3 separate sides and desserts. This was our first time ordering from here, expectations were not met and people were left hungry. Steak is grilled on the outside but cold and fully raw on the inside. One meal is missing asparagus even though it's on the label. No ketchup given with fries. The spicy chicken bites are drowned in a different creamy sauce making them soggy. Salads are great portions. There was definitely no care given to this order. This is not steakhouse quality.
I recently dined at LongHorn Steakhouse and was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant. Upon entering, I noticed that the floors were sticky, and several tables had not been wiped down properly. The restrooms were also in poor condition, with overflowing trash and unclean sinks. It’s disheartening to see such neglect, especially when dining out. I expected a better standard of hygiene from a well-known chain. I hope they address these issues soon, as I would love to enjoy a meal there without worrying about the cleanliness of my surroundings.
Third time in (my gf likes it for some reason). We both ordered medium temp on our steaks. I ordered the 9 oz flos filet and it came out rare at best. My gf ordered the longhorn. Hers was more med rare and she ate most of it. For a restaurant that prides itself on being a steakhouse you’d think they could at least get their temps right or at the very least have you cut into your steak upon delivery. The A1 bottle was disgusting with old sauce on the cap and congealed sauce under the top. The fries were mediocre at least. Our bill was $88 and the service was horrible. One check back. Server didn’t even notice i pushed my filet to the side. I had to grab my own to go box for my gf because she put another order in and walked away. The handle on their knife was broken and the knives were dull. If your steak knives are new and sharp your guests will at least get their temps illusion that the steaks are tender. Chilis would if been better. Their ribeye is way cheaper and far better.
I think the decor and ambiance was better than the service, and most definitely better than the food. We sent our order of wings back three times because they were not cooked through. Red bleeding veins. They were not so busy when we arrived. However, there business did pick up while dinning and either way Customer service was not personable, didn’t check on us often even through we were a party of six. We were really just left to ourselves during the dinning experience. Would I visit again? I would at least one more time. My first experience was not the best. I would try other items from the menu! Watch out for this place!!! I ordered online and after waiting to pick up my order with 4 minutes left to estimated order ready I get a phone call informing me they were out of parmesan encrusted chicken, it shouldn't be available to order on the official website if they don't have the food. The manager Jennifer Boehenski " she should be fired immediately" She was very rude and refused to give me a receipt for proof of a refund, then I asked for her business card if she had one and she points for me to go to the front of the restaurant to find it myself and walked away from me., the manager then added more money onto my restaurant bill without my consent or knowledge, she didn't even have my credit card in her possession. If this business already has your credit card information captured with the online system and then sneak additional charges on your credit card without your permission or knowledge. I reported that manager for fraud. What food I left with was a chicken sandwich that wasn't fully cooked in the middle and one small scoop of mash potatoes. My credit card was fraudulently charged 46.00 but should have only been approx 13.00 Stay away from this place, this business will steal your money from you, they lack any professional abilities, zero customer service skills for a restaurant service driven business.
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years, but after this visit, I’ll never be back. We waited over an hour just to be seated, and when the manager finally came over, instead of apologizing for the delay, she actually asked, “When will your other guest be here?” — unbelievably rude and condescending. Like we haven’t been standing for an hour already. When our food finally arrived, my steak had a hair in it. Absolutely revolting. To make matters worse, the same manager came over to “check” on us, asked how our food was, and before we could even respond, she smiled and said, “Fabulous!” — and walked away. The level of arrogance and disregard for customers is unreal. This place has gone completely downhill. Between the filthy food, the attitude from management, and the total lack of care or accountability, it’s clear they’ve stopped valuing their customers. After years of loyalty, I’m officially done.
My boyfriend got us dinner for when I got home from work I got chicken broccoli and a loaded baked potato I was craving the broccoli so I started with that and found a long curly black hair not to mention my boyfriend got the chicken bites which have a kick and he said that they had not heat at all. I called and was put on hold for manager and as I explained respectfully she hung up when I called back and asked for corporate she stated this is the manage I told her I don’t care she hung up on me while speaking. She argued with me about that statement never offered even an apology no way I won’t tell every one I know about this experience.

We informed the hostess about the table issue and were told a manager would come and address the issue. We waited and waited but no manager ever came. We mentioned it to the waiter who got on his hands and knees under the table to try to stop it from wobbling and then said unfortunately there was nothing he could do. It wasn’t the typical uneven table leg problem that happens every now and then. It was the table top was not attached to the legs all that well and the legs were not even either. Picture a table levitating at a seance and you get the picture of what was going on. I’m not sure why this table was even being used in this condition. I am presently still at the table and serious considering paying for our sodas and walking out. We have been sitting at the table 45 mins now and no bread has been brought out and nobody has come to ask if our drinks need to be refilled. Not a good experience at all. I doubt I will be back. Super disappointed a manager didn’t care enough to make anything right here. Super disappointed. Update. A manager never stopped by our table that evening . We good took a long time to come out and some of it came out after other people were already done with their meal and bread came out last. Not everyone was served at the same time. So I write a few online reviews and emailed Longhorn about my experience. A week later I got a response from Guest relations basically acknowledging the issue we had and apologizing saying that’s not the experience we should have and not what is expected from their restaurant. I was told my concerns would be passed along to staff so they can improve. So basically like a training exercise. However no talk of a manager reaching out to discuss the matter or any mention of fixing the experience for us or trying to retain us as customers. I emailed back and the next day was called by a manager who did listen to what transpired and offered an option to try to resolve the issue for us. So in the end they did try to make it better and that is appreciated however it was like pulling teeth to get there. Throughout the years I have had several instances where I’ve had to reach out to customer service about things that happened to myself or I reached out on behalf of others. Different companies and different fields of business. I have never seen such a lack of initial response or underwhelming course of action from any company that I have dealt with. That is disheartening. I did express that to the manager and I hope it is used as a way to improve the process for others in the future. I was told that a manager was never told by the staff that there was an issue. It was a busy evening and I take the manager at his word. As I mentioned, in the end they did do right by me and that does matter to me as a consumer.
Place is just terrible, we were stuck in a corner booth that smelled like pee, ordered soups and a meal, waitresses comes by and says ohh they didn’t bring your soups they will be right out. So we wait and out comes our meal no soups!! Then we get ohh do you still want your soups well why would I now. And as for a drink refill apparently a great time to ask is when you bring the check. Probably would have had better luck at the Outback across the street.
Go anywhere else. There is an Outback and a LoneStar across the street. We walked in. Empty. Told by Kia we can have a table in 10 minutes and to sit. We sit. She leaves. Another red haired staff greets someone walking in. Seats them. I inquire. Im told its my fault for sitting, not telling her we are waiting. Way to deescalate said no one ever. I point to Kia folding napkins. She told us to wait. Then Im told well you must have wanted a booth. No. I wasn't asked and dont care. She sulkingly seats us. I ask for the manager. Nice guy but ineffective Austin comes over. Hes rambling. Red head keeps glaring at us. We get up and leave. I don't need to beg them to take my money. Go anywhere else.
No hostess for 5 minutes. Had to ask the bartender, who said she’d be there soon. Finally got a table for two right outside the kitchen although most of the restaurant was 70% empty due to it being 4PM. After odors permeated from either the carpet or bar area and no waitstaff coming to our table after another five minutes, decided to leave and go elsewhere. Recommend management do better fix both these issues.
Ordered to-go, so can only really review the food. Took about 15-20 minutes longer than the app says, so heads up there. Ordered Rare, since they give a warning that the food continues to cook with take-out (so they don't rest the steaks). As the photos show, that steak barely kissed a grill. Very lacking in grill marks and absent of any char grill flavor. Ribeye is tough, akin to an economy cut you'd get at any butcher. I made sure to order extra eating utensils, as the fork tongs bend without even puncturing the steak. They forgot the butter, so the bread is incredibly dry. If this was a $20 Black n Bleu salad, I'd say it's worth it. But $40 for a steak, salad, and potato? Even in this economy, there are better options. I ordered the same thing at Texas Roadhouse recently. The Texas Roadhouse steak was better, but the Longhorn looks better inside (at least these locations). I feel like you get better value at Texas Roadhouse.
Bad management. Found a HAIR inside the bread, zoom in on the bread picture at the bottom left all the way to the middle section, and you will see the black hair all inside the bread. The nasty female manager said, "It's the fault of the company they order it from." She didn't even say she was sorry or that she would report it. Nothing was reduced from the bill at all. It's not the cleanest place to eat in.
Love longhorn but service was off We waited about 15 min for bread and when we saw no bread I decided to ask for some We was then told they were out of bread 🍞 😪 😔. Ok im a loyal longhorn guy and yes I love my bread 🍞 ❤️ so I was a little disappointed. Then I saw bread being taken out to numerous other tables 🙃 🙂 🤪 Maybe its me I then asked the young man why we was told no bread and there is bread being given to other tables Not a good feeling 😕 😞 and didn't sit right with me Trust me its not about the bread its about principal And service to your customers.. I have been to longhorn throughout the country my choice of steak house and never was told no bread was available.... Food was very good as always Just didn't sit right with me ........ Felt very uneasy and uncomfortable 😕 🙃 😐 THE ROASTED CORN IS AMAZING 👏 🤩 😋 😍 🙌 😩
