Good service, great food. The bathrooms are clean. Staff is friendly and makes orders accurately. The salsa is very good. Ample seating, there's an outdoor seating area also. They have a drove thru.

Been here a few times through the years, but had been a while since my last visit. Guess they're no longer doing the Moe's Monday deal. Other than paying a little more than expected, everything was great.

The staff that was working today (03/24/2023) around 5pm were so wonderful. They were very helpful, sweet and encouraging to this traveling family of 6. Not to mention this was probably one of the cleanest Moe's we've been too!

I love Moe's! They have a huge selection of toppings and choices for food. I have to get a Homewrecker Jr. They are so big, I can't eat the regular size. The customer service was great. They had a host that checked on you. The restaurant was clean and spacious. The host kept everything clean and neat.

I can’t exactly vouch for the atmosphere, because of getting take out ? However it was very nice inside, so five stars at least ! The food was delicious, and the food service workers sporty, their attitude was great. I think their attitude helped seasoned the food, I’ve never paid $2.99 for a bottle of Coke, though the food was really high class. So, two things that I’ve now done: eaten Moes Southwest and sticker shocked at a bottle of Coca-Cola !

I really appreciated the service and the food was good too! I had a build your own bowl with steak and chicken. Good food. The day we came, they were over staffed and released half the staff. Found them congregating in front of entrance all smoking. Lovely.

Tried a grilled chicken burrito bowl, it was very tasty. I also like that it was a healthier choice than a burrito. The guys were very helpful with suggestions of toppings to try. I enjoyed it and will order it again.

I haven’t visited MOE’s . The gym I attend is directly next door. Some days the aroma from MOE’s seeps in the gym . Smells so good plus the prices are very affordable. I view the menu every day upon entering the gym in Albany. I’ll update this review once I’ve visited MOE’s 😊

The food was good and the fella serving us was very accommodating with portions. It's easy to justify a $12 lunch with good food and lots of it. The only thing that prevents a five star waiting was the cleanliness of the dining room. We had to wipe down our own table as they were all dirty.

I went 2x in one week it was so good. This is my 3rd time eating here. 1st time i went after my workout. The staff that started my order was not real friendly. As i made it down they were nice. I called in my order 2nd time and the person was not very hospitable as i placed my order. Ma'am if you want that then u want this.. The food was good so i said ok. I spent $40.00 that week. A young was very helpful and nice at THE end again. Despite this I love the food.

Clean, fast, the only down side was that there was a TV showing a popular game show with the volume very loud and competing with the music playing in the dining area. Very disconcerting... But other than that, decent experience over all.

Had a hair in my tofu nachos they offered to compensate me for it. I declined haven't been back I'm nervous (shrug) Oh BTW there should be a channel on the receiver of the audio system. What youre playing indoors after hours (closing/clean up) we can hear the music from the patio speakers. Kodak Black the rapper was blasting even distorting the speakers 😆

First time Trying moes… the quesadilla was not good as expected. The queso was okay. Honestly, Surcherros Is the place to be for quick on the go Mexican food.

If you order via mobile...better check your order! Didn't get the steak Joey jr I ordered..had to ask for it. Then when I get home....it's chicken not steak. Ordered a side queso with a meal and didn't get it AGAIN!*************The next time I went back, I went inside. I told the manager what had happened and she made it good on this trip.

The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The only problem would be that this location doesn't give enough food. I understand they have to stick with their portions, but it gets ridiculous when I'm hungry after eating a Homewrecker Burrito no longer than an hour.

It wasn't as fresh as usual. The guacamole was brown... Not very appealing... I LOVE GUAC! However, I couldn't eat the brown stuff... On the brighter side, the staff was very friendly and inviting.

It was ok. I went to the drive through and my food was not completely made correct. Then when I asked for the queso I paid for I was told that it was on the inside and then was presented with a receipt. To which I showed the young man my food (No queso on it) and the receipt where I asked for the queso and didn't get it. I also asked for sour cream and didn't get but a sliver of that bc they young man fixing my food apparently was running out of sour cream. I watched as he made my burritos and such. Anyway, I informed him that one of my burritos was not correctly made but that I just wanted my queso. When he saw that he was wrong I did get my queso. I don't intend to use the drive through any time soon.

Good taste but they serve very small portions. I have been to very many moe’s around the USA but this felt like they served me a kids meal and I paid for a full size dinner meal.

Meh food, substandard portions, lazy employees and frequently "out of items". If Albany food options didn't land between who cares and inedible this little franchise would have failed by now. Do yourself a favor and don't go to a "good" Moe's in a location that does it RIGHT if you want to continue believing this joint isn't the half hearted rip off it truly is. I plan on asking corporate why this Moe's isn't required to meet basic expectations.

My experience today @ Moe's Southwest Grill was lackluster and mediocre. There was once a time where I consistently visited Moe's @ least twice a week including every Monday for $5 burrito Mondays, but I seldom patronize because of the below average food quality, customer service and consistency to meet and exceed consumer standards. Just last Monday my visit was awesome and the service was good, but I returned today to redeem my rewards earned and the mediocrity had returned. I didn't hear a welcome to Moe's and one girl on the line smiled who's always friendly and she's been employed with them for a while. The other people on the line were robotic and had no emotion. One of my biggest pet peeves is presentation and quality of my food. The look and freshness of my food is vital to me being a repeat patron. I've been a repeat patron, since Moe's was originally located on Dawson Rd next door to KFC and Maggie Moos. I maintained my loyalty and followed them to their current Westover Blvd location, but after today I'm going to take another break from this establishment. I don't appreciate my food being handled any type of way and the stinginess of food portions. If I ordered a chicken bowl with extra chicken and I ask for mushrooms and the guy puts half a ladle of mushrooms (it's like literally 4 mushrooms on the bowl, so I asked for extra and I get like 2 more... this is ridiculous). To be perfectly honest, I could have went to Chipotle and received far better service, food quality and portions. I actually liked Moe's better before they started advertising the $5 Mondays because the food and service in my opinion were far better. I'm glad they're maintaining consumer presence, but don't disregard consumers who supported you before there was a $5 burrito Monday and before advertisement. All I require and expect is consistency whenever I patronize your establishment and for the people on the line to use common sense and logic when preparing food. In regards to longevity, I honestly believe the staff needs to be retrained for the better improvement of business. For some this might not be a big deal, but it's truly a determining factor on how and where I spend my money. Therefore, I left a 2 star rating for today's visit and I truly hope things improve the next time I decide to visit.

Some kind of scam is definitely going on at Moe’s. I have never ate at Moe’s in Albany Ga yet I have a cash app charge for 49.60 on June 28th and 40 on July 7th Just know you are being investigated and I need you to run me my money.

After church with a group of 12-14. I got nachos with beef and cheese, neither was fresh (like it had been cooking all day). Tasted terrible, over half of my meal was thrown away.

1st review - For service and friendliness, definitely 5 stars. Because it took so long from when I ordered to when I paid that my food got cold, 3 stars. Average of 4. Went back today and it was a terrible experience. Early into lunch they had no steak at all and it took 10 mins to cook it. When it was finally ready, another 10 mins to make it to the register. On the salsa bar, no hot salsa at all. Had to wait another 5 mins for the drink machine to be refilled. For a place that seemingly thrives on lunch time business, this was a disaster. Deserves 1 star today, but giving 2 to average with yesterday.

I went for my first time a few days ago and didn’t like the service I was getting from the guy making the food. It was like he only gave good customer service to to certain people like regular customers. The other employees had better vibes than him.

This is the third time within a month that the employees locked the door an hour before closing time! This clearly shows that the new staff is super lazy, unmotivated, and unprofessional. MOES IS MY FAVORITE PLACE but, it won't be a Moe's anymore by the way that it is operating!

Ehh, food was okay. The customer service was severely lacking. Two of the young ladies were nice, just untrained and one was very unfriendly and looked at me, without a word, even as I tried engaging her in conversation. I still told them that God so loved the world that He gave His only Son and if they believed in Him, then they would have eternal life. However, they were evidently unimpressed. I will try again later since I really like Moe's.

The food was great, until I got food poisoning and I spent the last 4 hours in between sitting on the toilet with painful stomach cramps, and gagging/throwing up until there was only stomach acid left. I was severely sweating nonstop and I thought I was going to die.

When we came up to the door somebody said y'all were closed and it's only 5:50 and y'all close at 9:00 worst most we ever been to on a weekend but the drive through was open but the inside wasn't!!!!

Came today and it was horrible. I ordered a home wrecker and the manager barely put chicken in beef in my burrito. Definitely not worth it.

Ordered a quesadilla, but it turned out more like a taco. It was severely dry even though I asked for corn and tomato salsa. Customer service needs work across the board. Manager came out stood behind counter interrupted my order to speak to employees without a 'hello' or excuse me' then came around counter in front of me looked me right in the face then kept walking. Someone needs training. There were no smiles or suggestions or upselling. But there was a lot of talking and gossiping amongst themselves. I felt ignored and unappreciated. There were a couple of employees who just help up the equipment.

Ordered DoorDash received our order. Have a hand full of chips that are soggy. Order a large cheese dip for the chips can’t even use it because when we caled they said well what do you expect us to do about it? Poorly manage has gone down hill dramatically. Gave them another chance and screwed it all up again. Par for the course I’d say! Spend 40 dollars with them and get a what do you want me to do about it .

I would post a picture of the sad little Joey burrito I ordered but I was not going to pay for that pathetic stingy helping of chicken, cheese, and rice. I left. Come on seriously, you were being stingy with the rice? Rice is practically free. I got a measly scoop of chicken, the guy said it was supposed to be a heaping scoop, it wasn't. I asked for a reasonable amount of chicken and the guy said no, it was going to be extra money. I didn't want double, I wanted a standard healthy portion. And then I got lightly sprinkled an insanely small amount of shredded cheese, totally ridiculous! It looked like a burrito for my 5 year old. My burrito looked no different than the to-go order soft taco next to it. This Moe's sucks.

Just walked into Moe's at 8:26 and they yelled from behind the counter "WE CLOSED". The door and website says they close at 9pm but I guess this shift makes their own rules. If you are going to close the restaurant early, at least be professional when you tell your customers.

The last two times i got Moe’s they were out of salsa. Chips with the no salsa is useless. I got a homewrecker burrito and a bowl. The price doesn’t match the quantity of food. It was a dollar cheaper for pretty much the same thing at chipotle, and chipotle gives you way more food in the burritos and the bowls. I didn’t get chipotle because they were closed. The food was good, but It was skimpy.

My friend placed an order at 8:40 and arrived in the drive thru line at 8:50 when it said the order would be ready. Two cars ahead were served and when we made it to the window at 8:53 they said they were closed and couldn’t refund her. Very unprofessional. She was told to come back tomorrow or Monday which are both days she works all day at the hospital and will be unable to return. The least they could have done was give a refund but the order should have been completed when we arrived.

Bad order!! My husband ordered a burrito and a quesadilla while I was on the phone with him. There were several things he requested in the quesadilla and the burrito. The burrito was extremely small. The quesadilla only had chicken and cheese inside and didn't appear to be freshly made. There were several things missing like black beans, sour cream, Pico de gallo and salsa that were ordered. I am thoroughly disappointed as we really used to enjoy Moe's. We will not be ordering at this location again.

We ordered 3 days ahead of time for mother’s day. The order was confirmed days ahead and we had pre-paid. We had 20 people at our house waiting for the food to show up. They never called or texted us and told us that our order was canceled. They just didn’t show up and we called and they told us that our order couldn’t be fulfilled. They never got the order and were understaffed. They could have at least called us to tell us the order wouldn’t be available but never cared to even send a text. Once we did call they couldn’t even make the order they just said they were understaffed and they would give us a refund the day of. But we had 20 people waiting on food. Don’t use Moes they suck.

Customer service was horrible, we didn’t receive all our items. We return to get a remake because of how our food was made. The manager on duty told us we can not make it because this is how the food come. She called the ASM explain something to us but told his manager something else. I paid $40 for the meal that she said couldn’t be refunded or we can get one half off and one free. But I’m not going to pay twice for one order also I was told because of inventory was off they couldn’t remake it!! I will never come to this moe’s ever again!!!!

ALBANY GA moes is AWFUL! Ordered catering food A WEEK AGO for mother’s day lunch. After getting 2 confirmation emails, they took our payment of over $300 and when it hit the time they were supposed to be here, my mom called to find out they were short staffed and could not do anything about making or delivering our food. The manager did NOTHING but blame his staff, laughed, and then hung up the phone. TERRIBLE customer service and they just lost several loyal customers because of poor management.

Order through uber eats. The taco shells were stale, didn’t give exact order and the food has become crappy. Never again will I order from them.

We ordered catering for Mother’s Day. They billed us over $300 and confirmed twice and did not show!!!! When I called to let them know 20 people were waiting to eat, they said they were short staffed and could not deliver. Never getting food from here again. Went in last night to pick up dinner and after looking at the proteins layed out - I changed to chicken since they were out and I would be served a fresher batch (the steak looked like it'd been sitting out for quite some time and the ground beef looked like what I'd feed my dog). The staff was unorganized, pushy and did not seem to give 2 cents about making customers feel welcome. After my husband and kids fighting for the bathroom over the last 12 hours it's definitely not a restaurant we'll ever be supporting again. 🤮

Our family ordered a taco bar ahead of time for Mother’s Day. The order was confirmed and payment was made. The food never arrived, so we called to check on the status. An employee advised us the order could not be filled due to staffing. We asked to be transferred to a manager which they were reluctant to do telling us they were “busy”. Eventually a manager took the call but offered no remedy or even sympathy for that matter. Beware of this company. They will cancel your order on Mother’s Day and won’t even call you to let you know they aren’t filling your order. Terrible customer service.

I would eat Moe’s again, just not at this location. Multiple visits yet different outcomes every time. One left me with cilantro rice that tasted more like fresh lemons than anything else. The biggest issue is the chicken tasking different every time but that’s probably because the staff is different every time as well.

Food was just fine, but cashier was rude, and asked if I wanted a drink, and I said yes, and I said can I also have a water cup and she gave me one cup, and when I said oh can I also have a small cup for water she was like okay and said give me the large cup back and I was like oh? And I was like no I want an additional cup for the water, and she was like I didn’t charge you for a drink. I absolutely love Moe’s but this particular location is dirty dirty. I went in today October 27,2024 around 5pm. The place was so nasty. Food was was not fresh. I understand it’s slow but it still a business. The food where you serve was nasty all around. A lot of dried up food that had been was it all around. You suppose to constantly stir that type of food but you can tell no one had stirred anything. Had an employee in the lobby sleep. Just look very unsanitary I did say something to the employ put it being nasty and they should do better with the cleanliness. Normally I don’t write reviews but I had to on this particular occasion. I felt like I was walking into a homeless establishment. I wish I would have took photos. I didn’t know it was a photo option. Hopefully a manager or cooperate person see this. Because this need to change.

I went in at 11:15 this morning, the door said they open at 10:30. Upon entering, the girls are cleaning an inch of dust off the top glass, above the food. They had pushed one of the food stations to the side, but had left the other one exposed to the overspray of the chemicals. Another girl, taller than the other 2, came from the back saying "You know what you want". I told her I did and proceeded to order thinking to myself, surely they are only going to clean the one glass with the food station pushed away. I was wrong. I was the only customer in there, it was very dark and dirty. As I paid for what I had ordered, the taller girl had an extremely bad attitude as others came in the door talking about how someone should have locked the door while they were cleaning but that "no one gives a rats ass about that".....her exact words. The meat was cold and way over seasoned, the rest of the food looked like it had been stored in a cooler. It was definitely not fresh food by any stretch of the imagination. I absolutely will not be going back to this location. I should have just stuck with Chipotle or Surcheros.

I really love the food at Moe’s. However, Albany Moe’s keeps letting me down. Numerous times I have ordered online and food has been missing. But this time, they didn’t even make my food. I waited 20 min and realized they weren’t even trying to make my food. So I told them to just cancel it and refund my money. They claimed the order didn’t come through, but when I said my name, they got the ticket out. They just didn't have any need to make my food that was supposed to be ready at 6:45 and it was past 7:00. I’m officially done with Albany Moe’s. While sitting there waiting, I realized the place was filthy, Tv blaring with curse words, no hair nets or hats, and it was just gross. Thankfully, they did refund my money.

I love Moe's I truly do but today I was very unhappy with this particular Moe's. First we did not get that super friendly Welcome to Moe's or any kind of Welcome. The grill was not only very slim on your choices but also it looked very unclean.(Note it was not busy.) To top of the visit we did not receive all items we ordered. It was just very disappointing 😕

For Mother’s Day my three children decided to order Moe‘s as a treat for me. I have 16 people at my house waiting for delivery which didn’t show up. When we called they said they were short on help and there would be nothing delivered because no food was ready. When ask what we were supposed to do about 16 people waiting here to eat, the girl replied that wasn’t her problem. We received no call, no text messages, nothing at all stating that the food would not be delivered. When we were finally able to get the manager, he said it wasn’t his fault and blamed it on the assistant manager and then laughed at my daughter because she was so upset. This is disgrace. They paid over $300 for this catered meal and Moe’s did not even have the courtesy of calling us. The last text from Moe’s to my daughter stated that they guaranteed that the food would be hot and good, and they would be on time. What a disgrace that a restaurant has people in charge who take this attitude and leave families stranded, especially on a holiday such as Mother’s Day when every restaurant in town is full and there is no place to go with 16 people. I understand that people can make mistakes and that sometimes people don’t show up for work, but the problem we had is that no one even had the courtesy to give us a call to explain anything. We had to call and find out where the food was and then we got no help or sympathy from anyone. Don’t ever use Moe‘s because they are not dependable, are not customer friendly, and definitely have an “I don’t care attitude” about how they treat their customers.

We paid $300 for a catered lunch for Mother’s Day. We planned this a week ago. We had confirmation that they would deliver at 11:45am on Mother’s Day for 20 people. Not only did they not show up, they did not even call, and the manager laughed at my sister for wanting him to solve this problem. Their way of solving the problem was to refund us our $300+ THAT WE PAID WITH NO FOOD. If you are short staffed, call. If you can’t fulfill an order, call. It’s absurd. They should be shut down for things as this. It’s UNACCEPTABLE…..

Order $300 dollars of food for a taco bar delivery for Mother’s Day. Supposed to be delivered at 11:45. We got a confirmation and our card was charged. Food never showed. We called and they said that due to staffing, they couldn’t fill the order (this was after the time food was supposed to be ordered). Our family had ordered food for over 20 people on mother’s day. We made the order in advance (3 days ahead) for catering to our house. 5 minutes after we were supposed to get the food we called and asked them if they were on the way. We had gotten the order conformation the day we were supposed to get the food. When we called them they said that they didn’t get the order and they didn’t have it ready. They said that they were short staffed and couldn’t fulfill the order. We told them we had 20 people waiting on the food and they said there was nothing they could do about it. They can’t be trusted and are very disrespectful. This experience is awful and completely unprofessional. I will never be eating here again. And if you want food to be catered, I recommend you go somewhere else because they will most likely will not show up.
