Missing 2 steak dippers, 1 soft taco and all three of the nacho cheese fries were cold. Not warm, cold and rubbery. The food looked disgusting and just thrown together without a care. It's fast food, but have some pride in your work and quality.
This is their second attempt at making a breakfast crunch wrap and it is as segregated as a rocket pop. Eggs on one side, cheese on the other, even the sausage is somehow crammed to one side. This is after I went in because all of the sauce and cheese from their first attempt was huddled in a corner. There is no caretaken and the construction of their products. This Taco Bell must pay less than minimum wage, or just not care who they hire.

We are night shift and routinely get "dinner" in the morning on our way home. I have always been impressed with the morning crew here. Food looks good, consistently good quality, fast and accurate.... Until the last month or so. The last three times we have been here. Today was probably the worst though. My two hard tacos were smashed, one had less than a teaspoon of meat in it and the wrappers were covered in food (on the outside). There was no napkins, the sauce was the wrong one and the one alteration requested (no tomatoes) wasn't even correct. This has been the standard recently ( no sauce, wrong sauce, no napkins, food dumped in the bag, incorrect food or poor quality food). I'm not sure what happened recently, but I sure hope it goes back to the way it was. We love morning Taco Bell after a long shift and it's been very frustrating and disappointing recently. If it continues, we may have to find a new place. (Picture is the "nicer" of the two with the meat spread out).
This location is absolutely terrible to me. Every time I go here, the wait times are exceedingly long, I never get the correct order, and the employees are very rude when I try to get the food I paid for. I constantly get undercut and lose money, then have to file a complaint. I gave this location a few chances, I will no longer be a customer here. There is a much better location 10 minutes down the road that always gets my order right and apologize on the VERY rare chance they give me the wrong food and make it right. Poor management here is exceedingly obvious, not sure how this location is still open
It's always annoying when you have to order on the machines even when they have six employees standing around doing nothing. That was our experience, the food was subpar, you couldn't tell the chicken from the beef burrito. The one thing they have going for them is I like their sauce
Absolutely the slowest waste of time place to eat you will ever find. It's much faster just to drive to the other taco bell and get food there. DO NOT waste your time. They will likely give you the wrong order anyway. Horrible service to the point that it's not just anger inducing, it's actually pathetic.
On Tuesday I went in with an online order that was over $70. I went in expecting to pick it up when I it it was done. Someone had stole it which I understood so they remade it for me. I waited almost an hour for it when I got my remade order, I went home. Come to find out. I’m missing multiple items that I had ordered. This is fraud at this point I did call and complained about it and they said there’s nothing they can do so I’m missing $30 worth of my order
They need to teach them better how to prepare the food. Got a buritto supreme. All the onions, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes were at one end of the buritto. And I mean that all that was at the end of the burrito! No meat or beans.
This location sucks! People are allergic to a lot of things, so when I say I don’t want something added to that taco or whatever it should be taken off. They either don’t know how to read or simply just don’t care. Every time I go there I am missing one or more items and there is everything I asked to be taken off inside my food. Absolutely disgusted by the crew and management here. Do better or close your store 👍🏽
An absolutely abhorrent, abomination of a food establishment. This location is physically INCAPABLE of getting an order correct. If you order with extra sauce, you'll get no sauce. If you order no sauce, you'll get extra. If food allergies are stated, they make sure your allergen is in the food ordered. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This sorry excuse of an establishment is only in business because it is so close to the freeway and most people don't take the time to birch and complain. Well, and what are we to do? Report the order to Taco Bell and get a measly $10 off our next order? Great. We'll I'm starving and don't have the time or money to order again.
It took 40 mins to get food. You can’t see any workers actually working hard or communicating with anyone. It’s dirty. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work. There’s a bunch of trash and junk under the counter you can see when you’re waiting in the lobby for mostly empty tortillas while the workers shut down, zone out, and don’t do anything.
Waiting a whole hour for two orders of food is stupid. All they care about is getting drive-thru time. I think corporate would love to hear about it, OR the managers don't even know what's going on. I ain't the only one.
Tight on money and needed something quick to eat. My bf and I ordered 2 tacos each and a drink to share. Took over thirty minutes to get our food. This turned us off from visiting Taco Bell for quite a few months. But today, we were in the same position and thought what the hell, lets give it another shot. We placed our order ahead of time on the app (a couple tacos each and a drink) and still waited about 30 minutes by the time we got there for our food. There was only one other person in the lobby and maybe two cars in the drive thru! Not sure what’s going on but definitely think some things need to change cause the food is still satisfying!
This location should try and hire some actual competent employees. Waited over an hour in the drive through for cold, hard, and disgusting food. Decided maybe they were having a bad night, and tried again a few days later. Same story, different day, except my order was completely wrong this time. I think I am done going to this location. Not to mention whenever you bring up your food is cold or wrong, the manager acts like I insulted his entire family. Actual awful food, awful service, and awful lack of awareness. Literally wasting money, gas, and time coming here. Might as well drive across town and go to the other Taco Bell.
took 40 minutes on my 30 minute lunch break in the drive thru just to get the wrong order. Nothing was even half decent and totally inedible slop. The only decent item I got wasn’t even equipped with a fork to eat it. I get the same exact order every single time I don’t understand the complication and lack of speed. I can do 5 oil changes faster than they can get me my correct order.
Ordered online to pick up in drive through. Waited 45 minutes in the drive through, and then waited another 5+ minutes at the window for my food that was supposed to be already done and ready to go. Get my food, finally, just to open it up to what looks like a toddler put my order together. What a mess and the sloppiest burritos, chicken enchilada burrito missing the CHICKEN. What a complete failure. Don't be a sucker and waste your lunch break waiting like I did.
Saturday 12:09 AM cashier was Jared O, It took a long time in the drive thru, that wasn't even that busy. the employee who took our order kept yelling "you want what" "what was that, you want 12 what" that itself took 15 minutes, then we get to window and he was very rude, the order was wrong, there was no cheese and hardly any meat on all tacos and the food was cold. There was also employees standing around outside doing nothing, Never again are we going to the airport rd in Albany oregon location.
We normally go to this spot when we want taco bell, but recently it's been so bad! The wait time the last two times we were there took over an hour to get our food! My husband decided to go into the store this time and noticed our meal was getting pushed down multiple times over the friends of the co workers..... And we he reported it and asked why we haven't gotten our food after an hour he got yelled out! Please just go to the other taco bell in town I've heard it's so much better......
Absolutely will avoid this location. Took over 20 minutes fto get food. Only one table had food at a time. We ate and left before anyone else got their food. When I was called to counter to get food, multiple staff were standing around shooting the shit and not working. Bathroom did not have towels, soda machine didn’t have ice and it smelled funny over by it. Serious management issues here…. Or lack there of. No one wiped a single table the full 30 minutes we were there. Flies in eating area…. Just overall nowhere I would eat again.
It is one thing to forget an item in an order, but when we bring it to your attention and you give us a taco shell filled with just sour cream in return, what else is there to say about the service? This was for my child, and we got back out on the road and we’re a few miles out before we realized it. No words….
This is the worst fast food place in this city. The employees are constantly losing track of the orders and have bags on the counter with no idea as to who they belong to. The wait times absolutely ridiculous. Whoever is the manager of this location needs to be fired immediately. There is no oversight no structure no work ethic. Just a bunch of children hanging out behind the counter of a business. EVERYONE who works here should be fired!
I paid $42 12 pack supreme tacos, drink, and two burritos supreme, got back to my hotel one was a taco supreme. The sour cream tasted nasty. All 11 tacos were not Supremes and the burritos were cold. Asked for fire sauce and God no sauce will never eat here again complete scam and nasty food.
