For fast food typical McDonald's. Clean drive through. Quick service.
This is the first and only McDonald I have been to in the last five years where the drive-thru actually moves efficiently, the food is hot, and the orders are correct when you open the bag. The food is typical McDonald's, but if you get a craving, this is the one to stop by in the area.
Haven't had mcdonald's in a while, so I was pleasantly surprised by this one in that the burgers almost actually looked like the ones in the commercial and we're neatly made (tasty too). Fries were good as well, not soggy at all like at some other locations. Would come here again the next time I crave McD's.
The cauliflower is amazing! Great views and vibe. The staff are quite kind but attending to customers in a timely manner isn't their forte. All in all, great place for food.
Excellent food and service. I like the real scrambled eggs, but I arrived arrived to late, which was my fault. It was a very good meal The WiFi was also excellent and fast. This location has the best working internet of all the fast food places that I have had the availability. The 5 star rating is valid.
I sort of hate reviewing fast food places because they're generally the same, but this place has great customer service. The cashiers are always really friendly and once they gave me a free pie because it took a little longer to get my food. I hadn't even complained that it was taking longer (I didn't even notice), but they clearly focus on the customer experience more than other fast food joints.
It's a good experience here and good efficient service and well prepared food, in my experience. It's a good McDonald's for the area and one of the better run McDonald's. It's not a new building but it is clean and has the new electronic ordering machines. Also, I recently tried the new McPlant sandwich and I loved it and my co-workers at the office also enjoyed it. It's what I was looking for and I hope to see more healthier options options like that in the future.

Good quality and always fresh. Service is extremely fast and clean. Never had a problem and sometimes they are too fast but never a missing item or drink. The team here are really on top of things and very organized. Well done!
I usually come here before I head out to work early morning. The morning crew is impeccable and handle the mad rush of people in a nice and orderly fashion. They're pretty efficient and get you going in the right direction for the rest of your day. The morning folks are super friendly, responsive and always have a smile. I've gone through many McDonald's but this morning crew here it top tier and should be recognized for the hard work and effort they put into what they do.
Recently renovated location with lots of self ordering screens added at the entrance. Seating and tables were clean and brightly lit. Service was fast and food was brought to my table. Food was warm and tasty. Coffee was pretty good 👌. Recommended if you're looking for looking for a McDonald's fix.

I ordered a number 6, which is a Filet-O-Fish meal. I am 62 years old. This is the first time I've had a Filet-O-Fish that looked like the picture since I was a teenager. The bun was not sliding off. The cheese was perfectly placed. This is the first time in years the french fries were hot and fresh. I live in East San Jose. The McDonald's in East San Jose are the worst. Your food is always dry and never fresh and never hot. On Tully Road I once had a guy with a leaf blower blow leaves right into my car window and all in my eyes while I was at the drive-thru I got upset and they called the police on me and I almost got arrested. I will never ever ever ever ever go back to the McDonald's on Tully ever again.
Brought family here a billion times and our order is right like 99% of the time. Daughter has ketchup allergy due to dyes and we always get her burger without ketchup and they always accommodate our request for plain thank you! Makes after soccer games so easy

MIXED REVIEW: Here's the thing. This location actually turns out some pretty good burgers. If I want McDonald's and I'm out and about, I always make the choice for this particular store even if it means going out of my way. I like a Quarter Pounder with salt no mustard. It comes out fresh and warm and really very good. BUT ... a few months ago my daughter and I went there before a concert at Shoreline. We decided to order inside so we could use the bathroom before heading out to the concert. My daughter exited the bathroom first. I was right after her. I came out to find her picking herself up off the floor. They were mopping and did not put out any signs warning customers they were doing so. She's very athletic and tough, but she was really hurting. As a volleyball player, I saw her many times go down on the floor, roll and get right back up. The way she went down because this was a wet floor slip, there was no control over the fall. They didn't have a cone out, and if you look at the picture you can see where the cone was ... right where it always is. There was an employee standing nearby, looking surprised and holding a mop. She was upset and tried to speak to him about it, and he just laughed. She went to the counter to speak to somebody about it, and they ignored her. And yes, she can also speak Spanish. Still, we wanted something to eat so she ordered a bag of fries. She wasn't expecting them to give them to her for free. Still, I was a bit surprised they didn't because she did just fall in that restaurant and hurt herself because they were mopping and not properly warning the customers then adding insult to injury by laughing about it and ignoring what she had to say. They're lucky she isn't litigious. So, yes, I like their drive through employees and they do put out a pretty good burger, but I would recommend you don't enter the restaurant. It sucks to get injured in a restaurant due to the negligence of the restaurant and when reported, have them think that's just pretty damn funny if they bother to pay attention to you at all.
I go to any McDonald’s that has a self-order kiosk. It is better ordering to go meals here.

The interior was nice, except the grungy, non-matching and dated bathrooms. It had the push-to-start faucets and a low powered hand dryer. Not exactly what you want when you're washing McDonald's grease off your hands. Food was all fresh and delicious though!
It was very early about 4am 6/7. I'm giving 4 stars. Even though my egg & cheese biscuit was perfect, the cashier or the cooks didn't quite get my order right. Even after repeating it for corrections and verifying it was right on the screen. And it was only half wrapped and very loosely so it sort of fell apart in the bag. I could only eat about 60% of it. I normally get my order perfect at this McDonald's, so I cut them some slack and didn't give 3 stars. Plus they are 24 hours.
This location recently remodeled with self-service kiosks. If you prefer to interact with a human cashier, you’re out of luck here. If you’re technically inclined, then the kiosks are easy to navigate. Although there are still a lot of people fumbling through the interface. The ordering process itself isn’t any faster. The only advantage is there are more kiosks than there were ever cashiers, so I don’t find myself standing in line anymore. As far as the food goes, there’s really nothing to say. It’s a McDonald’s. If you don’t like the food, you wouldn’t be here.

Order taken at cash register promptly and food was soon served. I sat down at the counter with stools. Restaurant was busy with lots of customers dining in. I wish they had an employee periodically check tables for wipedown as counter had crumbs from previous customers. I got $5 chicken sandwich value meal with small fries, 4 piece chicken nugget with sweet and sour sauce and a small drink. I didn't have breakfast but this value meal kept me sated. Chicken nuggets tasted wonderful to me after almost a two year hiatus from enjoying them. Chicken sandwich was small but satisfying. Fries were good but they were short in length not as long as they usually are when you buy medium or large. Maybe I got the last part of the fries available with the bits and pieces. Altogether, an enjoyable meal:)
Nice location and easy to get in and out. Staffs are usually kind and accurate. Most of time there are plenty parking available. They need to update interior though. Many of chair seats are torn, some have tapes to patch tears. Tables are old and rundown. My first review was 2 weeks ago, today it is closed for renovations. (9/16)Only kitchen and drive through is open. They blocked off kitchen area with vinyl hanging from ceiling but not sure how they will prevent all that dust coming from construction area. I was told it would take 2 months to finish.
The drive thru used to be 24 hrs. Maybe it's just a symptom of the pandemic that they close for a few hours. Maybe it will have changed back to 24 hr format. Otherwise, the food is consistent, the service is up to par.
Food was good, but costumer service still has some work to do. In my situation, I do have a very low tone of voice and can't yell or scream and wearing a face mask does not help either. McDonald's and their drive thrus should be fitted with more sensitive microphones. Those were the associates can adjust the volume of their headphones as needed. Also, when you ask for shakes, they should let you know right away when the machine is not working, rather they let you know that they don't have what you ask for, and when you ask for a different flavor, they tell you...oh the machine isn't working. Waste of time on both ends. As a brand, corporate does not care about a single costumer's opinion, because they are very well positioned as a company, but they should.
The audio was very low. Very difficult to communicate. However, you know what you're getting. I'd say nobsalt on the fries they're a but heavy on the salt.
I went through the drive thru and the young man only gave me one drink so i respectfully told him i was missing one more drink and he looked at the bunch he had already made and just pick one out and gave it to me. He was also kind of rude. One packet of ketchup and one ranch was given to us for two meals.
Got really sick after eating breakfast there. Ordered egg sausage sandwich and orange juice. Got really sick afterwards with diarrhea. Not happy.
At the front desk attention was so bad. I'm not the guilty that you hate the job. I only want 2 burgers I saw a promotion so I order it, they want to charge me more money than the promo said. McDonald's try to pay better salaries to have happy people working for you.

You need better equipment so that your order takers can hear your customers.. having to repeat my order 3 times is ridiculous and wrong order of food.

I was there 10 minuts ago buying a couple of happy meals drive thru. The manager has really bad customer service and no skills at all. The window for paying is closed then I didn't listen she told me "pull over the second window" through the speaker, then she saw me standing like an idiot waiting for someone and pay. At least lady, you can open the window and let me know I must to pull over the next window. Very dirty and bad customer service and her personal care. Terrible.
Cannot take orders correctly. Difficult in understanding what they are asking you. I drove off and went somewhere else. What do you expect when a person is paid $13.50 an hour and the talent is not just there.

I was charged twice and wanted my money back but they want to decide for me how my money is spent. Instead of giving me my money back I get a gift card for the extra money I paid for???? Instead of telling me when their out of stuff, they just replace the items eith something either less expensive or not what I asked for, never coming here again. They have done this multiple times.
Yesterday I Just ate there sausage McMuffin and got food poisoning. I had to call off work today. Ate it during my break and 10 minutes later I felt nauseous and started vomiting later in the day. I’m going to stay away from this location for now.
I do not recommend this McDonald’s. If I could give zero stars or negative stars, I would. I came to this McDonald’s right after their breakfast time. I wanted to get lunch and I wanted to learn how to use all the points that I’ve accumulated. I’ve just started using the app and I’m new to the process when I requested to pay through the app, the lady was very impatient and very rude. She had a very poor attitude, the only thing I can say is if you hate your job, find a different job that you can enjoy. I wound up canceling the order because of her attitude and poor customer service skills.

Ordered a entree meal menu at 3:45am. I came through the drive through at 4:03am and they gave me a bagel breakfast sandwich and a raison sandwich. I came back around asking where my order was, and they told me they cancelled my order. After many years of coming to this place and supporting them I am done. No more. They have messed up my order way too many times and have ruined many hungry needs nights.
Rude service, order through the mobile app I kindly asked for a plastic spoon to stirr my tea expediting person told me very rude in Spanish la próxima vez ordénelo por la aplicación !!! The worst customer service they open 24 hour. But it looks like the worker is lazy I’ve been coming here many times and the sometimes they say they only take cash and sometimes they will claim they have some power issues I drove 15 miles because they 24 hours i came couple days ago and they said they only take cash on the second day they say it they don’t make this order at this time. When the other locations they do make it at that time which is late night. So I decided to go the next day late night just to see if I was wrong maybe it was a coincidence maybe it was my luck but it was the same. In the past more than 10 years, I've been to this site countless times. I have to say that its service has become more and more terrible probably because of change of owner or manager (don't know exactly when). Today I ordered via McDonald's app a bunch of staff include a large meal and a regular meal, and drove through to pick up. I hadn't found until I was back home that the fries of the regular meal was not in the bag at all and the fries of the large meal was just barely half the package. This may not seem to be a big deal but it's actually the second time consecutively in a row (I didn't do anything last time), so I decided to go back talking to them. The manager (who claimed he is) was pretty rude and didn't show any apology at all. Instead, he kept arguing and showing that his stuff was filling every fries package full, which implied that I, as the customer, was lying to him and begging for more free fries. I understand that the past a few years have been tough for restaurant but this is just not a proper way to treat customers and do business.
This McDonald's was certainly disappointing because the management said not to take photos against their policy maybe? The corporate representative was awarding their branch a trophy. Anyway in the age of social media and in the area of social media, the manager was certainly antisocial anti-media.
Has issues with the Uber eats orders, and doesn’t receive the orders in their system. Instead of contacting Uber support to get the issue resolved, they just ignore the issue all together. This wastes both Uber drivers and customers time. I have gotten 2 of these order in the past 2 days, and both times I drove pretty far and had to wait in the drive through just to be told they aren’t receiving Uber orders. I then have to waste even more time on the phone with Uber support to get the order canceled and receive my measly $3 compensation for my wasted time, fuel, and vehicle wear / tear. I can’t imagine how mad the customer must be when they spent a long time ordering and waiting for their food just for it to get cancelled. Please McDonald’s management, on behalf of all Uber drivers and customers, take 2 minutes out of your day to call Uber support to either get this issue resolved, or remove your store from their platform. This is extremely unprofessional, especially when this has been going on for days.
The staff close the drive in at arbitrary times; I know they updated the hours from 2-5am closure but the fact they close the drive through when they want to is unprofessional. If management doesn't want hire people to staff graveyard, reduce the hours but don't foster an environment where your staff closes the restaurant because they are forced to because they are trying to get a break.
Drive thru says 24 hours. I pulled up today at 4:00am. Cones were blocking the drive thru. I called to ask if they were 24hour. The lady that answered was rude. She stated they were 24 hours, but today there was an exception. I asked when they would be opening and she didn’t have an answer.

Ok, it McDonald's. Very slow service if you go in store. It's corporate fault that in store diners are not important. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT COME HERE ☣️ I was a hungry student looking for some last minute food before my flight and decided to order through DoorDash since this McDonald’s was open 24/7. I was expected to wait a reasonable amount of time until my dasher told me that the store could not fulfill my order and to just cancel it. I asked if they could just remake it, but when I asked that, the manager replied with a condescending tone. To say I was shocked was an UNDERSTATEMENT. Management at this store actually does not care at all and I hope they do better in the future.
I've been a few times over the last couple of years. I work a night shift nearby, and it's one of the only places open when I take my "lunch" break around 3am. Do not ever come here at night. If they actually do answer the intercom, they will say they can't take card or are out of whatever you are ordering. Otherwise, they are hanging out in their cars in the parking lot while no one answers you. Once, there was just a piece of paper taped to the intercom that said the card machine was down and that was it. But when I've been in the mornings right after work around 7am, I can get breakfast, no problem. Seems to be a night shift issue only.
The employees were arguing with a customer and telling at him when i walked in. I showed the lady there in the light blue shirt, a bit older, my order number, and she just shrugged and acted like she didn't understand asking me what the number was. I said it's right there *pointed* and asked her if she could see it. And she snapped back with a crazy aggressive tone NO! This is how you train your employees to treat your customers? To yell at them and act stupid or call them liars when they ask you to correct your mistakes? Insane. Fix your management.
Apparently an order of a snack wrap with extra ranch, no lettuce, extra cheese, translates to spicy snack wrap with extra lettuce and regular cheese. What a joke.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s almost 3 years and recently every time I order no meat on my breakfast sandwich which I do it through my mobile app and they always been putting for last three times. I don’t know what the hell the management doing after I email it to them. And also the people who is making the sandwiches should know how read English where I clearly mention no meat so yeah it’s ridiculous. It been happening three times no action has taken. I am a religion person where I not supposed to eat Meat so this is kind of more frustrating for me. But I still hope for the best for them and hopefully they will learn soon.

Slow and they do not read the tickets
Not the first time they lost track of my mobile order. The drive thru employee kept asking “what’s the code” even though I already told them like 10 times (yes you read it right). This is a perfect example where a human’s job was done so badly that it would be better if replaced by a computer.
Skip this one if you want something quick. Been there twice and the wait was ridiculous.
Employee argue with customer. Waited 20 min to get a cheeseburger I ordered thru the mobile app. They just watched me standing there. Finally got help and the burger was made wrong.

The women working there are great. They don’t bother DoorDash drivers and they just do their jobs — just like we do. Everything was perfect until last night, until I saw the new male employee. Dude, stop acting like a princess and focus on your job. Don’t talk to people for no reason and don’t say annoying things. Nobody cares about you. This world does not belong to you. Do your job and go home — it’s that simple. There is no need for unnecessary interaction. Stop treating others like they’re second-class just to satisfy your ego. You’re lucky I have more responsibilities than you, so I didn’t say anything to you. I hope you see this comment. I ordered all drinks my Powerade came out watery and I saw the lady pour water out knowing it was watery and still try to give it to us to the tops were a nasty green color which made me end up not drinking any of it

I used the kiosk to place an order, grabbed a table number, and sat down. A receipt did not print from the kiosk. I waited for 15 minutes, the order never came out. Went up to the counter and they said there was no record of my order even though I had proof of receipt in the mobile app AND the gift card I used. I attempted to reorder but the deal I had used was no longer available (as I had already used it). While I was waiting I heard a lady come inside, frustrated that she was waiting in her car for over ten minutes. Then another lady said she drove home then realized her happy meals had no chicken nuggets or fries. Do not come here unless you want your money and time wasted.

WORST McDonalds ever!! I ordered the Mc crispy deluxe, and it looked like they put it together in the washing machine. I had to tell them how to make the sandwich. I asked the manager if she would eat this sandwich she said no. so I told the whole staff they should all be ashamed of themselves and if they don’t wanna make a burger, then go work somewhere else!

This place does not understand English at all. I just ordered one of these and I said only ketchup and mustard no cheese which means catch up on mustard and everything else but they put no bacon. If you tell them to leave out certain things you have to include everything else right hello??? You're not supposed to omit the other items not mentioned. Those kids that got expelled from college for partying during Covid would do a better job at taking orders now that they're no longer pursuing a career. Put them to work here instead.
