Service with a smile is great but when the smile comes from the heart & is supported by compassion it makes everything better. The staff can help a bad day seem better and great coffee seem amazing.

Come for the coffee. Stay for the wifi. Starbucks is pretty consistent around the world and in that regard, predictable, and comfortable. The number one complaint I hear is about their coffee (generally, not regarding the specific location) but I'm not a coffee snob so it's fine for me. Customer service is generally pretty high-quality.

I've visited all the starbucks locations nearby Mountain View and this one is my favorite. Most the staff is generally polite. I've never once had my order made wrong here either. They're usually fast paced & make the order quickly. I do wish this location had more options with merchandise & bagged coffee though! They never seam to have much, but it could be bad timing on my part! The good stuff seams to sell quickly! This location always looks clean as well, which is amazing in itself. :)

It's amazing to me. Please can make the experience. I buy my coffee at Starbucks. Very regular basis. The way them please behave and treat you makes a big difference. Today was a great day. Everybody was open. Warm, friendly, helpful and I really appreciate it. Thank you

This is my usual stop when I do get some coffee or breakfast in the morning. The store itself was recently remodeled and has plenty of space to sit and relax. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. On the one occasion where there was a mixup with my drink they took care of it quickly and professionally without a hassle.

This Starbucks is acceptably awesome .Pretty spacious for such a small seating area.The barista on duty that morning were courteous and professional regardless of the demeanor of any arriving customers. My order was taken and delivered promptly. This is a rare diamond in the Starbucks world. They treat Asian men(as I am) simply as customers and not aliens to be treated with derision. However, your experience may differ with the rotating roster of baristas.

Typically long lines, but the service is quick so the wait isn't horrible. I happen to buck the whole hipster holier-than-thou trend to small-batch roasteries, and I enjoy Starbucks for what it is. This location feels a little shabbier and more rushed than others I've been too - less loungey and less of a place to stay and hang out.

I have mixed feelings about this Starbucks. Depending on who is at the cashier, it can either be a super super quick trip (definite plus in the morning on the way to work) or quite the opposite - SLOOOOOOOOWWWW like a freakin snail. I came in at 5:45am on a Monday morning and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. As I walked up to the register, the barista asked to make my drink. While she was making it, the cashier rang me up. Both are superstars! The very next day, I came in at 5:50am and there was a line of 2 people ahead of me. A different cashier was working the register and OMG she was so slow. I don't know how it can take so long to ring up a coffee order but seriously I was in line for 10 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. As I waited, the line behind me grew to 5 other people. Everyone looked just as aggitated as me. I mean seriously, we're in here at 6am for a reason, we need our coffee and we have places to get to! As a result, I was late to work and was super annoyed as I stood there waiting and watching in disblief. The baristas know their "regulars" and remember their drinks orders.

Average Starbucks coffee. Great table setup. Suck ass WiFi! In Mountain View no less! 0.23 Mbps up + 3.78 Mbps down w/ only 4 people using the network!

I really wish the customer service was more welcoming like I've experienced at other Starbucks. I love that it's never crowded here but the atmosphere needs a warm up.

sunday 8 Well, today I went to Starbucks and bought a Vt Mocha and my daughter got a Vt hot chocolate, and my Vt Mocha was really good, but my daughters Vt hot chocolate were not good. Half of her cup was filled with whipped cream and the other Half was with the hot chocolate that I had finished with him in 2 minutes and the rest was just whipped cream, I don't know if Starbucks thinks kids are dumb because my daughter told me that someone from the Starbucks worker put more whipped cream than the drink real

There was a mistake on my order could have been my bad or register. But they acted mad threw my coffee & I mean threw down sink although I said I'd be fine with the hot drink & a cup of ice.

The service was so slooowww. I ordered a chocolate croissant and latte and I waited for at least 15 minutes. And all the drinks were just waiting at the counter with no one calling out names. There’s some operational problem.

Incredibly rude security outside in the parking lot. Nothing wrong with the store itself but it's incredibly unokay and unfair to harass people with a microphone it's inhumane and disrespectful to pick on people for what they look like.

The worst iv tasted Horrible

This location has been plagued by plumbing problems which means no bathrooms and no indoor/outdoor seating. Only grab and go items. Also the store hours seem to vary by day. Avoid disappointment, check with the store before going.

We have been getting drinks from this location for awhile now, and lately when we order our venti, we received drinks almost quarter missing, I don't ask for foam, and there's no foam filling up the empty space, just a grande in the venti cup. And the Cheese Danish I ordered had coffee grounds all over it, that I at first thought it was just burned crumbs. Don't come to this store and get your money scammed. Check your drinks, and food before walking away, because they're not paying attention to what they do.

I went in to this Starbucks this morning and, as usual, I came to get my thermos filled with Pike Place coffee, for which I am always charged $3.25. I also had my heart set on having a breakfast sandwich. They figure you're not using the cups, so to fill a thermos is less expensive ... EXCEPT THIS MORNING! The young lady barista wanted to charge me an outrageous $6.75, and she wasn't in a very good mood. I am a 70 year old man, and I am under the impression she has issues with elderly folks. The manner in which she spoke down to me was unconscionable. I left without my coffee, AND ALSO WITHOUT MY BREAKFAST SANDWICH, which was very inconvenient, and started my day out on the wrong foot. This will definitely make me less likely to continue buying food and coffee at Starbucks again. I used to be pleased with the friendliness of the baristas. If this mistreatment of elderly people is a new trend in Starbucks, you won't see us there anymore.

Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I've had at a Starbucks. The cashier forgot to queue my order. I waited in line ten minutes before I finally decided to get closer to the serving area to claim my drink. The cashier just stared at me and didn't even bother to apologize. I found it to be very rude. One of the baristas was nice enough to address the issue promptly, but the cashier lady ruined my experience that day.

I rarely give out bad reviews and reviews in general but, today I had an absolutely horrible experience at this particular location. I always had off and on experiences at this location. When I was ordering today the Bautista was extremely rude and I know this time is stressful for everyone during Covid but no matter how much I tried to be understanding she was just awful. She kept yelling at me to speak louder so she could hear me and I kept trying to rise my voice and I ended up having to shout to give my order. The person in front of me did not get yelled at or the person behind me. They both were speaking at the same level as I was but, I was only one who got yelled at and I felt very belittled. She didn't say "Excuse me, but can you speak a little louder I can't hear you very clearly." I basically was getting yelled at for being soft spoken. I honestly am not going back to this location. I've never had a problem with the location in downtown mountain view. I'll just stick with the location in downtown where I know the customer service is constantly good. I would not recommend this location at all.

Barista wearing sweats and a gray shirt on thanks giving was rude. We ordered an ice drink and when it came hot, we asked for a cup of ice to be easy. She then told us to order it at the register with a tone.

I love Starbucks. This location is my least favorite. There is absolutely NO hustle from the baristas at this location. They are extremely slow. The cashiers are very quick, the baristas are slow moving. I've visited here daily for the past 5 mos.

Just ordered 2 large Lavender cream oat milk matcha with no ice. Both of them came in paper cups and I didn't get a chance to know that both drinks had ice (half the cups filled with ice) in them even though I specified to not have ice. Slow baristas, bad service and usually chaotic. Order ahead 10 -15 minutes arrive and still waiting if they do not misplace my drink and act like I didn't order. Lazy underwhelming and usually disappointing experience. The wrong Starbucks closed the one on Charleston was outstanding but we are stuck with this. Safeway Starbucks are inconsistent but still much better than this location. This whole store needs to close, retrain or make drastic changes. This spot has to hurt the brand. I removed their app from my phone. Uneven parking is a preview of the service inside. The lot floods when it rains. Watch for the puddles and only come here if you have time to waste or low expectations.

I go here about once a week and it's only Starbucks nearby. I always have to wait more than 10 minutes no matter what. And I always do a mobile order from home, get in the car and drive which is about 5 minutes this Starbucks is very unorganized. Seems like the workers aren't properly trained and a lot of times my drinks do not come out to the Starbucks standard.

Watched new employee stick his fingers all up in my cup as he had no idea how to make the drink. I still foolishly tried it and it was absolutely awful what a waste of 7$ and how unsanitary.
