The drinks at dutch bros are good overall. But this location makes the drinks better with their service and quality. Many people feel it’s loud and “too much” with I slightly agree but, I feel that energy and vibe adds a lot and Id rather go get a coffee leaving with a smile on my face with staff who cares about me then just treat me as “just another customer “

I love this coffee with a passion. But I came today for the new sticker drop. The app literally says get a sticker with every drink purchase. I ordered two drinks and the girl at the window gave me only one. I had to ask her for another since I got two drinks and she told me they don’t usually do that yet the app literally says with every drink purchase 🥲 I’ve never had an issue but please make sure the whole crew is aware of how the drops work

I’m a month late in posting this review but I just want to say the women working there are amazing. I had just left from a funeral and chose to stop for some caffeine before making a 2 hour drive back home. The women obviously could tell I was not having a good day and they were just so kind to me. The drink was great, but the kindness from the 2 women working the drive thru is something I’ll always remember. I wish I had gotten their names. So grateful for my experience.

First time to this place, everyone is very nice and quick getting the line moving. They also just offered me some mistake drinks they made which was a really nice bonus =) The gal at the window was very friendly, my wife and I both loved the drinks we got. - 2 Large "Double Tortures" (Hot) - 2 "Kickers" Fully recommend and will definitely be back!

Stopped by Dutch Bros Coffee in Lancaster, CA and had a good experience. The staff was very friendly and energetic, and the drinks were made correctly and tasted great. The only downside was the line can get pretty long at busy times. Overall, a solid coffee spot and I’d definitely come back.

My only complaint about this location is they wait way too long to send anyone out to bust the line. There will be 5 or 6 cars in line and they will still take orders 1 at a time at the window adding a lot of extra time to the experience.

The inconsistency at this location is crazy. Mind you I live in LA and I’m literally driving to Lancaster for a couple things this being one of them. I went I asked for a Horchata chai with strawberry soft top. There was so little Soft top, but you can literally just see the Drink through the top of the lid. It’s like they’re lazy or something. It didn’t taste like there was any extra syrup in my chai. It just tasted like a regular chai when it was supposed to be a Horchata chai. They took an extra second to give me my drink after they handed us the first one, so it’s one of those things where you think if they were trying to rush it out and ended up being lazy with it since that’s how my drink tasted and looked Normalize holding your tip until you get your drink. After so many times of my drink just being poorly made. I feel like I have to make a review. Try the other like three Duch locations in the area steer clear from this one. I wasn’t planning on leaving a review so I didn’t take a good picture at the time but you can see the level of soft top difference between mine and my boyfriends. If we’re paying extra I want what I’m paying extra for. Respect my money… Crazy I’m leaving a poor review about a company that is known for being extremely elated and pleasant. I had quite the opposite experience crazy. EDIT: After writing, this, I went to go look at the most recent reviews And the same day another customer left a comment about having a poor experience. Maybe it was your staff that day that you guys need to have a good talking to, but clearly I’m not the only one and something was going on Thursday, November 20, 2025. Staff was lazy and rude that day. I have never had such a bad experience at Dutch.

I usually love this location. But today I had it. There is a young lady in a brown sweater today talking so rudely to another employee about the cars moving up. Then continues to talk to the others employees saying "she don't play". But rude giving us our coffee and forgets my bread. I wasn't upset about her missing missing it I was upset that once I got to the window and told her that she missed my bread she rolled her eyes and then slammed the window in my face. This is so uncalled for and for myself being in human resources for many years there is plenty wrong with how this went down.

The music is so loud in there they can’t even hear you. I yelled the order at the guy four times and he still made it wrong. After I literally sent it four times they play their music so loud in there that they can’t even do their job and then when I got the drink, it tasted like crap. They just play around.

ordered large iced nitro coffee, i thought dutch bros brews thier own coffee, but I actually saw them take out a can of "stoked" brand coffee and pour it into the cup filled with ice. did i just pay $7 for canned coffee. ive could of gone to walmart and get a 48oz bottle of stoked ice coffee for $5. might just stick to coffeebloom or starbucks after this.
