The restaurant is very cute. I had Pad Thai and sweet and sour stir-fry — the food tasted absolutely amazing. The waiter was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. The atmosphere was great, and they have a full bar for drinks. It’s a perfect place for a date.
Soho Thai is a wonderful restaurant with excellent service. It’s perfect for couples and families. The waitstaff are very kind, patient, and have great interpersonal skills. Highly recommended! The prices are reasonable as well.
Everything about this restaurant was great! Came here for dinner and ordered a pad see ew, tom yum soup, crab Rangoon, and chicken basil. The pad see ew was my favorite
If you’re in Soho and craving some bomb Thai food, you gotta hit up Sohothai! 🥢 They’ve got flavors from all over Thailand, and everything is SO good. Here’s what you can’t miss: 🔥 Tamarind Fish – Seriously, next level. 🥗 Beef Salad – So fresh and packed with flavor. 🍜 Classics like Pad Thai and Pad See Ew that just hit the spot every time. Everything is made fresh, and you can taste how good the ingredients are. Heads up though, this place gets busy! Make a reservation so you’re not stuck waiting. 📍 Soho vibes + amazing food = the perfect spot for lunch or dinner. Trust me, you’ll leave happy. Who’s down to try it?
Walked into this place around 5:30 on Valentine’s Day without a reservation we were sat right away. The atmosphere is super cute and wow, we were blown away by the quality of the food. Pricing was a plus if you’re looking for a good authentic Thai food in a super cute atmosphere please give this place a try!
Very relaxed, subdued lightning, soft music. Easy to converse. The staff is great. There is happy hour. The food is great. Perfect for a lovely evening. Highly recommended.
Great Thai flavors with a creative twist in SoHo I really enjoyed my meal here. For the appetizer, I had the Kua Kling in a cup, which was excellent. It was packed with herbs and had a bold spicy and salty flavor. The contrast with the dough cup was perfect — crispy, soft, and flavorful all at once. Such a creative and well-balanced combination. For the main dish, I ordered the Udon Drunken Noodles, and they were very good. The udon noodles worked surprisingly well with the spicy sauce and seafood, soaking up all the flavors while staying chewy and satisfying. The service was also great — the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and a place I’d happily come back to.
SoHo Thai is such a gem in the city! The flavors are bold, fresh, and perfectly balanced — every dish tastes like it was made with real care. The pad thai is delicious, the curries are rich and fragrant, and the appetizers come out hot and crispy. The vibe is cozy with a modern touch, making it a great spot for both casual meals and date nights. Service is fast, friendly, and super attentive. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!🇹🇭🇹🇭
Blown out of the park by this thai restaurant. Despite being in Soho, the prices are still very reasonable. The calamari and chicken satay appetizer were both delicious and well portioned. The drunken noodle and massamun curry were plentiful with chicken while most places give you three measly pieces of chicken. We left with bellies full and very happy
I had the opportunity to visit New York for work and had some time to go shopping. I searched for a Thai restaurant and found SoHo Thai. I tried the Pad Kra Pao with chicken, and the flavor was truly authentic. Before returning to Thailand, I plan to stop by again to try the Khao Soi Chicken, which I believe will taste just as amazing.
The Pad See Ew with shrimp was good and the server provide great service. However, the temperature inside the restaurant was freezing cold to the point where i had to keep my jacket on the entire time. It felt just as cold as outside and felt like 7°.
The food was amazing!! I have to give the restaurant 3 stars. I had the vegetable pad se eww and it was the best that I ever had. They staff was wonderful and accommodating. However it was extremely cold inside and it’s 6 degrees outside. It feels like the heat is not even on, imagine heating in the cold. In order to retain customers I strongly recommend management turn the heat up.
There are much better Thai spots in Manhattan, even in SoHo. The service is bad (you get one napkin pp and get snubbed if you ask for more), the waitress is annoyed if you ask for a menu instead of a stupid QR code. It’s very fast very “get you right out” vibe. She never even brought us water until we asked for it and was quick to let us know price is higher than what the menu says. Like what? The food: nothing more than average or maybe even slightly below. Flavorless and cheaply sourced ingredients. Really disappointing to me.
I never give a 1 star review before but we had a very horrible dinner experience here due to very poor service. The servers were unfriendly and unsmiling. We were seated next to the door and every time someone opens the door, we would get cold and the wind would blow our napkins all over our food. We asked the server if we can get our tables switched if another table opened up, but they said our table was the only one available. Once we saw a table open up, we asked a different server if we can be seated there, and they finally said yes. I asked if they can help us move our food and drinks, to which i got no response. We ended up moving everything ourselves. Food was very mid as well, you can get the same flavors at any other thai restaurant. They also didn’t give utensils even after our food came and had to get their attention to ask for utensils…
