A wonderful local spot with authentic Thai menu beyond your regular curries, pad thai and tom yam. The Thai tea was a bit too sweet but still delicious. The curry puffs were big and generously filled. Walked un around 7pm on Saturday night and got seated in a cute backyard. The ambiance is tasteful and cosy.

We had a small dinner party in the backyard. Everything went perfect! The food and service was next level. I really appreciate their hospitality. Everything was so good! My favorite dishes were the Papaya Salad, Tom Zabb Gradook Moo, and Kor Moo Yang. Thank you again!

The location is so beautiful! We visited for lunch at about 2:30 and it was nice and quiet with just enough people inside.. staff is so kind and attentive and the food is by far so so authentic! I always go for a basil fried rice and this place really hits the flavors perfectly! The papaya salad is also so delicious and the crispy pork was cooked to perfection! Both of our drinks were made so perfectly and had just the right amount of kick to it! Highly recommend checking them out!

Authentic Thai cuisine with delicious flavors from both Northern and Northeastern regions. The taste is truly outstanding, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff provide excellent service. I was very impressed and will definitely come back again very soon.❤️😋🫶🏻👍🏻

Came here on a whim, no expectations or what so ever, just wanted to have some Thai food. When we walked in, they greeted us warmly and really nice. Atmosphere is very fancy but surprisingly the prices on the menu are pretty reasonable. We randomly ordered appetizers and entrees. Everything was amazingly. Something as simple as a soup that came with the lunch special blown me away. Even my toddler kept asking for more because he was so tasty. Food was fresh, crispy appetizers were actually hot and crispy. Definitely a place that we would purposely travel to eat and recommend for our family and friends to visit.

Wonderful service at Za PuTawn Brooklyn!! This is our second time and we were so delighted to come back. The atmosphere is charming and they have a really nice backyard. The food was also so tasty - many of the dishes are ones I remember having in Bangkok long ago. We look forward to our next trip here!

Zabb Putawn is a hidden gem! Every dish we ordered was spot on especially papaya salad , tom yum soup, and grilled liver. The balance of spicy, sour, and savory flavors was perfect. If you’re looking for real Thai food, this is the place!

Beautiful restaurant. Beautiful food, flavors, and atmosphere all around. They truly highlight some of the unique northeastern thai restaurant in a way that is not just another takeout place. Well worth sitting and savoring. I got the Kow Soi Gai - an absolute flavor bomb with amazing layers of texture and flavors between the crispy noodle garnish, the rich curry broth, pickled vegetables, and the wonderfully tender chicken. I'm excited to come back to try the rest of the menu!

Great menu and generally excellent. I have one small niche complaint in that the nuer naam tok doesn’t seem to be grilled as it should be (mine seemed pan fried and tasted vaguely boiled). Everything else I’ve eaten here has been excellent (tasty tom yum, great gaeng keaw wan, etc). This restaurant is a notch more expensive than some of the others in the neighborhood.

Very authentic Thai food! We enjoyed the food, but since the food is very authentic, please be aware that it is very spicy. The Pad Kee Mao was super spicy, and we didn't notice an option to request lowered spice levels. I would recommend the stewed pork dish as that was great! The other dishes were not bad, but that especially stood out.

I actually really liked the main entrees at Zabb PuTawn but there were a few things that were off for me. First off, this place was busy and there was only one staff member in the front who served and seated everyone - thank you so much for all your hard work, I know it was super busy! The heater was broken when we were there so the place was freezing, we had to wear our coats and to be honest, we were looking forward to leave so we could get some heat. The fried chicken wings appetizer is a skip for me, the meat quality was okay though the sauce was delicious. The main entrees is what you should come here for, I loved my garlic chicken stir fry and the milky tom yum soup heated us up nicely. Would come back again just for entrees!
