A truly excellent experience! From the moment we walked in until we left, the service was impeccable. We felt well taken care of and supported at all times, without any sense of being overly familiar with the waiter (which can happen in other places). As for the food, it was spectacular. We ordered carpaccio, risotto, linguine with clams and porcini mushrooms, and, of course, tiramisu. The only criticism we had: the plates were completely empty. We will definitely be back.
We've been coming here for years, and I have to say it's one of the best places we've ever been. Both the staff and the food are spectacular, and the service we receive every time is truly incredible. It's clear that the team is thoroughly trained for this business: the protocol, the attention to detail, and every aspect make the experience always very pleasant, as we believe it should be everywhere. And what can I say about the food… simply spectacular. Every time we come, we try to sample something new, and it never disappoints. Thank you to the entire team for making us go home with the wonderful feeling of having had an excellent evening.
Amaizing and delicious pasta! Very kind staff! ♥️
You can tell when they greet you when you walk in. They're eager. They explain everything 100% to you. The waiters are very friendly and well-informed about the restaurant's offerings. Classic food, a 10/10. When you leave, the chef, who is the owner, comes by and thanks you for everything. A landmark in Alcorcón. We'll be back.
Italian restaurant. All the dishes we ordered were very, very tasty, although I must say that for those of us who like to eat, they were a bit limited. And the value for money, well, given the price...expensive. The waiters were super friendly and attentive. We ate on the terrace (we didn't make a reservation and it was full inside). It wasn't a great day, but they put the electric heaters on for us, and well, it was much better! The dessert was amazing. The tiramisu was a 10, and the panna cotta was too. We'll definitely go back.
Awesome food, ambient and friendly staff
Last December 1st, we went to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and the experience was wonderful. The service was superb; the waiters were very friendly and attentive at all times. As for the food, although the dishes were delicious, the portions seemed a bit small considering the price, especially the pasta. However, the desserts were exceptional—the best part of the meal! Without a doubt, it's a place with excellent service and high-quality food.
Went for lunch with a customer, set menu was about 15€. I have been to many Italian-wanna be restaurants in Madrid and often found the chef or the owner to be a fake italian so I was a bit sceptical. As soon as you arrive there is a plate signed by the Italian Chamber of Commerce ( wich is already an achievement) the food was tasty and traditionally prepared and the atmosphere quite customer , friendly plastic bottles was a turn off Maybe the music from Napoli that kept playing over and over was a bit too forcrd. What I was very surprised about, was this young waiter acting very professionally, I wish I could have the same service wherever I go.
I found the restaurant staff extremely rude. 2 of the staff were visibly arguing. I paid by card and I was asked if I wanted a copy to which I replied yes, he actually threw the copy on the table and…

The place is nice but freezing cold; you can't eat in that weather. The olive appetizer is awful; they put them in the pit container, which is smaller so you can fit fewer olives, as you can see in the photos. The risotto and tagliatelle with pesto were very good, but if you have a big appetite, order four dishes because the portions are tiny for the price. I definitely don't recommend it and I won't be back. Pasta at a premium price for a minuscule amount. Believe me, being cold isn't just a feeling; as I mentioned, the quality is good, but the temperature inside today was freezing, and the food portions were quite small. Never again.
The food was very good and reasonably priced for the quality. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with many details, and the service was friendly and attentive. We ordered a provolone cheese to share, which was delicious, and a main course each: spaghetti carbonara and four pizzas. The unpleasant surprise that spoiled our dinner was the wait. I understand it was a weekday and that there would only be one person in the kitchen and another in the dining room, but we were seated at 9:05 PM when there were only three tables occupied: one for five people and two for two. This meant there were three orders ahead of us, totaling nine people. The cheese arrived at 9:45 PM, and the main courses at 10:17 PM (I know this from the photos I took). Meanwhile, not even a single olive to accompany our drinks, which we obviously had to drink while we waited. In short, it's a shame the wait ruined our good meal, which will probably mean we won't be returning.
I really liked the service and attention to detail. They were attentive at all times. The food was quite delicious, especially the pizza, and the pasta was good, but I thought it was too limited and the price was perhaps a bit high. I did try a wine, though, which was delicious, and they retained the Italian atmosphere and the Italian products.
Expensive for what you get. Good food, small portions.
Experiencia mejorable.
The place is very pleasant, both in its decor and atmosphere. Completely Neapolitan. I had the set menu (I don't know if the à la carte menu is better) and although it's relatively cheap (less than €20 with several drinks), the portions are tiny, almost ridiculously so. Some pizza crusts and for the main course, a portion of pasta that was barely two skewers. I repeat, I think the food is good, but you can barely taste it on such a meager menu. The worst part was the service. The waiter seemed polite, but it was a false friendliness: he made snide remarks and got into a pointless argument with a woman at my table. Unnecessary. Perhaps it was Friday and one of our guests arrived fifteen minutes late and they wanted to close, but honestly, it was unnecessary and quite unpleasant. We all have bad days.
If you want delicious Italian food without breaking the bank, this pizzeria is NOT the right place for you. Neither for the quality of the food, which is mediocre, nor for the value for money. If you don't believe me, come in and ask for a parmigiana: €15, I think, for three rolls that could easily be frozen or a premium product with fresh cheese added. Otherwise, a buffalo mozzarella pizza where the buffalo mozzarella could have been anything, but above all, it was cooked so poorly in a hot oven that it was burnt on the bottom, the mozzarella evaporated from the heat, and the overall flavor was bland, partly due to a tomato (San Marzano?? I doubt it) that was lacking in acidity and color (it tasted like a tomato from a bottle for the breakfast toasties). The service was out of step with the place, which was tacky and lacking in identity.
