This is by faaar THE BEST VIPS in town. Like in whole Madrid. Thanks to service and kitchen. Been in this one tree times and always far ahead before other VIPS restaurants in the area. Thank you, stay as you are please :)

We've been here several times and the food is consistently good! And it comes out of the kitchen quickly, which is helpful with kids. The only thing we really don't like is that every time we've been here, at the end of the meal, the waitress hovers above you and almost forces you to fill out a VIPs survey, directing you to give 10 stars in all of the categories and also mention her name in the free-writing portion. It's extremely uncomfortable. I imagine the waiters receive some sort of incentive for having the customers fill out the survey, but these surveys will be useless to the VIPs management because they are forced and fake. Please, management, talk to your staff and stop this uncomfortable situation that happens to us every time!

The roast chicken with mashed potatoes and carrots was cold. It tasted like normal roast chicken, well salted, and nothing else. The service was good and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Next time I'll have a burger.

I ordered the classic Vips Club, but today the chef was feeling creative and served me the impressive 'Vips Club Volcánico'. A variation on the classic recipe that gives it that charred touch, adding a bitterness that perfectly complements the melted cheese. Without a doubt, if you like your food well-done, this is the Vips for you.

Upon arrival, the waitress was incredibly rude and didn't even say hello. They didn't seem to understand orders. The coffees were weak, and only one brownie arrived out of the two we ordered, 45 minutes after everyone at the table had been served. Very unprofessional. It pains me because I'm in the hospitality industry, and it's a disgrace that with the prices these days, they have such terrible service. I wouldn't recommend it, and we won't be returning. I know the employees don't care because it doesn't affect their income, but it's shameful.

Absolutely terrible, a complete disgrace. The dish of roasted carrots with cold couscous had raw carrot chunks, the carrots had unpeeled ends, the couscous was lumpy and undissolved, and it didn't even come with dressing. I asked them to add it, but it was no use. The owner said he'd ask in the kitchen, and they told him they made it according to a recipe. I'm thinking, according to whose recipe? I don't know of any other restaurant that serves vegetables unpeeled, and raw carrots are only used in salads grated, not in chunks. It was awful. I've had the same dish at the Vips in Parque Oeste, and they make it perfectly. Since they were fully booked there today, I came to this place, and it was a total disaster. I won't be back. Reply to the owner: I told a waitress and she said that she was indeed embarrassed that you had served us that and that she should tell you, which I did, and you ignored it. It was fit to be thrown in the trash and all you said was that it had been made according to the recipe, so don't be so shameless.

We always go there for afternoon tea, and it had been a long time since we'd gone for lunch. A truly disappointing experience. It's true the place was busy, but I really think it's either the staff's inexperience or lack thereof that leads to the appetizers arriving with the main course all together, even though we didn't ask for it that way, nor were we asked. All three main courses were cold, and a burger that was supposedly cooked to perfection was overcooked and practically uneaten because it was cold and dry. It's truly regrettable; my worst €50 (with a promotion) wasted. I don't usually write a place off, since we used to go there often for afternoon tea, but I assure you that I won't be returning to this Vips, even though it's the closest one. Ahhh, besides being a place that usually, if not constantly, doesn't have something, in the croissant snacks and now in the regular fries meals, this is becoming so recurrent, that I keep adding points for not going to this place.
