Hay buen ambiente, tocan buenas bandas y precios accesibles, lo único malo es la atención de los meseros, son muy tardados.

La comida muy rica y el grupo que toca en vivo el sábado también muy bueno, en mi opinión les falta personal para meseros ya que tardaban las órdenes y teníamos que hablarles a cada rato si ocupabamos algo, y también dice que cierran a la 1 am y prácticamente a las 12 ya están bajando la cortina

No tienen constante mente cerveza de barril en la comida no tienen disponibilidad después de las 10 pm y tienen dos Gerentes y no se ponen de acuerdo en las promociones y falta mantenimiento en el mobiliario y en cuestión de los meseros dan muy buen servicio

Éramos la única mesa, Tardaron 1 hora en traernos la comida, no tenían lo que había en la carta, La hamburguesa sabia a refrigerador, pedimos una hamburguesa sin aderezos y nos la trajeron con Ranch, Las papas estaban frías, La cerveza quemada. 0% recomendado

Definitivamente no regreso, fui con varios amigos y pasaron varias cosas muy desagradables: No tenían casi nada de lo que ofrecen en la carta, te sirven lo que quieren. El servicio es muy malo tardan mucho en atender y se equivocan, por ejemplo pedí 14 alitas con dos salsas diferentes cuando las sirvieron me percaté que solo eran 10 alitas y todas de una sola salsa la mesera se disculpó y nos dio de cortesía 7 alitas. La comida no es buena, las alitas sabían mal y casi no tenían carne. Lo feo fue al momento de pagar nos percatamos que la cuenta estaba mal y nos estaban cobrando $1000 pesos de más las alitas que nos dieron de cortesía las estaban cobrando además de otros productos que agregaron de más, al comentarles se molestaron y ajustaron la cuenta más a fuerza que de ganas como si nosotros tuviéramos la culpa. Sinceramente no dejamos propina por esa mala acción. No recomiendo el lugar para nada.

I ordered through Didi Food and I'm absolutely disgusted. The wings were cooked, not fried, since the skin was peeling away from the meat, but they were raw inside. I don't know when they made the potato wedges, but it was clear they'd just been microwaved. It's unbelievable that this place is still open, being so bad and always so empty.

Honestly, it's a place I wouldn't return to for several reasons. This was my second chance, but I've learned my lesson: I shouldn't go back. The kitchen takes forever to prepare your order (except for wings), and the service is terrible (you end up eating whatever they have available, not what's on the menu or what you actually want). For example, I ordered a Vancouver mix, which is supposed to include five brown wings and nuggets, but it only came with brown wings, and instead of nuggets, they gave me onion rings. The polite thing to do would have been to approach me and say, "We don't have this, can I give you this instead?" instead of making the decision for me. They didn't have flavored micheladas (which are on the menu). They didn't have sugar-free Coke, and they don't have all the sauces listed on the menu. The atmosphere is good because of the live band; that's the only thing worth mentioning and it helps pass the time.

Terrible service. They used to give me great portions of hot dogs, but now it seems like they don't even want to serve customers. The owner should hire other people who actually want to work.

Dry and ugly. The boneless wings look like nuggets with a very unpleasant burnt coating. Their sauces are not tasty. The "all you can eat" promotion should clarify that they'll deliver an average of 6 wings every 15 or 20 minutes. The wings are cooked VERY poorly; they look like they were day-old wings. The sauces make your stomach feel sick. I've tried the Parmesan sauce elsewhere, and it's NOTHING like it. Even though we asked for less browned wings, the cook ignored us. Overall, not recommended. I wouldn't return.
