This place is actually amazing. Lol and the owner is so sweet!! We took advantage of the 9 piece special for $14.99 and the 4 sides for $8, added 4 rolls for $1.99, large drinks and our total was $34. Honestly, chicken was delicious and crispy, juicy, we waited about 20 minutes for fresh thighs and I ain't mad at it. We were dine it. The sides, I highly recommend the mash potatoes, coleslaw is on the fresher side vs the sweet and fresh side, I probably wouldn't get it again just because I like it a little sweet, the mac was probably the best mac for a fast food establishment. The green beans are really good too. They kind of taste like they were cooked with a meat of some kind. Smokey. Dirty rice is a little more mushy and super spicy, but its good. I'd compare the flavor to a jambalaya honestly. The zing sauce I believe is what its called and seasoning, slaps. Make sure you get it! Rolls are really good. Cooked to perfection! Overall, I'd recommend and be back. :-)

Best chicken I've ever had! I found this place headed to Mexico one time and had no clue it even existed I came to Houston to where I always go with this certain spot come to find out it's not even one street up the road. Well I'll tell you I got so excited I was shaking almost lol also the two gentlemen that are working in there.. swedish can be. I had a rough day but this definitely made my night!

Golden Chick was by far the best I’ve tried! They offer great costumer service and are supper friendly! The decor inside makes the place like home! Thank you so much for making my dinner with love and perfection! Definitely would visit Golden Chick again and will let friends and family know about it! Golden Chick is a solid 10/10 !
