There’s days where this place is slow. Times are tough and the work here isn’t for everyone. Most of the time you’re gonna get it on time though, and it’ll taste pretty good. If you ever have an issue or it’s real late you’re likely to get a refund plus a credit under your number. I’ve been a driver here since 2016 (on and off, thru college and moving around different areas) and I will say I try very hard. Or I guess I don’t have to try, I and many others here do care very much about getting this food to you fast. I’ve lived in this area since ‘98 when I was 2 years old so I treat everyone around here especially like a good neighbor. I do the most I can possibly do as do many here. So try and keep in mind that things happen, sometimes drivers can’t come to work and sometimes insiders have the same problem, just like any other job. If you have any problems it wasn’t out of laziness or malice etc. And as I’ve said if you have any problems just let us know and we will fix those problems, I will fix those problems. Also just one note and I guess small complaint: the drivers don’t get that full $4.49 delivery fee. We just started getting $1.50 per delivery up from the standard always had been $1.25 (cause the gas prices basically tripled in not even 2 years). I know it might say on the website “delivery fee is not a tip” but I wish it would say “delivery drivers receive $1.50 out of the $4.49 delivery fee”. Anyways, I work and close Wednesday-Saturday so if you’re calling late you’re likely to get ahold of me or at the very least if you’re calling or ordering online you’re very likely to get me. And I’ll make sure you only get the best service. If mistakes are made I’ll make sure you’re compensated. Sincerely, your local Pizza Hut delivery driver
Overall, we've only had one issue which was 1 missing wing and it isn't really that big a deal anyways lol But this location has always had fast pick up times (within 15 mins) and we always get exactly what we order ( with the exception of literally 1 wing xD ) so we'll continue to depend on them for our pizza needs <3

Wonderful clean and friendly Pizza Hut! The cashier Kate was very nice and helpful. The chicken bacon Parmesan melt is amazing! You should try it.
Willow Park Pizza Hut is awesome. 9 times out 10 they're quick to deliver. The food is hot, fresh and tastes good. Having leftovers the next day is good too.

I ordered on June 26th for pickup around 7:00 P.M. My wings were not included in my pickup order and I called to let them know. They had the wings that were missing delivered at no additional cost. Great customer service. The young sounding guy who handled the call was a model of professionalism. They took a mistake and turned it into a customer service opportunity.

Went through the entire order in the Hut app. When I click complete my order, I was then told the store was out of Pan Pizza dough. I understand supply chain issues. I deal with them daily but dough is the 1st item to click in the order. Should have been noted then. PH has had numerous issues w/ online & app orders over the years.
More consistency. Ordered several times now, and each time on the same order, the pizzas(Detroit Style)were completely different. Strongly disagree with the $4 delivery charge, in which it states driver will not get. Asked for parmesan packet and driver told me they are now $1 each. Likely will not order from Pizza Hut again.
No sauce on my Detroit Style Pizza. Called down to my PIZZA HUT and the answer was nothing. Make another pizza and ask if I could just get it next week a with my regular order. I still have not received a call back when promised.
Not good pizza tonight. Mostly crust with very little cheese on the pizza....must be a cheese shortage right now. Even the cheesy bread sticks didn't have cheese! We ate from the center and threw the rest away since it wasn't worth keeping as leftovers. Will have to pass on this place the next time we have a pizza urge.
I placed an online order for curbside delivery. When I arrived at the restaurant and checked in online, rather than recognize my order the check in process told me to call the store. After my first attempt was disconnected, my second attempt someone tried to take my order rather than simply deliver my pizza to the car. After clearing up that confusion, I was told the pizza would be delivered when ready - it should have already been waiting! After sitting in the parking lot for 10 minutes we went into the store. The name of the pickup person was not correctly seperated from the name on the credit card used, so more delays ensued. Eventually got my order, but the process was way too hard and ultimately not executed well at all.
Not a great location recently. For years, no problems. Now repeatedly understaffed and take down ability to order online....repeatedly getting orders wrong. Very disappointed as of late (past few months) when absolutely no problems for years.
Won't be ordering from this location again. Ordered box dinner on-line & clicked on curbside pickup. Upon arriving I clicked on a link from the email I received to let them know I was there. Waited 10 minutes & no one came out with my order. I went inside & was told they weren't able to offer curbside because they were too busy, even though nothing was mentioned in the email or on-line. I then was told part of the order had to be remade because it had been burnt. Waited another 10 minutes & received my order. By the time I arrived home 10 minutes later, pizza & breadsticks were cold. Terrible service & food was not pizza hut quality.
Website doesn't allow for logging in after creating an account...instead prevents you from logging in by saying an account w/ your email already exists. Frustrating. Called in the order instead and placed 2 separate orders (was apparently routed to a call center instead of the actual store), but when I arrived to pick up, there was only 1 order in the system instead of 2...had to make a return trip to pick up 2nd order. Big time waste all around.

Holy moly this store smelled of absolute rancid oil. Absolutely horrific smelling. If it smells like this I am scared to know what their cleaning are or what their ingredients are made out of. Yikes.
We ordered pizza, and I guess the Uber driver forgot to pick it up. Finally after 2 hours I called and was told what happened, they never notified me on their own.
If you're handycap beware!!! Don't bother with calling or doing curbside, its only offered if they have time, and if they are busy, they don't care if you're calling. Well, I'm not wasting another hour again with them. I'm done! Good luck!
I used to order from this location to deliver to my home all the time. They won't deliver here anymore. I am on the same side of the highway and only 3.2 miles away and they won't deliver. Domino's on the opposite side of the highway, however, will deliver. Get it together.
Management needs to change at this place. Horribly run from top to bottom. Waited an extra 25 minutes to get my order. The place is nasty and the employees need way better training.
They use door dash for their delivery drivers. Very slow. They have gotten my order wrong twice, and left our drink at the store. Will be going with Mr. Jim’s and Dominos from her on out.
Had to pick up a delivery. Stood around for a good 5 minutes, watching the employees chat it up with each other while sitting around. One saw me, I waved at them like "Hello, I need my order" didn't want to acknowledge me. Very bad customer service. I hate picking up deliveries here.
Worst experience I have ever had. My order was 30 minutes late. Getting ready and then got dropped on the floor. Instead of an apology I was told it wasn’t my fault. Ended up asking for a refund instead of apology. I got asked to leave the store when the Smart mouth kid at the front Started getting mouthy with me. Will not go back.
It took my order over three hours to be delivered.i got cold and salty pizza, wings that looked uncooked (maybe boiled). I ordered naked wings because I wanted crispy wings and BBQ sauce on side and was charged for the sauce, which was I guess from their bottle but watered down, it seemed. The one thing that was at an appropriate temperature was the liter of Dr. Pepper. Total disappointment 😞 Was told they were understaffed... 3+ hours?? Sad. Plus no answer on phones. It rang for 2.26 minutes every time I called trying to cancel.. $40 + wasted... never again.
I am here in Willow Park babysitting the grandkids. My husband stops by and said let's get pizza. Pizza Hut is in the this neighborhood. He orderd a stuffed crust pizza and bread sticks. When he put it on the kitchen table and opened the box we could not believe it! Poorest quality pizza we have ever had in our lives. See photos. You are better off going to Brookshires and picking up a frozen pizza.
Dropped one of our pizzas on the floor after waiting over our time app indicated it was ready. Staff in total disfunction. Tried to get a refund and the receipt they gave me shows I left with 2 pizzas when asked about it staff was not helpful. Pizza we did get was ok but not much cheese and it was a cheese pizza.
More than a two hour delivery for one pizza. Ordered at 2:20 on a Thursday afternoon. Cold pizza, driver had no pen to sign the receipt. Appeared as if he had just taken a nap. If the pizza was great then okay but it's not.
BLUF: Don’t waste your time. Lived within delivery range for 6 years. Only can order delivery on the phone which removes anything you did online or in the app. Now the phone line connects to corporate and can then connect to the store that never answers and then disconnects. If you chose carry out the exp is better and deserves 3 star.
Worst experience ever. Our food was delivered an hour late from a door dash delivery driver. The store wouldn't answer our calls and the call center kept insisting to transfers us back to the store, who wasn't answering. Will not be ordering here ever again. I have never had an issues with the local Domino's.
Ordered from this store again tonight. Took them over an hour and a half to get my order. It finally showed up and it was wrong. I have had this issue with them a lot in the past and it doesnt seem to make a difference to call and let the manager know there was an issue. Delivery guy showed up obnoxiously smacking his gum (must have been better tasting than the pizza). Making pizza right isn't rocket science. I don't understand why it is so difficult.
I can't believe this place is still in business. They always serve bottled drinks, no alcohol, and only seem to cater to delivery. I don't even know why they have a dine in. Not to mention paying almost $30 for one pizza and bottled drink.
My husband and I stopped at this Pizza Hut, because he like the wings, and we could eat this on our way to the football game in Aledo, We placed our order and the young lady said that it would be 15 minutes before our order was done, so we opted to stay inside and wait, 45 minutes later, our order was finally ready.... so when we went to the counter to get our order and she asked my husband if he wanted Ranch and some other dipping sauce, so she gave him to of each, stating that this was on the house, really, don't do us any favors. As we were going out the door, she said sorry for the wait... really. I would not order from this one unless you are not in a hurry or you are very hungry. Thanks for the horrible service.
I'm tired of my order taking more than an hour and arriving cold. Nothing like cold greasy pizza. This time the order was outsourced to Door Dash for delivery and I could track the delivery person driving all over the place before delivering to me. It's simple.....pizza needs to arrive fresh and warm. If you can't produce that, don't offer the service. This is not new, and I always end up giving them another chance..... but I'm done with this location. Mr Jims and Domino's it is. Edit: manager contacted me and pretty much stated that they are not responsible for door dash, which they hired to do the delivery. Go figure, they blamed it on the service provider they hired to do the work they can't do. This Pizza Hut is useless. Changing managers constantly is not fixing the problem. Domino's Pizza is opening in Aledo, so I will get warm pizzas from them. Edit: Domino's opened a new location at 1187 and pizza arrives on time a very warm, almost hot to touch. Bye bye Pizza Hut

The order we received was incomplete. When we called the store, the associate said that he was new and unable to provide a refund or credit as he did not know how. When we asked to speak with a manager, the associate said that she refused to speak on the phone or offer any solution. The associate was uncomfortable and apologetic, told us his manager’s name was Brandy, and took down our information and said that he would leave a note with my information in hopes that someone would contact me regarding a refund. I called the following day, explained what had happened and was placed on hold for nobody to return to the call. I paid for goods (food) that we did receive and the store refused to offer us any solutions. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
They messed up on my pizza. Talked to the clerk who said if we come back they will replace it. However when we went back to get replacement they said they don't make mistakes and aren't going to replace the pizza. Will not ever order from this location again. They are sorry people.

After giving my order details I was put on hold and the manager picked up and stated the driver had arrived and called me twice before leaving. I explained that this was an outright lie because I had my phone with me and I had no missed calls. The manager was rude and said he would figure it out before hanging up abruptly. My order showed up 30 minutes later and my daughter met the driver in the parking lot. The driver stated that we should never order there again and actually dropped the tip portion of the money on the ground. We will gladly take your advise of never ordering Pizza Hutt again, there are better quality options available and the orders don't get delivered with drama!!!!!!

When a mistake was made on their end of giving the delivery guy our carry out pizza, the young man who was the manager would not come talk to me, only did so through their cashier after I asked to talk to him two times. I understand accidents happen, but I asked if they could just refund us since my family was waiting, they said no and offered to make a new one which would take 20 minutes. The manager then said through the cashier that they called the delivery guy to bring it back. I figured he was close. We waited 20 minutes until we received our pizza. I then asked again to speak to manager to see if there was anything they could do, and he still would not come talk to me but said through the cashier there was nothing that could be done since it was already paid for. Unfortunately we went to Pizza Hut for the very reason of having a quick service, only to spend a total of 1 hr and 10 minutes total: driving to Pizza Hut, waiting 20 minutes, and then driving home. Please do not go, the level of disrespect from a manager to not even make an effort to make things right nor apologize.

Order was an hour and a half late, ordered for delivery, and didn't even get it delivered, had to send a family member to pick up our pizza. You'd think being an hour and a half late and having to pick it up yourself when you paid for delivery would be a serious discount, but no, not here. You get the delivery fee knocked off, but still have to pay for everything else when it's partially cold by the time it's even getting into a car. Food isn't terrible, but the wait time expecting a delivery is serious issue that has yet to be addressed, this is the second time it has happened to us, the first time we gave benefit of the doubt, second time though, there's a problem that should be addressed.
Unfortunately I just believe they are understaffed, especially on the weekends. Ordered pizza at 5:30pm on Friday, said it would be here around 7pm. Never showed up. Called and I guess they outsource their calls because someone answered and asked what location I was trying to call. Then he put me on hold for a while and after waiting 3 minutes I heard a busy tone. Now it’s 7:43 and I’m still waiting…again I don’t think this is the workers at this locations fault I just think they are ridiculously understaffed for the weekends.
While I understand today was Super Bowl Sunday, my wife placed an order 1 hour ahead of pick up, which was at 5:15. When I walked in I asked the gentleman at the counter if my order was ready, he said it was coming out now. There were 10 people waiting so I waited until 5:50 and asked again and they said they had no idea where my order was. I understand the day is busy but if they would've communicated accurately where my order was I wouldn't have waited. I cancelled my order as 55 minutes after my pickup time they had not begun to cook my order.
