Didn't like my experience because of the customer service given from the manager on the 9th of September at 12.30 evening.

Not a huge fan of it, but as always, fast service and tidy place

Il cibo è come in tutti i mc, purtroppo è molto trafficato e c’è rischio di aspettare per 30/40 min per mangiare che è tanto per un fast food. Difficilmente trovi da sederti. In più in questo periodo, non tengono il riscaldamento acceso, che è inaccettabile. Non hanno mai il mc flurry🤷🏻‍♂️

Cibo non male ma ho aspettato 1h e 30 per pagare Spazio per bambini chiuso e ambiente un po' sporco e malconcio. I bagni non sono tenuti bene

Voto basso per bagno non all'altezza. Porta non si chiude e diverse attrezzature rotte nel bagno. Così non va .

The place was packed... the staff seemd to be hustling but struggling to keep up. Food was overcooked even for McDonalds.

1h e 25 di attesa senza ricevere l'ordine. Servizio totalmente inadeguato...mi spiace perché frequento spesso i ristoranti MC donalds trovandomi bene ma una cosa del genere come in questo ristorante non mi è mai successa. La situazione si è sbloccata dopo più di un ora e mezza, e solo quando siamo scesi spazientiti a chiedere spiegazioni. Siamo tornati su con i nostri vassoi in mano, nonostante il servizio al tavolo richiesto...

Esperienza pessima. Non sono riuscito nemmeno a sedermi a un tavolo, perché non ce n’era uno pulito: praticamente tutti erano sporchi e macchiati dagli escrementi degli uccelli. E non parlo di “roba fresca”, ma di sporcizia vecchia e secca, segno che nessuno si prende la briga di pulire con costanza. Onestamente, un controllo dell’ASL sarebbe più che giustificato, perché certe condizioni igieniche non dovrebbero esistere. In più, l’ambiente esterno è insopportabile: quando parte lo speaker della colonnina del drive-in non riesci nemmeno a sentire i tuoi pensieri, tanto è fastidioso il volume. Come se non bastasse, il tanfo di spazzatura proveniente dai bidoni adiacenti rende l’aria irrespirabile. Un’esperienza davvero negativa, che mi ha fatto passare la voglia non solo di mangiare, ma perfino di restare lì un minuto in più.

Scrivo questa recensione alle 15.24 mentre attendo dopo un ora amcora il Tasty basket. Un ora per ricevere roba gia pronta e che si prepara in 5 minuti è vergognoso... visto anchr l'affluenza bassa che c'è al momento. Nonostantr abbiamo gia chiesto ormai quasi mezz'ora fa ancora nulla. Vergonoso che in un FAST Food dopo un ora non si abbia ancora ricevuto nulla. A sto punto si va al ristorante... se volete mangiarvo un boccone velocemente non venite qua.

Doveva essere un hamburger plain..anche stasera l'ordine lo facciamo giusto domani!!

Diciamo subito che l'ambiente così sporco mai visto... Ho dovuto chiamare più volte l'addetta. Servito meno male che hanno messo i totem perché io ho deciso di prendere 1 caffè 2 macarones e 1 acqua... Conclusione mi ha segnato la responsabile, almeno penso che sia lei xche aveva la camicetta diversa da tutti 2 caffè e 1 macarones... Alla fine ho dovuto aspettare xche aveva bisogno il tesserino che ovviamente non era lì con lei... Dnq ha dovuto andarlo a prendere alla postazione caffè!!! Io dico avere dei responsabili o addetti incapaci di fare il proprio lavoro sopratutto NON CAPACI A PULIRE e avere persone competenti costano uguale alla fine del mese!!!!!

Abbiamo ordinato alle 19, 4 menù che sono arrivati esattamente dopo 30 minuti. Veramente scandaloso, in più abbiamo mangiato con le giacche addosso perché il riscaldamento era spento. All'outlet di Serravalle sono molto più veloci, dato anche la mole di gente che c'è, e l'ambiente è molto più accogliente.

Ma l'unica dipendente che non comprendeva la mia lingua di nascita...proprio io dovevo trovarla? Peccato. Risultato? Senza un servizio come fai a spendere i soldi?

Abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti per due coni gelato... il personale non ha proprio voglia di lavorare!!! Sostituite i dipendenti con persone che hanno voglia di lavorare, ed è meglio cominciare dal direttore del ristorante!

1 ora di attesa per 2 menù presi con l'applicazione. Che dire, meglio non dire. Ovviamente è arrivato tutto freddo e con ordine sbagliato.

Scrivo questa recensione un po' amareggiata..... oggi mi sono recata con mio marito al MC x un pranzo veloce......dopo che ho ordinato mi reco ai servizi igienici, e facendo ritorno al mio tavolo qualche dipendente ha ben pensato di lavare il pavimento senza segnalare con le apposite palette che il pavimento era scivoloso........ conclusione sono caduta battendo tutte e due le ginocchia......non ho ricevuto alcuna scusa dal personale presente ne tanto meno un "signora come sta'"...."si è fatta male?"...... Come se niente fosse successo......bella figura di m.....se ero un mistery client...... complimenti per l'empatia e l'educazione.......mai più da voi...... P.s. "se può interessarvi fortunatamente nulla di rotto,ma tanto dolore.......

Vergonoso servizio lento dalle 22:37 alle 23 ad aspettare due menu small pagati 20 e 75 per poi portarli via lasciati sul bancone così avendo addirittura un numero a sedere n 112 E camerieri svogliati e numeri per posto a sedere levati all’ultimo

Per un gelato abbiamo aspettato 45 minuti, su 5 totem disponibili 3 risultavano essere disabilitati, vergognoso, per non dire che alle ore 21 una dipendente aveva tolto i numeri per la consegna al tavolo e la risposta al perché nn c'erano i numeri, aveva risposto che nn fanno più servizio al tavolo... Senza parole, ma i titolari in tutto ciò che fanno?

Servizio scadente che sia al drive che alla cassa.Cibo freddo e gelato sciolto. Attesa interminabile anche solo per un gelato.Una delusione e pensare che tanto tempo fa ho lavorato per ben 3 anni e non c' era il digitale.

Cockroach fell from the ceiling, toilet wouldn’t flush, staff laughed at us when we asked if they speak english. Didn’t even order anything, partially because none of the ordering screens were turned on, but mainly because of the overall lack of hygiene at the place. Would put 0 stars if I could.

the very example of how italians can still turn a symbol of capitalism ( McDonald's) into a communist / socialist venue and " with a sprinkle " of some of the worst italian coffee you may ever have in the area. EDIT - 2023, Nov. 19. while on the way to our pleasant Saturday night out, we stopped at the McCafè in this very restaurant. now, what seems to be a premises renovation turns out to be a " disaster " ...to say the least. a) til at McCafè' counter won't work properly [ is there anything worse for a point of sale? ] b) flies are plenty and all around the cafè area [ i.e: using UV lights for sanitizing the premises... that seems not to work at all ] c) right next to the restrooms above ground level [ i.e: 2nd floor ] staff changeroom cannot be locked [ i.e: a pin-code lock is actually broken ] thus intruders, strangers, even any former member of staff and with bitter feelings towards a principal, they can enter and use a locker to hide a backpack containing any sort of weapon and explosive device then destroying the premises sometimes the city.

Absolutely filthy...litter and food remains in and around the sit in area..the toilets was even worse... smelly and filthy. The delivery and service of the food order though was excellent.

The service is not the nicest, he cannot communicate in English, he points out the customers with his fingers by speaking "Non capisce" which is not the nicest, especially because they cannot communicate with the customer themselves. The order we placed was good, but it did not agree with what we had on the bill so it's better to check if everything is correct. For me its not a place to come back.

Very slow service, is not fast food any longer! In the past you got your meal for free when you have to wait longer than 5 minutes. They only exist as no competition. Just make burger at home is my advice, can't be that difficult.

I've only been once in 13 year's if I've got to be honest , never again !! I l lived in London were the fast food outlets of McDonald's were very good ,35 year's ago !! Today's version is uneatable , YUKKK

I don't recommend them at all, they are not welcoming (you know they are not smiling at you, just as if they were about to talk business with you, I don't know it was my first time ever going there and it was totally not find, the burger I ordered was so small compared to the the picture, on the picture it seemed so good, big and tasty but when it was in front of me I just asked myself if they didn't make an error with my order, it seemed so small compared to the picture just like “hey does this thing really cost 5 euros, compared with those of 1 euro 's I really thought there were no difference” and I didn't feel the meat while eating it,in my mouth it had no taste just like I knew I was eating something good but didn't feel I was eating something good, their fries were so tiny and dry and about the drinks I ordered a coca, I didn't presiced I wanted ice to be added to it but I received a Coca-Cola with a surprising amount of ice in it just as if they were economising the drinks just like wait “it's freezing outside, we're about 2° outside and I'm having a cold, why would like to have ice in my drink, I really felt disappointed about this and really didn't thought my first experience there would've been so bad. Sorry for all the mc Donald's lovers but I really think it wasn't worth it.
