Ice Cream

Went with friends each having something different. Those who had fudge said it was delicious and there were many flavors to choose from. The various types of truffles were also delicious. And of course the ice cream is always good. They have 24 flavors of soft serve and a large variety of hard ice cream as well.

I went here in early August 2020 with my friend. I actually can't eat chocolate but I still love the energy and ambiance of this sweet shop. It's clean, the people were friendly, and I'm sure if I could sample the chocolates that I would've enjoyed them too

My husband and I stopped here for dessert during our stay in Alexandria Bay. I was impressed at the large variety of candy and ice cream. There were so many fun and old fashioned candies and fudge. They also had a large stock of different Hershey's hard ice cream and over 24 different flavors of soft serve. I had a strawberry soft serve cone and it was fascinating to watch them make it using syrup, a mixer, and some kind of press to get that soft serve swirl look. Something that was truly impressive was that we were there close to closing time and my husband wanted a decaf cappuccino. They could have easily said they couldn't make it, but they went out of their way to make it fresh for him. Definitely a must visit if you are in the area!

1st time there and it was amazing !! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the fudge is truly the best I've ever had. Bought the chocolate and the maple both were amazing but I must say that the maple is soooooo good. Thank you again for the great service and absolutely the best fudge. Will definitely be top of the list for go to places in the Bay.

Always a great stop every time we are up in the thousand islands. They serve Hershey brand ice cream with a good flavor selection. And their fudge is so worth stopping by for! Super creamy and many flavors to try, I have not yet found one I don't like. Be careful, always busy on a sunny day so don't stop if you're in a hurry, but your patience will be rewarded if you do wait. Always a friendly and helpful staff too.

Great ice cream selection. The small is not small! They are very generous with the servings. They have a great selections of fudge and other chocolate treats and candy. The staff was fast and friendly. They have a few tables inside to sit and enjoy. Perfect for a hot day and sweet treat.

1st time there and it was amazing !! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the fudge is truly the best I've ever had. If you have concerns about allergies this place has done an awesome job! The ice cream is Hershey's brand and the shop has a great list showing all the allergy concerns for all the individual flavors. The staff was great about helping us, portions size is good, and prises are around the same as any other ice cream shop. The only thing I could possibly think of to deduct points for is the quality of the spoons they give out. This may seem like a silly thing, but it was a little hard at first to eat hard ice cream with a soft bending spoon. Also, the spoons can be sharp so it is possible to cut the sides of your mouth on them. That's the only reason they lost a star. I feel like if you have small children it would be a great concern, thankfully nobody in our group paid for ice cream with blood. As someone who has been cut by a cheap plastic spoon before it's something I will always drop a star for. Otherwise the shop is great, yummy fudge, ice cream, and other treats. Enjoy!

I personally ordered a regular scoop of strawberry ice cream which was quite a good portion unlike most places I've been to. The ice cream was very creamy and delicious. My friends ordered a cappuccino crunch flavored ice cream and some bourbon flavor which was really good as well. I personally recommend this place if you're looking for some ice cream on a hot summer day! The girls here were very nice too and helped choose flavors if you're not sure what to get.

This review is strictly on what we purchased. The staff was great and friendly and they deserve 5-stars. We ordered jelly covered in dark chocolate. Raspberry and Orange and we also ordered fudge. Both the fudge and the jellies we tasted granulated sugar. 👎🏻 That was disappointing. Not sure if it was batch we got or that is how they make it. We have had our entire lifetime and never had granulated sugar taste/feel so that was a turn off

Great fudge, but dangerous labeling. Stopped in about a week ago to get some fudge, and ended up getting two flavors, Caramel and Funky Chunky Chocolate. This company does not label which products contain nuts at any point during the sale, which the Funky Chunky just so happens to contain. This is *incredibly* dangerous for anyone with a peanut/nut allergy, which is the most common allergy worldwide. Be careful when you shop here, and I urge the shop owners to change the labels to reflect potential allergens. This could very easily wound up in a massive lawsuit that would put this little gem of a store out of business in a heartbeat. Otherwise, the fudge was great, the store looked and smelt heavenly, and I'd definitely come back here again!

We picked up a bag of watermelon and a bag of neopolitan salt water taffy, and of course fudge! We got pistachio, chocolate walnut, and maple walnut..(2 pieces of each) and everything is delicious! We still have some and it's been a week and its still tasty. We put the fudge in an air tight container to keep it fresh.. Prices were good, we spent $25 for everything. Update: I hate to say it but I'm just realizing that the fudge that's called pistachio fudge has walnuts with green food coloring around them, they don't use pistachios in it. That's really disappointing just deceitful.

I got a coffee and waited almost 15 minutes for it to be made with no line. They then charged me not once but twice for the coffee because their machine was messed up. Was that part her fault? No. But the fact that she rang me up a second time just to print a receipt sucks. Would love a refund.

Wanted to order a small kids cone for my daughter, the staff said they were only for 4 years old and younger. Ordered the small cone and ended up throwing most of it in the trash because she couldn't eat it all. Ridiculous idea...... They also tried over charging us.
