I had the Lemon Rice with grilled chicken breast plate, it was so so delicious! The best Arabic /Mediterranean food I’ve ever had in Los Angeles. I was surprised with their taste. When we see this restaurant,it’s look like a very small restaurant and we will get confused about its parking because this restaurant located in a paid parking lot. But if you come here, you can get inside the parking lot and you can see the specified parking for this restaurant.I’ll definitely come back here!

Halal in downtown LA 🤩 Amazing Chicken Shawarma with lemon sauce & it comes with fries too. The gyro plate was so delicious comes with rice but we asked if we can replace it fries instead. Didn’t know that both orders comes with fries so I ordered fries he Greek fries & it turns really yummy.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The Mediterranean dishes had authentic taste, from the tender grilled meats to the vibrant salads and warm pita. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, a great spot if you're craving delicious Mediterranean cuisine.

I love coming to Z Falafel! The price point for the food you’re getting is spot on and the people working there are always nice and accommodating. Whenever I come downtown, I have to pop by. My personal favorite is the chicken kabab bowl. Also if you can get their fried cauliflower, do it!

I called to place an order 20mim before they closed and my food was fresh, hot and ready when I picked it up! 😋 The aroma of the food is so tantalizing to the palate!! TASTE SO GOOD .. I’ve never been turned away and I’m more than happy to spend my money here

Food was quickly prepared, fresh and tasty. Ordered the chicken shwarma wrap, was better than expected. Patio is a little bit small.

I ordered the falafel plate, a side of falafels, Greek fries, and baklava, and everything was great.The falafels were perfectly crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, with a fresh, flavorful taste that really stood out. The Greek fries were a great complement — well-seasoned and satisfying. The baklava was on the sweeter side but absolutely delicious!

This was my first time at Z-Falafel and before you walk in you can SMELL that the food is going to be good! It's a small restaurant but they are very busy, but have fast service. There is nice outdoor seating on a covered patio and a few seat/tables in the front window area of the shop. They don't skip on the portion sizes in the wraps so make sure you're hungry (or at least expect leftovers. The staff will answer your questions and they make sure they communicate any order modifications clearly to each other to make sure the order is right. The only drawback is the limited parking so if you're in the area already in a parking space it may be easier to walk. They do have 3-4 spaces marked off for pick up specifically for the restaurant.

Pretty good gyro, it's packed with meat so I appreciated that they didn't skimp. About $14 for fries and gyro. The service was a little slow but friendly

Wonderful food. Had the felafel, it came with salad rice hummus and pita. Everything was fresh made and full of flavor. Odd thing is, they have no bathrooms! We had to go to Shake Shack down the street to use theirs. And of course buy a drink to access. A But all is forgiven because the food is worth the minor inconvenience.

The food is very good and the sizes are huge. The chicken plate can be easily shared between two. The neighborhood however is not very nice, outside on the streets smells pretty bad

It was my first and last time going there. The customer service was very rude. We were waiting to tell the server that we wanted a specific kind of sauce, but he rudely told us to go sit down, which really upset me — and he didn’t even put the sauce we asked for. On top of that, the kofta kebab was raw — we couldn’t even eat it.

Israel My Hope

I ordered a beef and chicken gyro. The chicken was okay, but the beef did not taste fresh and the flavor was unpleasant. On top of that, the person at the register offered me a free drink if I gave them 5 stars, which I really didn’t appreciate. I prefer to give honest reviews, not ones in exchange for free items. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering here again
