[6/10/2022][$8] We went to this location for a T-Mobile promotion. I never been to a firehouse sub. The promotion had a free Italian sub with a purchase. Our Sandwiches were really tasty. Far better than the Subway. I also ordered a chili but it was just okay. But the sandwich is what you get from here. The restaurant was clean and our food was nicely packaged.

I was not expecting this sub sandwich restaurant to be on par with Jimmy John’s and Jersey Mike’s. The sandwich tasted better than subway to me. Best part is the amount of hot sauces available as condiments. I recommend trying all of them!

My husband and I enjoy firehouse subs often, but have never ordered from this location before. Today, we ordered dinner and when my husband brought it home there was no turkey on my sandwich. Such a huge disappointment as I did not request it this way, and now am left with a very expensive veggie sandwich for dinner. When he called, he said that he could not understand whoever was on the phone and had to repeat himself over and over and the person on the other end clearly still did not understand. Very disappointed!! Better to order in person and make sure you double check before you leave to make sure they didn’t leave the meat off of your sandwich.

Employees were just busy visiting with each other and their phones. Sandwiches lacked amount of meats. They were packed with the veges, so you didn't even taste the ham or turkey. It's disappointing for the outrageous charges. Will not return. Better deal at Pot Bellies or even Jason's Deli!

I came in to get my free medium sub for my birthday as promised on the app & an email sent . I get there & it needs to be 5 months prior to my birthday to receive it. Greedy business strategies i will not come back here

I had an incredibly disappointing and offensive experience at this location. After being served two sandwiches with almost no meat, I requested a correction. The staff was argumentative and acted as though I was unfamiliar with the brand’s portion sizes. ​After they remade the sandwiches incorrectly (missing cheese and toppings), the situation worsened. My fiancé overheard the employees on the line speaking in Spanish, using profanity and derogatory slurs to describe me because I used a coupon from the official app. Using a valid loyalty reward should not result in subpar food and verbal abuse from staff. I strongly recommend avoiding this location until management addresses the unprofessionalism and hostile conduct of their team.

I came to this Firehouse Subs on 12/21 at 7:30PM to pick up a DoorDash order (That I ordered at around 7:10PM), and when I arrived, I was told the order had already been picked up. The issue is that the staff gave my order to someone else without properly checking or confirming the order details. I even showed them my DoorDash app with the active order as proof. Despite this being a mistake on their end, they refused to remake the order or offer a solution. They pretty much said tough luck, someone else came and pick up your order already. This caused unnecessary inconvenience especially since the error could have been prevented by basic order verification. This location clearly needs better staff training when it comes to confirming pickup orders and handling mistakes responsibly. Very disappointing experience.

would not honor the free sub for the birthday saying i have not purchased in the last 3 months- this is not in compliance with the rules per the app- so i ended up having to purchase 2 sandwiches- please learn what your corporate app allows for before denying the reward- that is just unfair to customers- wont be returning to this location again!

I ordered from thus location last night. The menu said olives. I expected to get green olives. They gave me black. They really should tell everyone they only have black olives. The sandwich was HORRIBLE & NASTY. I'll go back to SUBWAY.

Talked to the manager Laura about our sandwiches having mushrooms in them when we requested not to put mushrooms in because of allergies! I called to get the problem solved and she said she will talk to the crew and hung up on me when I asked who I was speaking with!
