One of the best pizzas I’ve had so far! I’m not usually a big fan of pizza, but the flavors here completely won me over. Awesome food, great service, and a definite five-star rating from me. Highly recommend this place!

Right in the middle of Allen outlet mall, it makes a great place to get a quick bite between shopping. The pizzas and other menu items are baked fresh and continuously. So the service is super quick as the items are served right away/ with a quick reheating. At $5/ slice it may seem a bit expensive for the set up, but the pizza itself tastes really good as did the veg Stromboli!!

The food is amazing....my go to pizza place for sure.....can't get enough of it... absolutely love it....must try.... The customer service is legit...not like these kids who work at these franchises who don't care about sh**.....very refreshing to see that some places are still quality from the food to the service.

Very tasty, fresh, filling food. They pay attention to what they are serving and you are not going to be cheated because it is an outlet.. you would not be served whatever. Tried the vegetarian Stromboli and garlic bread. Authentic Italian flavor. Polite staff. Clean facility.

Excellent and quick Italian food, the workers didn’t seem happy they almost seemed irritated. It’s a quick bites, tons of outside seating and a nice inside seating and good selection of food. 7/10 recommend.

Being a pizza snob, oddly enough, I find the pizza here quite good. I would not go out of my way to eat here, but when I’m at the outlets I always find time. Slices are large and the Stromboli is delicious. The indoor dining is a bit lacking, but it’s nice to sit outside and watch the shoppers

This place is a really good option to choose if you are in the mood to treat yourself to the best cappuccinos, macchiato, and best coffee in town, also their pastries are really good, and the place is quite expensive, but you are paying for quality, you are not walking into the famous Seattle rip-off coffee franchise, that more than real coffee, it is a desert. At Eataly, you can choose from Coffee, Gelato, pastries, snacks, fine wines, a good pasta restaurant, an excellent steakhouse, cheeses, and so much more. The only thing I have to mention is that there are always a few employees who are probably stressed out and their attitude toward the customer is not appropriate, I understand what it feels like working hard, and I know that customer service is a difficult job, but we all have to do it professionally and friendly, This is the USA, not Germany or England, Russia or Hungary, where people is most of the time rude. This is a country that is on its way to being great again, smile for that. Be happy.

Really good pizza 🍕 doesn't take long for your order to be ready. The only small issue is that when busy it does take twice or more longer to get your food.

They let a woman change her child on a table in the middle of dinner service, right next to people eating / us waiting for our food. Got up and asked for a box to just take the food home. We also let the gentleman on the register know that she was doing that, and he did not care what so ever. Unhygienic. Will not be returning. Veggie Stromboli and the pepperoni calzone were also quite cold.

We went to have pasta for lunch, four of us. As we were entering the door, a group with a woman approached at the same time. Two of us went in first, and the rest, like gentlemen, let the lady and the other men go ahead. Inside, the first of us started ordering. When it was my turn, I wanted to say something, but the cashier interrupted me and demanded that I stand behind the group we had let in at the door. And everything would have been fine, but both the cashier and that group were of the same ethnicity. I don't know if the word racism applies here, I'm not obsessed with that. But it was so unpleasant that I didn't order anything and, leaving my friends, went to have lunch at a neighboring establishment. I didn't make a scene, I simply didn't spend my money there. I voted with my wallet!

If you want to feel pretty ignorant about italian food this is the perfect place, they will not treat you with any courtesy. That was my experience there today, customer service is a key element in any restaurant if you don't have the proper attitude this business isn't for you.
