Best Panda Express by far. I can only share from my experience and hands down the best. Food is hot and fresh and always has a great taste. The wonderful servers always have a smile on their face and serve great food proportions. It takes me 15 min to drive to this particular Panda even though I already live next to one but either way I always come to the Panda Express in Allen.

The manager and the cashier at this location are a 10 out of 10….10 being the best. I went to the location in Frisco on Preston Road first. They were out of chow mein and closing in 20 minutes….oh and they did not offer to make more. I then came to this Panda Express…the one in Fairview, near the Allen Outlet Mall. They are open 30 minutes later and although they are were also out of Chow Mein…the manager immediately offered to make more. Much appreciated. Excellent customer service! 👏🙌🙌

I just wanted to give Kenny a shout out for his outstanding customer service. My daughter and I came in and he welcomed us in. He got fresh noodles for my daughter and was really fast and friendly such great attitude and smile. Thank you. My rice was a little cold but still delicious.

Food was great, freshly cooked. Panda Express is one of the very few restaurants that did Not jack up the price compared to other fast food restaurants due to "inflation" Good food at a good price. I have noticed employees at this place are super friendly. I enjoyed my visit. 🙂

When you're done shopping, head across the street for Panda Express delicious, tasty Original Organge chicken, Honey seaseme chicken, Broccoli beef, and many more entrée. I visited this location in Allen, Texas twice, and each visit the food was yummy and satisfying. * I got a plate with (half & half) (chow mein and rice) with " Honey Sesame Chicken" ... vey good. Additionally, the customer service at this location was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Great food and great service. I'll definitely return.

We ordered takeout and this was the first time for my parents to try panda express. The fried rice was very good and seemed fresh, the crab rangoons were very tasty both parents remarked that they were good, and the entrees selected were chicken & mushrooms and chicken & green beans. The order was ready to go for me by the time I got there so everything was nice and fast, about 20 mins. The only thing I would say is the picture on the vegetable egg rolls online is misleading, what you really get is something similar to a spring roll not an egg roll, but other than that the family seemed pleased.

Great food came fresh via UberEats. I was disappointed that the teriyaki chicken didn’t come with the sauce, there was no white rice in our order, and no mustard or chili sauce packets. I think it would have been nice for whoever packed up my bag to make sure there’s a variety of sauces, especially the ones that are made special for that dish (I.e. teriyaki).

Good food of course since its standard. But I found it funny how I requested for Siracha and soy sauce and they gave me exactly 1 packet of soy sauce and 1 packet of Siracha. I get it, they’re expensive but the order was for two people, at least give us two of each haha. Just a heads of for those ordering, if you want more, ask for a specific amount of packets.

It's hit or miss. Some days, it's fantastic and others...well, it's not. It's basically a roll of the dice whether you get a fresh batch from their trays or you get the last bits and pieces. But, it's also fast food Chinese so you can't really be too picky.

visited the Panda Express restaurant in Plano, Texas on Friday evening. The restaurant was clean and well-lit, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered the Orange Chicken combo with chow mein and white rice. The food was hot and fresh, and the taste was good, but not outstanding. The orange chicken was a bit sweet for my taste, but the chow mein was flavorful and the white rice was cooked perfectly. Overall, I had a good experience at Panda Express, but I wouldn't say it was the best Chinese food I've ever had.

The food at the Allen location is great. Though they prioritize drive thru over in person customers. Took about 8 minutes until anyone even acknowledged us. Clean place.

First off let me say that the only reason why I gave the food a three out of five is mainly because it's a little on the dry side, and one of the chicken entrees I purchased was a little bland with no flavor. I ended up having to put some of the teriyaki sauce on it. The rest of the food was pretty decent and flavorful enough, but my rice was a little hard. Everything you see here plus two drinks cost a little over 29.00. definitely not worth the price. They layer on a huge amount of either rice or chow mein to make it seem like it's a lot of food. Meanwhile the actual entrees are pretty tiny. The only thing that was delicious enough to call it five stars was the watermelon drink refresher. It was just the right amount of sweetness with a lot of delicious flavor. I felt like I was chugging it with how much I liked it. I definitely recommend the refreshers and the teas. The ladies and gentlemen behind the counter were really kind and helped us a lot. Overall I'll give the establishment a four with the food being a three. I think if the portions were a little larger minus the rice and chow mein I think it would be worth it.

Nice location on Stacy rd. Make sure you know the prices on regular and premium items. They will not tell you until time to pay. Also, make sure you're getting meat in your entree if that's what you ordered. They will give you a bowl/plate full of noodles and veggies in a heartbeat.

It was not a great experienced for me and my family. The food was not great but it was ok. Nothing fancy or nothing really stand out. The taste was ok, food serving is good. If you want quick chinese food then this is the place to go but if you want authentic chinese food that taste real chinese cuisine then this is no where near that. Overall, not too bad. Simple and can definitely still be enjoyed. To each their own.

2nd time I've tried this location. I had a plate with 2 orange chicken and 1 chow mein. Both time the chow mein was very dried out and very few veggies. The orange chicken was small pieces..some it was just the coating. Cold..I haven't gone into this establishment but at this point...why. it's sad to say but this location has the worst. Drive a few extra miles for fresh delicious food.

Not my favorite Asian food place at all but my boys like it so I come every once in awhile. The service is pretty fast and it seasoned ok usually. The inside was super stuffy even when they said their A/C was on. Then after a few minutes it was like the A/c was actually turned on because you could actually feel the cool air. I was trying to order a plate and they started piling things on my plate that I didn't even ask for. The size of the pieces of food that they were serving were huge. They didn't even offer a knife. They had very small napkins. The food was okay but they really need to take better care of their customers.

This message is for the Manager of the 340 East Stacy Road location in Allen. The last 3 times we've ordered here, it's been an epic disappointment! After getting home with only parts of our orders and having to make due with the items we were fortunate enough to get (whatever the drive-in attendants chose to put in our bag) NO ONE wants to go back up there, once you're home. Yes, you get the things that were left off, but the rest of your stuff at home is cold when you get back. Unacceptable! BTW, I'm NOT speaking of little, picky, BS things. When there's NO Teriyaki sauce for your Teriyaki Chicken (YES, I swear!!!), basically, no Orange Sauce for your Orange Chicken, no Super in the Super Greens, no egg or spring in the rolls (YES, they've been left out SEVERAL times), and of course, no sauces that I asked for. Additionally, ONE (YES, only one!) fortune cookie for 2-4 entrees! Talk about "bad luck!!!" I'm wording it this way to make a point! I was so upset, after this happened repeatedly, that I drove back up there and asked why my orders were consistently wrong. This was when the game changed...the day I met a sweet angel named "Victor." MANAGEMENT NOTE: Let me tell you that this kiddo is the epitome of Customer Service and should be training your entire company on Successful Behavior and how to properly interact with Customers! I'll also give a huge shout-out to Victor's Parents for raising him the way they did. He is so kind, personable, and very relatable. He ensured that everything was right with me before I left. He also apologized profusely, even though it was NO fault of his. He took one for the entire Panda Express Team. Victor is the ONLY reason we will give this place another try. He is your front man, problem solver, and I pray that he's a stockholder. If he wasn't before, he should be now. Thank you to Victor for making everything right for us. Your kindness and professionalism are extremely appreciated.

Service was extra slow. Was told to wait 3 to 5 mins for fresh magolian beef after i paid. Think i should be asked if i want to wait before they take my money. Pulledd iff to the side waited when they brought my food they forgot my drinks. Thrn wsited another 3 mins for drinks brought 2 drinks out to car without a cup holder (i was the only person in car) then went back in for drink holder. Blamed delay and mix up on shift change at 9pm.

Usually any Panda is good but this time the food Nazi didn't throw out the old food and put only new in. Have me a mix like I wouldn't notice!! Yuck Melting broccoli under the good stuff. Partial spoons of the meat dishes, not even one full portion. Does she not realize we are paying quite a bit for fresh food? The other girls working were a charm... Served well. And that is why they get 2 stars.

The food was meh, at best, pretty flavorless. The sweet tea was not a good flavor either and under sweetened. Additionally, one of the employees wears a name badge that has a vulgar word on it and may seem mocking of Chinese names/culture.

Service was the best part. Food was dry, old and icky. Despite fresh food being set out, was still served the old, very old, food which should have been tossed. Chicken was in minimal amounts. This includes orange chicken, steamed rice and chow mein. Will not be coming back.

I frequent this location as it is close to my work place & Panda has always treated me well. Hot, fresh, food for a low cost However something has changed, maybe under new management? last week I got sick after eating the teriyaki chicken so I didn't go back until today today I order my usual, fried rice, orange chicken & teriyaki chicken with an order of cream cheese rangoon first the teriyaki chicken was burned beyond edibility second, I was charged for the creamcheese rangoons but they were not in the bag.. I didn't want to go back because the establishment was swamped the only reason I'm giving two stars is because there's a really cool, older Asian man who works there who greets me by name & is always really nice I will not be returning to this locations, I know I'm just a drop in the bucket but I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere

We just left this place the older lady at the drive thru was so rude. She rushed us through our order. Then hoarded the sauces. When we asked for one more duck sauce she stuck the box that holds them out the window and said NO this all we have to last for the whole night! Meanwhile we just spent our money. I won’t be back here I’ll drive down university and go to the gym be by Winco.

Great place for fast Chinese food. Portions are less than what I’ve had at other Panda restaurants though. Update 2023: I have been ordering Orange Chicken a lot this year, but have noticed that the chicken pieces have become very small, like "little bits". I think there is more batter on the chicken pieces than there is chicken. Too bad, this was once my favorite. Does Panda Express think that it's customers don't notice???

So I really like panda express but today's serving of teriyaki chicken was just too light, when I mentioned it to person serving me ahead said it was a full piece despite me seeing her grab an already cut small portion. Not one to complain about portion sizes but I felt cheated this time.

Super dirty in the seating area. 7 people working and while they were busy no one was cleaning the floor. The garbage cans were overflowing and the tables were almost all filthy. Food was typical Panda Express.

My daughter love Panda Express food. Literally the only reason we go. This location needs to improve their interactions with guests. The few times we’ve been I’ve received attitudes and just really seems like it’s a bother for customers to be there. The first time we went a few months ago, there was a wait on rice so we were asked to pull into a spot and someone would bring out our food. 20 minutes later I had to go inside because they had completely forgot about us. These examples are just a few. Again food is decent but experiences will make you never return.

Came through the drive-through had a pretty small order two drinks and ate à la carte box but what really upset me is they didn’t put the straw in the bag so I had to drive back. Get out the car go inside and didn’t get greeted. I typically trust places with everything being in my order so I didn’t bother asking to see if the straw was in the bag but now I feel like I have .

Terrible. I went here on Sunday evening and got food. Wince I got 5 minutes up the road home I realized my food was old. It was disgusting. I can’t believe they’d same old food like that. What a waste of my money. I couldn’t even eat it and didn’t have time to drive back and deal with it. This place has to do better.

Do yourself a favor and keep driving by. This place cares more for profit than providing a quality product. Definitely do not order online or through a delivery service, if they don’t have something you’ve requested, they’ll just give you something else with zero effort put into attempting to contact you. They want that sale and could care less about you or what you want. Terrible service, disgusting practices.

Just waited in line for 10 minutes. Get to the drive through and they say they’re out of everything but one or two exotic menu items that nobody ever orders. It’s noon! How can you be out of everything? At least put a sign out that says what you’re out of so don’t waste time!! Bad management

They put my food in the bag verticle so when I got out of my car to take it inside it all spilled into the bag. That's a first forsure. Just sloppy and in a rush with no real care. Will never be back. I guess they added a new portion option. You can have the bowl, the plate, and now the bag lol. Just unreal.

I asked to give 2 big plates both with half chow mein and fried rice, two portions of kung pao and I said to give orange chicken in a separate box, for both 2 big plates same order. She did that and combined two orange chickens for both plates in one large box and at the end, she charged me for 2 plates plus one extra orange chicken entree so I ended up paying more than 30 dollars instead of paying around 22 dollars for 2 big plates. I didn't realize that but when I reached home and realized I called them 10 times but no one picks up the call. Even the receipt is not printed well and seems low on ink so I can't read my survey code and time as well.

Let me walk you thru what just happened... I walked in and place an order of something they ran out of. The cook was standing there, so the young lady behind the counter asked him to make an order of the chicken I requested. As he’s walking to the kitchen he grabs a bunch of napkins to pick up a mess on the floor. I watched him finish picking up this mess throw the napkins out go around to the refrigerator grab chicken with his bare hands and put it in a bowl. STOP!!! I mentioned to the young lady taking my order, is he going to wash his hands before he grabs anything to make me, and she assured me he would. So we both watched as he did not even bother wiping his hands off, much less washing them and reached into the fridge and grab the food he was gonna start cooking. DISGUSTING!!!!!!! She looked back at me and was at a loss for words. I simply turned around and walked out. If this happens in front of a customer you can only imagine what happens when no customers are present.

Went to this Panda Express for lunch. Simple order-2 bowls with orange chicken and white rice. Waited at the speaker for 4 minutes before someone spoke to me. Finally got up to the window and two associates were having a personal conversation with many explicit words being exchanged. Got my food and went back to work only to notice one bowl has 6 pieces of orange chicken. Tried calling the store now 3 times and it rings until voicemail.

We've gone here a lot over the past 6 months. Kids fell in love with the orange chicken. But tonight, something was wrong with it. It not only didn't taste good, but there we tendony pieces in it which i've never experienced from panda express before (i have from trad chinese places). Anyway, this has put us off. My wife, myself and 2 kids all didnt eat it because we could all taste it was off. Super disappointed. For anyone working at the panda, this is why quality control is super important. We were regulars that won't be coming back until the thought of it doesn't make us nauseous and actually sounds good.

Lock the doors at 9:10pm as ur walking up to them. The closing time on the doors is 9:30. Rude guy with the glasses apparently the boss needs a training in customer service Worst part I had my 7yr old with me. He loves the lo mein. See pic of rude guy

We had patronized this establishment regularly, but after our dining experience on 2/14/2018, it will be our last. We ordered 2 bigger plates and 2 plates. After 3 of 4 family members came down with severe food poisoning, we have narrowed the contaminated source down to the honey walnut shrimp or the fried rice. This establishment has had issues with unclean practices in the past, ie. re-serving dine-in patron's left overs. Dine here at your own discretion. Avoid at all costs.

The restaurant was relatively empty the workers did not acknowledge us. One worker had scooped chicken next to shrimp and mixed them up. We left because we were at the counter and nobody came up after five minutes but they were working right across from us. Won't be going back there.

I've given this restaurant plenty of chances to keep my business even though they've made a number of mistakes. Burned broccoli Old fried rice Missing teriyaki sauce cups Rotten veggie rolls Chopped up Chow Mein noodles Small portions/bigger plate order ***THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW*** Visited this restaurant the other day. Orange chicken (mind you, chicken may've been licked off because it didn't have any sauce on it and several pieces were hidden under new batch)... looks as though it's been on a previous customer's plate and used for new customer consumption! Bite marks and vegetable pieces on this meat when I ordered nothing that contained old vegetable pieces!!! They've increased their prices and have to resort to this disgusting action! I AM APPALLED AND WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. THEY MAY ALL BE THE SAME. BEWARE.

The menu is limited example no kungpao shrimp, rather the only shrimp dish they have is honey walnut. The service is not friendly nor knowledgeable. We saw the ad on the table that said: Celebrating Chinese New Year 1. Order the family feast 2. Get the New Year Celebration Kit 3. Tell your friends. 1. We did number 1. 2. Then we saw no celebration kit so we asked, they reply "what kit?", we pointed to the large panel add on the wall (actually there were multiples) and they said "We don't know anything about it!" At this point I wonder if I can sue them for fault advertising. 3. So now we are doing what they asked, tell our friends about it. "The Panda Express on Stacy does not have good side dishes (the bee seems to share by many), has limited menu and they have no clue about celebration kit, so don't expect any red envelope on Jan 28th like their ad either. Maybe they are fresh off the boat after all!

If I could this 0 stars I would. First of all I am a Bank Fraud Investigator in a national babk, I went through the drive thru and was accuse of presenting a fake $10 from a young man that had no proof or education to prove my bill was fake, he just stated that it did not look real and refused to accept it. No training, bad customer service . I was very disappointed and hope this does not happen to anyone else.

This Panda's has the worst customer service ever. I ordered door dash, teriyaki chicken and it looked like scraps left over from the day. It stunk and tasted worse. 1 bite and into the trash it went. I called them and told them, they said that's fine there's nothing they could do. I asked for the corporate number and she told me to look it up online. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and find a different location.

I wish I could have a Negative rating and I will give them -4 as I came in today to order 3 Family meals and I had the worst experience on my entire restaurant order life!! 3 Family combos was for our employees appreciation of 15 employees and when I started to order each family order the servers got lost, then a employee got involved her self and started to ask what else so quick that I could not keep up with the order I had on my list. She was very hipper and abrasive; messy when packing the food and then at the end when I got my receipt print out I notice she over charged me. This place needs a better management and retraining of their employees. Glad that I was a mystery shopper so I can actually make a difference for the corporation, I am so mad that I have to add this post. Even when I am risking the opportunity not ever evaluate PE anymore, people need to know this girl needs retraining or to be gone so the this PE location can succeed. Good look to the manager that does not mange correctly!!

First of all, this review is for my latest visit, nothing to do with the cashier he was actually had decent customer service. My issues are 1st.. I got a kids beef and broccoli for my daughter and it literally had the two smallest pieces of beef in it, like so small it was like I asked for only broccoli and they used a dirty beef spoon to scoop it, two minuscule pieces. Then my order I got the bigger plate, I asked for and it’s on the receipt 2 orange chicken and 1 kung pao so I can try it, they gave me the opposite, wasn’t such a big deal until I realized I didn’t like the king pao so ended up having a kids portion of orange chicken for dinner.

Trash!!!!!!! They said they only had one serving of the honey sesame chicken….One serving for who?A toddler? That was less than a serving and could have kept the whole meal cause it’s in the trash. Some pieces of my chicken(I only had 5 little crumbs and 1 small piece) was under cooked I could still see what looked like blood and chicken fat. And my rice was crunchy. Definitely my last time giving this location any of my business.

Be sure to check your order. They like to short you or change your order when ordering in drive thru. We got home and they didn’t give us enough food on our Plate order, and our Broccoli Beef Bowl was filled with Orange Chicken. If they don’t want to cook more of you ordered, you get what they want to give you.

UPDATE 2021: After 5 years we ordered again at this location; we had tried other Panda's outside of this one. The food tasted fine; bit after a just a few minutes we regretted the decision. Shivers, fever, bloating. Food poisoning. Tool us a few days to recuperate; so, if you don't care about your health, this is the place for you. 2016: I'm relentless to wait -and trust an establishment to make up for it- before setting in a bad review. Were 1st in line on a slow day , they fussed around the kitchen before greeting us, food was already made and still us wait then by that time they had both a line inside as well as the drive through backed up. However they decided to attend the three cars before us. They never apologized... Takes the appetite right out of you.

The meals were all cold. Like left out without being under even a heating lamp. The chicken was over cooked. The egg rolls were not even warm. The chicken and green beans bowl we ordered had barely any chicken. This was the first time we tried Panda in years because our daughters wanted to try Chinese food and we thought we would try the drive thru. I was wrong. I should have listened to my inner voice that tried to remind me that I didn’t like it years ago.

This is by far the most inconsistent fast food place I have EVER been to and because of how close they are to me...I visit a lot. I have NEVER left a review but now I had the last straw break and going to write each time something goes wrong. I had 2 cars in front of me at 5pm on Monday Jan 9th 2023. Waiting at the speaker to order.... Nothing.... 1.... 2....3.... Min later.... Nothing.... Both cars in front of me finally leave they have their food.... So I pull up to the window where I think a young teen aged boy... maybe Cody? Greeted me. I told him no one spoke to me at the speaker and he said "sorry we are under staffed and we are doing shift change right now." shift change? It's now 5:05pm isn't this your business time? He agreed and said "your right it's not smart" he also told me I could not order at the window in my car and had to drive around and wait back in line to order. Ummm NO I'll go somewhere else that's ridiculous! This is the worst place! They have been out of rice before.... Been out of over half the entrees also multiple times. If you decide to go here be prepared to go Somewhere else because they most likely will be out of something or make you mad with the slow wait time in the drive through. The owner and manager have to be the laziest people and don't care Bc it's not run well at all. Shame on management or the lack of! This is left on Yelp also!

Nothing ready except 1 serving of Sweet fire chicken and “some” orange chicken. Everything else on the menu was either not being served or wouldn’t be ready for at least 20 minutes due to “the cook is slow” or “he’s only cooking 1 item. What?! I get it. It’s the sign of the times, but close the drive through if you have nothing to serve customers.

This place needs to change their hours. They are frequently out of food two hours before they close. They have the food but won't make it. It's not a supply chain issue but laziness or poor leadership. 7pm isn't late to ask for teriyaki. Most of the workers are nice though.

I had an overall really good experience but that Lamaya girl was really rude. I was on vacation with my husband and she kept flirting with him the whole time. She was also passive aggressive to me and my daughter and kept glaring at us every time we saw her.

Terrible slow service I ordered a drink And food. First off all, The lady just handed me my food. I said thank you and she didn’t acknowledge me. She just turned back around and closed the window. I realized she didn’t hand me my drink so I waited. She finally came back to the window and said “can I help you” in an attitude. I told her she forgot my drink and showed her my receipt. She literally looked at it and said “no” and closed the window back in my face. The only reason I didn’t go inside to say anything is because I was in a rush. To top it off when I got back home my order had the wrong entrees And sides. This is what happens when you get a bunch of 16 year olds working at a place that know NOTHING about good customer service

I have given this place many tries. I want desperately to like it because I live so close by and it's convenient. However, every time I order walnut shrimp, steamed veggies and even their 8 treasure chicken feature their food is so stale!! The broccoli is yellow not green. It tastes and looks as if the food has been sitting there overnight. I thought maybe it was because I don't order their most popular items but I tried their featured special and I got the same stale, old food. The management needs to step up and throw out the food that has not sold for over 6 hours and make some fresh food!! This is a disgrace and has happened 5x in a row.

I typically visit this location once a week. Well that will never happen again! I went by on 12/9/24 and orders a bigger plate and register plate. Needless to say I got food poisoning from their mushroom chicken and have been sick for two days. I wonder how many others have gotten sick from the same dish the same day. Stay clear of here because clearly they aren’t cooking or handling the food properly!

Four times in a row they have been out of orange chicken. It’s one of the primary things they’re known for. This most recent time it was just before closing (more understandable) though they were out of 4 items total. Prior visits were much earlier. This location seems to have gone through a change in ownership. Avoid this location as their overall service feels like they’re trying to find ways to cut costs which also cut the experience of their customer.

Second experience at this location and just had it. First experience was a few weeks ago. Went there at 10:30am which they clearly state they are open. Opened a few minutes late, then no food available! They literally just opened so no food was ready, nothing was on. They even kicked me out while they opened their cash registers (claimed it was store policy). So why state you open at 10:30 if customers cannot order/buy food at that time? Then last night, had a coupon that clearly stated buy 2, get one 1. The coupon also had coupon code if you order online. I happily choose my plates and go check out. Cashier doesn't read the coupon and just tells me it is only valid for online orders. So I second guess myself and re-read the coupon but it clearly states can be used in-store or online. I then ask for store manager. Store manager "reads" coupon and tells me I have to order 3 to get one more free and only valid online. I left completely annoyed and exasperated. Felt like I was on one of those hidden camera shows with how poorly I was treated. I enjoy Panda Express but this location just needs to be shut down. Completely unprofessional and lacks any customer awareness. I will happily drive out of the way to another location where I have had good experiences.

EDIT: I continued to try to reach them by phone to no avail. I came in person to speak with the manager. She stated that, if I didn’t have a receipt, she could not do anything for me. I explained we did not get a receipt. She told me to wait for 15 mins while she pulled the camera footage, but never asked for my car information? Go to any other Panda Express but this one… Wish I could give zero stars. Food is wrong, leaked all over the bag and my car! I’ve been calling for 24 hours with no response! I’ve called 8 times! They never pick up.

Absolutely butchered my drive through order. Ordered 2 bigger plates, one with 2 hit orange chicken and 1 shrimp, the second plate with REGULAR orange chicken and two shrimp. And an order of rangoons. Completely forgot to put the rangoons in the bag, and gave me hot orange chicken on the second plate instead of regular orange chicken, which completely makes it inedible as I'm very sensitive to hot spice. Overall disappointed, the drive through worker needs to pay better attention, the order is literally on a screen infront of your face there is no excuse for this. The food I can eat tastes and feels reheated. Not coming back to this location ever again. The staff also refused to answer the phone after calling 10 times in a row.

This place clearly states online it closes at 9:30 PM. A friend and I walked in at 9:00 PM and the staff member stated the restaurant was already closed on the inside. It made she and I very uncomfortable so we sat outside to eat our dinner while we sat outside they turned around at least 10 to 12 customers there are now 7 to 8 cars in the line because they closed their dine in area early. We also noticed several people came back to get their orders corrected and they were also turned around and told to get in the line. It feels uncomfortable to eat here with such a poorly operated staff.
