The Service is Excellent!, the food here is nice. Meat cut fresh and flavored amazingly. The Bread is one of my favorite things since it is cut very well and tastes very delicious.

I was pretty disappointed when I got home and there was tuna on only half of my sandwich. This happens a lot when I take my sandwiches to go. I love Jimmy John’s tuna but paying $13 for a sandwich with a very minimal amount of tuna, when it is the only protein on my order, is just frustrating. Edit- I appreciate this location making the situation right today by apologizing and loading up the tuna portion for me on my sandwich. Sad to hear that corporate provides a very small measurement that the workers are forced to use.

I came a few days ago and spent $50 (with tip) on 3 subs… The subs all had one maybe two at most slices of meat. How is that possible when I spent $14+ on a giant??? I basically had a mayo and lettuce sub. So disappointed since I’ve been craving it for days only to have this experience. I love it here but am very let down.

Food quality has gone way down, less meat, toppings, bread is terrible. I ordered extra turkey and cheese (they’re really tight with it last year or so) and was charged almost $7! 2 sandwiches with no drinks, no chips cost over $24!’ Outrageous! I was the only person there right around dinner time and the vegetable bins were near empty, so very little was put in our sandwiches. For those prices you shouldn’t have to pay until you’ve received your food to see the quality like any other pricey wait staffed restaurant. The last few times the bread was hard and dry, like it was several days old, and they used to put enough meat and toppings you didn’t have to ask to add extra. Barely got lettuce or other toppings I requested, onion totally left off. Very disappointing. We used to love the bread and fresh ingredients but we won’t be going back. 3 strikes, you’re out JJ! Going to Jersey Mike’s across the street since the bread at JJ that we used to love has been garbage. We notified the owner/operator…..crickets. You can’t run a restaurant like that for long…. and survive.

An absolute nightmare to park as they do not have enough parking spots and those that they do have our situated near the drive-thru which ends up wrapping around the building and preventing you from parking or leaving most of the time. When I went they were either understaffed or were staffed with rookies because it took nearly 45 minutes to get my sandwich and there was a horde of people standing around inside waiting for theirs as well The staff behind the counter were less than friendly as well Freaky fast? Not on that day

Thought I give them another try. No no no I’ll stick to jersey mikes. This sandwich is sloppy mess the meat all clumped up an it’s dry. The #9 Italian night club. And where’s the inside veggies. 😂😂😂😂jimmy John’s a joke lol

Terrible experience once again at Jimmy John’s.. I’m not sure if they hire illiterate people or if I’m just overreacting.. 3times within the past week they have messed my order up. First it was putting veggies on a slim with only meat and cheese then the second time they don’t put the avocado spread on the #6(the veggie advertised with the spread). Then the 3rd time I come I get a piece of bread and cheese no meat at all.. terrible terrible place wouldn’t reccomend Biden or even Kim jong un lll eat there.. Allen location is ran by nothing but high school dropouts… and nothing more.

Food is always great. However the young lady working at the register was very rude to her team members and were yelling at them. She had a lot of rubber bracelets on, long lashes, & a nose ring. She was carrying on her own personal conversation with another team member while I was waiting there at the counter. I had a mix up with my order and she yelled at another young lady over it and she did nothing wrong. I will not be coming back to this location.

I eat at Jimmy John’s every day. I get the same thing. The Ultimate Italian. I get it cut in 3 pieces everywhere I go. I never have problems. This store could not cut the sandwich into 3 pieces so I could eat it. They also just Had to toast it. I hate toasted bread. Why is it that other Jimmy John’s can make the sandwich how I need it and this store just can’t be bothered? ITS MY SANDWICH AND I WANT IT MY WAY. I WILL NOT BE BACK HERE EVER AGAIN. THIS IS SILLY!

Worst place ever. I placed an order online and called ahead of time just to make sure my order was available for pick up. They told me they are preparing a lot of orders so I had to wait a bit more time. They also said I would receive an email notifying when my order was available. I had been working all day that day and when I checked, the order was picked up. I didn’t receive any email, text, nothing. I called asking for that and the only thing they told me was someone picked it up, they didn’t have anything else to tell me and hung up. So rude and irresponsible
