Love this place with all my heart as a thirty something it's cute to see everyone young and countercultural here and it brings me joy. I would have loved to have a place like this when I was young and the ever changing flavor combos and ideas plus seasonal things to order is fun and keeps me trying new things. As someone who lives in the Dallas area, I don't make my way up to Allen often. However, its now a religious activity for me! I only come up there for this Dutch Bros store! The people are amazing and the drinks are great. There is almost no wait time. I am always greeted with warm smiles and kind words.

Dutch Bros in Allen, Texas is easily my favorite coffee stand in North Texas. Of course the drinks are wonderful, but what keeps me coming back are the kind faces and gracious employees. We’ve gotten to know the manager, and no doubt he is the reason why the stand runs so smoothly and efficiently. Thanks Ben and team for always being such a bright spot in my day!!!!

Dutch Bros is 100% on the map for me! Check out the OG Gummi Bear Blended Lemonade Xtra Sweet. The people are always a vibe. Real "bro" like. Guess that's the atmosphere they're going for. Love it!

I come to this Dutch Bros literally every single day, and it’s honestly one of the best parts of my routine. I always get the same thing—a medium Caramelizer—and somehow it hits perfectly every time. What really makes this location stand out, though, are the people. Dylan and Addy are absolute rockstars. They’re not just fast and efficient—they’re genuinely kind, welcoming, and full of great energy. They always greet me with a smile, remember my order, and make even a quick coffee run feel like a little boost of joy. Huge shoutout to the whole team, but especially Dylan and Addy for making every visit feel personal. If you’re thinking about stopping by—do it. You won’t regret it.

I'm from NJ and one of my brothers has been screaming. About dutch. Well I hate to say he was so right. This place has the best coffee. I'm quite the snob and this met every expectation. Coffee nice and smooth. And ready so much faster than any Starbucks.

I've been to a few Dutch Bros on they day they opened, and of course, it's always chaotic, more so on the customer side, but I've never seen two lines wrapping around the building all the way to the walk-up window. I was content to not sit in those lines, so I ordered something easy -- Palm Beach Iced Green Tea -- at the walk-up window and didn't wait for too long. You've got great group there, all smiles and enjoying themselves despite so many customers who are happy to see you.

Not all dutch bros are built the same IYKYK. this location is the best! They’re always quick, kind and the coffee is always perfect! I went a few days ago and talked to Allison who is just the sweetest and most personable broista ever! She recommended a drink for me to try and I LOVED it. 10/10!

My daughters order decaf drinks, smoothies and treats here. Everything is so good. We absolutely love the staff here. They are all such hard workers and they are the sweetest bunch!

I regularly place pickup orders on the app for food and drinks. This locations order accuracy is great. So much so that I go out of my way to pick up from this location. The baristas are all super friendly. Allison often assists me when picking up my order. She’s super friendly and recognizes me when I pickup. She always lets me know about promo days so I can plan my next orders accordingly. :)

Nitro cold brew is out of a can. No matter what size you order, it’s the same amount of coffee, just with more or less ice. It didn’t have any nitro foam. Disappointing

I come to Dutch Bros pretty often. I've always known it as a positive, happy place, with some of the sweetest customers and staff. I've had a disappointing experience a couple of days ago with someone, i asked another Dutch Brother worker what the girls name was and she said Jordyn. Jordyn had terrible customer service skills and gave sarcastic replies :( she was not only rude to me but it was very noticeable in the way she spoke to other coworkers. It really bothered me seeing this. This behavior felt unprofessional.

After a long, stressful day, I decided to treat myself to Dutch Bros for a little pick-me-up. Unfortunately, the experience ended up adding more stress and disappointment than relief. I had placed my order through the app and arrived 15 minutes later, only to find that my drinks hadn’t even been started. When I mentioned to the staff that my drink was supposed to include cream, the girl added so much that it completely ruined the taste—it was undrinkable. While I understand mistakes happen, the overall lack of urgency and poor customer service were really disheartening. It’s disappointing when a moment meant for comfort and enjoyment is soured by carelessness.
