I used to visit this location at least twice a week when I worked around the corner. I've never had anything bad. If the drive-thru line is long, don't worry. They're fast! Faster than any drive-thru. Staff is friendly too.

JJ always good! Totally tuna and the bootlegger are the only two sandwiches I like bc every other option has pork. Don’t eat pork bc I’m Muslim. Guys at the location were friendly. I have been coming here to this location for a few years now. I have always had a good experience here. I never wait long for my food and the employees are great. Also I really liked the Caprese Salami Pesto Sandwitch!!

I always order the Tuna with no cheese, extra lettuce and cukes, on either the sandwich bread or the wrap. Their fudge brownies are delish! And love those thinny chips too! Always friendly service and never a problem with my orders! 🤗😎👍🏻

My daughters took me here for my birthday. I had their new Spicy Italian, shorter than Subway's sandwich by the same name but almost Twice the meat + small soft drink for less than $8.⁰⁰. They split a lettuce wrap (Italian Club Unwich) for $7.³¹. Very affordable meal for 3 people & delicious too. Quiet, comfy, atmosphere for dining alone or w/ friends. 🥖 The waitstaff was friendly, informative & quick. Had our sandwiches in no time. 🥖 Both the restaurant (food prep area, floors, tables) & the restrooms were clean. Smelled new. 🥖 Worth the return trip. Good Job guys ‼️

I love this place. Love the Jimmy peppers. But they shouldn't try to be freaky fast. That's how mistakes are made, and it's happened. The gut6s at the sandwich line "try" to make the sandwiches while they are being ordered. But then they realize there are things that needed to be added. Still giving them 5 stars because I love the sandwich :-)

They were not freaky fast today, but they were friendly and got the order correct. They changed their menu and upped the prices a bit, but that is standard everywhere.

They have really good fries here and they have a good variety of bread. I definitely think it's better tasting then places such as Subway. I do like subway but I feel like Jimmy John's has more flavor in their sandwich and better toasted bread. They always make the food really fast and tastes good every time.

Amazing customer service! We were from out of town and just left Jersey Mike’s due to terrible service. This Jimmy John’s save the day with friendly service. Our three sandwiches were already done before we could even walk to fill up our drinks. Highly recommend this location for its staff and speed.

Very clean store and adequately staffed. Service was polite took my order got it right and it was a good size portion of meats and cheese. The bread homemade! Smells great in there. My favorite is the Italian night club! Will definitely be there again soon!!! Clean!! Good atmosphere!

Drive thru is build a little odd for some reason has a wierd small curve as you pull in. Food is always fresh though and the staff is usually pretty nice, but they are always trying to rush you at the drive thru order menu for some reason, I will say they have the best cherry coke in DFW, an I always get the Vito no onions at jimmy peppers

Didn't go for years because the owner is a big game hunter. Didn't have a choice for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Still a great sandwich like back in 2017.

This Jimmy Johns is very good! They always make an amazing sandwich and the staff is friendly. They aren’t so fast you’ll freak though!

To start they didn’t put meat on my sandwich, but when I called Brandon and Sam were extremely helpful in solving the issues and they even delivered the sandwich freaky fast to my job as it was my lunch break! The owned there mess up and did the utmost to make it up! Thank you guys!!

We frequently visit this JJ location and they’ve never messed up an order. We are so happy with their consistency in making a good, quick sandwich. The team is always friendly in the drive thru. Just wish they were more consistent with their chips. We’ve visited 3 times in the last month or so, they’re typically out of BBQ or Jalapeño chips. Hoping to see this change because we love this establishment!

Customer service is always great here. They have even made exceptions with the delivery location as I am right outside of the new zone where I was inside it about a year ago. The food is always good. They do miss my cheese on my sandwich from time to time but they always reconcile it when I call in.

Let's just say I paid $22 Dollars for a signature sandwich meal combo. Medium sized. I can say I would not return.

I guess Jimmy John’s just preloads all their sammiches with mayo, because I CANNOT seem to get one with mustard only. You’d think in the interest of making it freaky faster, they’d be happy to skip the mayo, but maybe it just takes too long to scrape it off the bread. Don’t get me wrong, it was still okay, but it might have been great without all the mayo they pour on their sammiches.

The sandwich we always get is delish but when we order delivery, the order has NEVER EVER been correct. We are good tippers and just want the food we order, nothing extra.

Jimmy John sandwiches are always good. This place is kind of lacking on the speediness. I have ordered on mobile multiple times and have always had to wait 3-5 minutes for my order. It’s never already done.

It’s tough to beat Jimmy John’s. Their sandwiches are tasty and there is something for just about everyone. The majority of my interactions with them are in the drive-thru so I can not accurately attest to the cleanliness of the restaurant. The quality of the ingredients and price point make Jimmy John’s ideal for quick lunches or dinners. However, at this location they seldom, if ever, get your order correct. I have been through this drive-thru at least 20 times and not once has my order been complete. I understand that order accuracy falls on me as well to check before pulling away, but their mistakes are not usually something observable from a quick bag check. It’s 50/50 at best when asking them to cut my sandwiches in half, it’s not clear what sandwiches we will actually be receiving, chips are generally short by one or two bags and don’t bother ordering any cookies, as I have yet to receive one that I ordered. I live just a smidge outside of their delivery area so calls to the restaurant to fix their mistakes are met only with an offer to refund the price of the missing item leaving me scrambling to fix their mistake for the spurned individuals in my family. To summarize, it’s hard to beat JJ on price and quality but be vigilant when using the drive-thru as they throw accuracy to the wind in order to get you through the line.

First off, I must say the food is great. Don't discount ALL Jimmy John's based on my review. Just this one location as of now. The staff seems to be largely comprised of younger folks who try harder to be comedic toward one another in some sort of winking fashion than to provide adequate and accurate service toward customers. In the past 2 visits, I've had problems with them, including but not limited to them throwing a sandwich and dropping it on the floor (which as I watched happen, I saw the drive through staff member start to hand it to me before seeing me notice him, then turning away and yelling at the thrower "HE SAW IT, DUDE!" and then opening the window to apologize.), forgetting parts of an order as well as the drink order, and giving incorrect side items. If the manager or any sort of district lead does read these sorts of reviews, I hope they take into account that the food is not a problem, but the lacking professional nature of the staff is starting to become one.

Great food, great people, and sadly ok service. Popped for a quck bite and they skipped my order, forgot an item.. Took longer than expected... I suppose if you're in a hurry and accuracy is not the best. If you have extra time, still some awwsome tasting food.

This location is very unorganized and unprofessional. I call the location the night before and spoke with Steven at this location to ask about separating the lettuce and tomatoes from the sandwiches so they don't get soggy and he assured me yes they can do that. States just need to place the order and he will make a note because there is not a place to really edit that specifically when placing the order online. So I call two hours before picking up the order because Steven told me to to just ensure the veggies are separated. I call speak with one gentleman and he's not for sure what order I'm talking about, then Steven gets on the phone and he says yes I remember your order it will be ready pick up time 4:15/ 4:30 everything will be done. I arrive at the location to get pick up the party tray of 30 sandwiches and they give me the wrong order and says I think the last person just took it but let me call them so they can bring it back. "Wrong thing to do when we're in the middle of a pandemic." So they State they don't have my order because their manager didn't print it off before he left so I have to sit there while they quickly make my sandwiches and don't have two types of sandwiches that I order and paid for last night online. This will be the last time I ever order anything from the Jimmy John's location off of Exchange Parkway in Allen Texas.

Horrible. Tea was sour, all four sandwiches we ordered were wrong. On 1. We asked for a Tuna and got ham and on 2,3,4 we were missing the things we asked for them to add. Overall horrible.

Actually I would not even give them one star..Today I went through drive through for my lactose intolerant child in ICU at the hospital in hopes to tempt her to eat..I was clear with my order, it was repeated back clearly (all by the manager on duty)...a simple unwhich...basically lettuce and turkey... and yet I get to the hospital and it brings my child to tears because they somehow felt they should add ingredients she is ALERHIC to! Really?...the whole reason for thier existence is to provide a product people can eat. Further when I called about it, Jerome didn't make the suggestion of solution but I had to. Do they not teach employees accuracy matters and they may feel that what they do is not important? Just doing your job is what the patrons need.

Ordered food online from store the money came out of my acct but the order did not process. Called the store and was told that I would have to wait a few days to have it fall off my acct. I then reordered the sandwich and have been waiting an hour plus for my order. I have now spent almost 80 dollars for 3 sandwiches and can not get an answer on when my food will actually be here.

Very rude service. Our order was incorrect (forgot an entire sandwich & the lettuce on our unwhich was brown and wilted) and when we notified them 10 minutes after closing I was told "we are closed". I was shocked by how rude I was treated on the phone and by the way my friend was treated who picked up the sandwiches in store. When I asked to speak to a supervisor the woman on the phone told me she was the owner. Horrible customer service and quality.

Terrible location, I don’t know who the manager is but he/she needs to be gone because those teen boys they are hiring are not doing their job. I did a online order and I go to pick up my subs and they tell me they are out of bread and can’t make sandwhiches on a Friday at 6pm. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for my money back. Two weeks prior to this visit they gave us the wrong subs....I won’t be going here no more.

I'm absolutely appalled by this Jimmy John's I ask them to specifically not to put tomatoes on my husband's sandwich he is highly allergic to them and begin to throw up almost 20 minutes after eating a partial tomato when I called the management they told me that there is nothing they can do about it and that they aren't willing to do anything without a receipt which we weren't given are you telling me that my husband's health isn't worth anything your assistant manager handled things very poorly. I will definitely be contacting city to come investigate the health of this department honestly how embarrassing of a company

Jimmy John’s freaky fast delivery? Try “No Delivery”.... was contacted that they have no one who could deliver my order. Surely there is protocol in place, if (1) delivery driver is out..... but their solution was to provide no delivery at all.

After months of not visiting this Jommy John's because of their history of rolling up one piece of turkey and 1-2 pieces of bacon and calling it a sandwich, I decided to give them another try. One of my favorite locations but the hiring has taken a hit and service has been impacted. Today I woke up eager to have a couple subs before we headed out to the Christmas tree farm with our family and I was met with the most unpleasant attitude from a young girl in Halloween makeup who’s esthetic is better suited for hot topic. I started by asking questions about the sandwiches and she literally blew her breath in the speaker to display frustration as I sat in the drive thru lane in complete shock when I mocked her and blew back as to say I caught that she apologized. I returned home only to find my turkey sandwiches were ham and roast beef I spoke with management regarding Scarlett’s awful attitude and customer service and expressed my disappointment. Soon after arriving at the store to have the sandwiches remade the little girl had the nerve to glare at me as if I offended her or did something to delay her plans for the day. I couldn’t believe the Gaul and the nerve of this poor attitude and gothic mentality. She acted like she wanted to go outside lol! Anywho after speaking with some of the friendlier staff and expressing exactly what I wanted on the sandwiches and thanked them for obliging me someone yelled out have a good day with sarcasm ( I ignored the child and kept walking) I get to my car and something told me to check them before I get home and shockingly they made the exact same thing I was returning one had ham and roast beef and one turkey despite missing the other toppings I requested atleast the protein was correct on one of them. So I go in AGAIN this time just laughing in disbelief they’re a top notch at this location great listeners lol! All of this turkey drama has taught me to never go through the drive thru lane again and always go to inside. Unfortunately this is closest location to my home in Allen so I don’t have a choice but to go here to we love the franchise it’s unfortunate the staff takes away from the experience in general. Do better

This Jimmy John's has done something I didn't think was possible. I have ordered several times in the last 6 weeks. EVERY single order is incorrect. I have had to watch them on the line and correct them while they are literally making the sandwich. One time I watched them make it incorrectly and they argued and said they made it correct until I opened the sandwich and showed them. The last order I went through the drive through and ordered a number 5. I was given a slim 4. A cheaper sandwich. I reported this location to corporate but no one at the store or corporate has done anything to rectify the wrong orders or my monetary loss for being given cheaper sandwich's and chips being left out of the orders. AVOID this location. I don't know how this is even possible unless the employees are doing it on purpose.

Horrible wait times. I don’t know why I’ve come back. It’s the same experience every time. The drive thru lines hasn’t moved in 10 minutes.

Sorry, this is the worst Jimmy John's franchise I've experienced. We've ordered 3 times now and every time an order has been wrong. The last time we ordered extra mayo but they put none. Their lettuce tasted extremely bitter, sandwich was basically inedible. Their ingredients have not been fresh, sandwiches often taste off. Whatever you do, DON'T use the drive through because they will mess up your order and you'll be unwrapping pure disappointment at home.

Very bad customer service, I asked for mayo and mustard on all five sandwiches that I bought and they did not put it, but charge me for it. Who charges for that? The place smells very bad, which is weird for a place that works different breads. The kids just were fooling around and checking their cells. I can take all that but not for the prices that they have on just bread and meat. too much for too little. Just go across the street to the other sandwich place Jersey Mike's subs or Bagels Brothers, better food and better service, way faster too.

Wrong sandwiches for the entire family. Had to go back to get new sandwich. Came home totally wrong again. We called to be nice to say they made a mistake again and to just ask if they can have the sandwiches ready for when my husband went back for the second time. They were so rude to him. Sarcastically speaking to him. Opening all the sandwiches mocking him. Then wished him to drive safe and use his blinkers. This transpired this evening so I hope the owner of this establishment sees how customers are treated when the staff makes errors.

Love Jimmy John's, but this is the worst location. Food is yummy as always, but when you have to go back 3 times in 2 months because they keep screwing up your order, really defeats the purpose of their being fast. There are other locations in the area who will be getting my money from now on.

Worst place ever. I placed an order online and called ahead of time just to make sure my order was available for pick up. They told me they are preparing a lot of orders so I had to wait a bit more time. They also said I would receive an email notifying when my order was available. I had been working all day that day and when I checked, the order was picked up. I didn’t receive any email, text, nothing. I called asking for that and the only thing they told me was someone picked it up, they didn’t have anything else to tell me and hung up. So rude and irresponsible

wow. very disappointed with john with now. this is the second time they have forgotten to add any extras to my turkey tom. today i was absolutely starving and was craving a turkey tom with jimmy peppers and pickles… and what did i receive? a sandwich with lettuce and turkey. blasphemy. going to jersey mikes for now on.

Somebody come look at this!! 1 slice of turkey and way too much lettuce, no chip, no drink…$10. never again!

Walked in, they were loud and yelling at each other, person at the register just staired at me. Didn't say hello or ask for my order. He acted like I was bugging him. When I reminded him of manners..he laughed. Luckily for them I love their sandwiches too much to leave but this particular location left a poor taste in my mouth.

Well to be honest. Very disappointed. I ordered a unwiitch #12 combo. I asked for extra pickles and tomatoes and the gentlemen was like . It already comes with it. I order salt and pepper. They didn’t put it and l wish I would have ordered extra turkey because they literally barely put any. All it was was lettuce .

This store could not cut the sandwich into 3 pieces so I could eat it. They also just Had to toast it. I hate toasted bread. Why is it that other Jimmy John’s can make the sandwich how I need it and this store just can’t be bothered? ITS MY SANDWICH AND I WANT IT MY WAY. I WILL NOT BE BACK HERE EVER AGAIN. THIS IS SILLY!

Food is always great. However the young lady working at the register was very rude to her team members and were yelling at them. She had a lot of rubber bracelets on, long lashes, & a nose ring. She was carrying on her own personal conversation with another team member while I was waiting there at the counter. I had a mix up with my order and she yelled at another young lady over it and she did nothing wrong. I will not be coming back to this location.

Thought I give them another try. No no no I’ll stick to jersey mikes. This sandwich is sloppy mess the meat all clumped up an it’s dry. The #9 Italian night club. And where’s the inside veggies. 😂😂😂😂jimmy John’s a joke lol

First it was putting veggies on a slim with only meat and cheese then the second time they don’t put the avocado spread on the #6(the veggie advertised with the spread). Then the 3rd time I come I get a piece of bread and cheese no meat at all.. terrible terrible place wouldn’t reccomend Biden or even Kim jong un lll eat there.. Allen location is ran by nothing but high school dropouts… and nothing more.

I have been to this location many times without any issue. On Monday my sandwich was made wrong. My daughter is allergic to tomatoes and they included tomatoes when I asked them not to. No biggie. I called and was told that they would put my name on the board and I would receive a $10 credit, basically a free sandwich when I came back. Went through the drive thru today with the receipt and info for the ignorant, rude, Caucasian woman at the window to tell me that the general manager said they can’t honor it because it happened on Monday. Today is Wednesday. WHAT?!?!?! She was very rude and dismissive. She should not be a face for your company at all. A sandwich is a small matter but because of her behavior I’m going to stand on the principle. I’m not letting it go. The way I was treated was unacceptable. I want to speak to someone about her behavior. I’m not even concerned about the sandwich. I have already shared on my social media business accounts to my 60k plus followers the experience I had and to never go to this location. I will drive to Frisco from now on. You’ve lost a lot of business because of an incompetent employee. And her telling me that you are short staffed has NOTHING to do with my experience.
