HK's Bar and Grill

Our band The Moon Colony just played HK’s, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The staff is very attentive and courteous, serving tasty food and beverages. The band and our guests loved HK’s and we definitely recommend this bar & grill for a fun night out.

So I went here for the first time this past Friday......... Rancho Cucamonga has become my primarily neighbor since 2021! "side note" (born and raised in San Bernadino which has continued to be my go to place when it came to having a drink and eating while wanting to relax after a long work week, a place where I would feel like a local and only good vibes at least speaking for myself) ☺️ of course everyone's entitled to there own opinions with that being said .... I was on a mission to fine a place closer to me here in Rancho Cucamonga at the same time this place had to be able to handle my diverse family and friends that I roll with......wanting to keep this place a secret for myself so the world wouldn't mess it up !!!! I realize that wouldn't be right so here I am ..... I want to personally thank David H. for going above and beyond in more ways than one!!! He is a Asset to your company which goes far beyond money and just doing his job !!!! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and shown first class service from every employee who we interacted with , I must give a personal shout out to "Jessica " now she wasn't our person that was assigned to our table meaning the one who took our food order in the beginning....but she delivered the type of service that I feel people are just naturally born with...I do recommend she be the one who trains any new hires as well as your present employees would benefit to follow in her lead when it comes to customer service!!! Five stars across the board from the outside to the inside on the appearance, to the drinks and amazing food ...the music playlist was truly like I was requesting songs personally had a little bit of everything and the level of loudest they had the volume set on was truly what set them apart.... from other places I have gone...I have told everyone I know about this place and if everything goes right we will be celebrating my upcoming birthday here as well as many other events in the future!!!💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

I went to HK's on a Friday night to meet some friends. It was about 10pm when my friend and i got there. We were hungry and we both ordered a patty melt. (I dont like cheese so mine was without the melt (cheese)). It was so good. It also came with fries. They were crowed bcz it was a friday night and a band was playing. The band was good they were playing 80's music, that is totally my era of music. Our food did not take too long and the service was really good. When the band was done playing a DJ started. It is a fun place to go and dance and drink. Please do not drink and drive. FYI 90% of the time there is law enforcement watching from across the street. Lets not give them any reason to make our life miserable. If you feel like you have drank too many call Uber or Lyft... Thanks for taking the time to read my review and have a great day....

Cool bar, but there's something for everyone! I enjoyed some liquid refreshments (responsibly), and food. I had a patty melt, which was not very good. No rye bread and cook used sandwich cheese. Very 'blah' tasting, I won't order again. The onion rings were very good.

We had a great time. The band was good and the folks in the bar are great. Order the pizza, I was impressed.

2nd time at HK bar. They had a live band playing some classic rock which was super cool. We luckily found seats since it was very full inside. Our waitress was on point. Brought us water and our drink order promptly. The drinks were nice and strong. The demographic is all over the place both young and old. It's a chill spot. Highly recommend to come early during a live band session. 👌

Patty Melt was on sourdough bread, two kind of processed cheese and what appeared to be sandwich spread on the bread. Not what we expected from a Patty Melt. Additionally, the hamburger patty only covered 1/2 of the bread! First glance where it was cut it looked ok, but when you lifted the bread you could see the lack of meat. Steak fries appetizer was as expected, onion rings and side salad were average (better than sandwiches). Later that night both hubby and I had frequent trips to the restroom...awfully coincidental to our visit to HK! That kind of solidified our lack of interest in ever eating there again. Drink prices were average, might go back to see a band and have a drink, but no food for us!

Overall the place is fine. However they are charging $10 for a pint of domestic beer. I was floored when I got my bill for $20 after drinking two pints of 805. Will most definitely not be returning.

I think HK's lost money 💰. Especially since the lady behind me committed about it. We both thought you didn't want to serve couples

His attitude was also very aggressive, even after I told him it was fine. I didn’t even get upset, your bartender got very emotional and vindictive about it for no reason, and he refused service to me and the rest of my friends until we finally decided to leave.

I was going to get something to eat but I lost my appetite with the negative atmosphere. This place could be a great experience. Unfortunately, it isn't.

I just got denied entry into your bar for wearing flip flops. Bouncer told me he just found out no flips flops. He said someone just got thrown out for wearing crocs. Please explain to me how this makes any sense? There's no dress code policy set anywhere. You guys are a bar not a club.
