Perspective is important. Fast food is a different expectation than a restaurant. The only thing keeping this from five stars is that the dinning room and kitchen do not look nearly as clean as other Del Taco in the area

Would be 5 stars if the place was cleaner. The food and value were good. Watched an employee throw tortillas down in anger and then open a bag of lettuce with his pocket knife. Hope he’s ok. Other staff was very friendly.

The food here is what you would expect from a Del Taco. The cashiers were nice, but as far as service those self serve machines are a pain.

Not great food. I can definitely count on the hours of operation. It hits the spot when needed. Staff is usually friendly and accurate. Not always the case but it's better than most for this chain restaurant.

The food was okay. The service was okay. The tables and floors were dirty there. The neighborhood is good. The parking is okay. The price is high there. It is really dirty here. 🍴🍲🍱

I hate to complain because I understand how difficult customer service can be, but I had to say something. I made two orders of fries and by the time I got home I noticed I was only charged for one. I go back and explain how I made an order for two, but only got charged for one, but there was neve any fries in the bag. We paid for the second order and some donut bites(some dessert) and on the way home the fries are cold. They apologized and told me I could come back, but I wasn't going to waste my gas a third time for another mistake order mistake. And just to add, the person behind us when we got to the drive thru the first time was missing a burger in their order.

Good luck going to this crap hole! You will NEVER get the right order. Management here is a JOKE and she could care less if you come back or not so don't bother complaining!!

I go to Del Taco a lot, at least like 3 times a week. I always order the $5 box, I got an email saying that the burrito is in all the big boxes are now even bigger… the burrito in my $5 big box is honestly the smallest burrito I’ve probably ever received from any Del Taco. Update: FYI, I’ve been a Del Taco rewards member for years. I find the store owner’s reply to this review insulting

Today i decided to try the new $9 box. Let me tell you it was the worst food I have ever tasted. The hamburger was extra salty and could not eat it. The fries were good but they only serve me like 12 fries. The burrito had only beans and nothing else. I it came in a small box that the food didn't even fit. Overall I'm so disappointed cus I always go there to buy the hot habanero tacos. The only reason I didn't go back and complain is just because the boy in the drive thru was nice and was new. I didn't want to give him a hard time as he was already struggling with the whole drive thru line.

Horrible customer service. The kiosk for self-service is ignored by your employees as we, customers, struggle to initiate our orders. Lazy and rude female employee today. Such a waste of space.

I ordered a meal, and when it was delivered, it was missing items. I called the store and the girl I spoke to said she would not refund my money for the missing items but I could drive all the way back over there again and she would give me the missing items. I also ordered chips and guacamole, I literally got three chips in the bag. The girl I spoke to said “ I only gave you a few chips because that’s all we had left”. So I spent $25 on two tacos, a little cup of guacamole and a drink. To top it off the girl that was working was incredibly rude and unprofessional yelling at me on the phone because I dared to question her. I will never go back to the store.

If you can’t serve fresh food 24-7 then you shouldn’t be open 24 hours a day. The service is memorable but the food has been cold and dry and missing items. The last 3 times I’ve gone. Once they forgot my fries in my combo the up sold me on buying, and tonight I got my Favorite the fish tacos but it was hard HARD dry and no limes.

Never go there. I'm going to complain to corporate office of del taco. My burrito looks like it just came from bathroom. Smashed and it looks like somebody did it purposely.nasty Nd worker is not good worker.nasty food made. The worker had dirty shirt on. Awful.hope I get my complain into corporate office.

Wow one the worst meals at a deli taco ever I got the $4 value box The tacos I were like some kind of joke and fries and tacos were cold . The fries were a little warm the taco meat wasted cool-cold fo the touch and were not even 1/3 filled the food was completely inedible and old it was 315 am so food shou6 have been fresh just look at the pics of the meat in the taco. That is just disrespectful to give customers food like this. I usually got the San bernardion location on delivery rose and they always give me hot food especially early in the morning. Was this supposed to be a joke
