The employees here are so NICE! I’ve watched a handful of regular employees come and go, but every time there’s someone new working they are always pleasant and courteous. I’ve been eating at Nektar for 10+ years and I’ve been to plenty of diff locations all over, and this one is my fav! Consistent product and service. Thanks for keeping me loyal! 😊

I had an excellent experience. I ordered in the app and the smoothie was done before the time it was suggested. I walked in and was asked if I had ordered ahead. I was asked my name and then turned around with my smoothie. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. I love how I was able to customize my smoothie right in the app as well.

I ordered to go items for a meeting I was hosting on 9/9/23. This was my first time at Nekter, so I didn’t know what to expect. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. Hailey, was knowledgeable and so helpful with guiding me through what would work best for what I was attempting to do. The parfaits I ordered were a hit! Thank Hailey for being so kind and patient with me. This was a great experience.

I love Nekter! Every single time I would get a açaí bowl or orange crush, it’s always so delicious and so tasty. If I were to go to a smoothie place or go to a place that’s healthy, I would DEFINITELY go to Nekter! Thank you for all the delicious smoothies and açaí bowls u guys make! 5 stars!!

Awesome every time I come. I typically mobile order and my order is always timely ready when I arrive. No complaints on the quality and taste of the smoothies, bowls and teas! Very happy to have a great Nektar near my new home.

Service: I have come here every day this week with large orders and the staff was always very accommodating and helpful. Food: AMAZING. The Green Apple Detox is my favorite. My whole crew tries to get me to do Nekter runs for them-- if they want to take it up a notch, find an innovative way to travel with more than five drinks in your car! (I didn't have any spills, but I would if I had even one more drink in my order.) Atmosphere: The location is small but designed well and everything is right where it should be. Bathrooms are nice single-user/neutral. It has never been busy when I have visited, so I never had to deal with a line.

Solid spot. Good açai bowls, they don't skimp on the granola! Other stuff is hit or miss, but I mean that's standard. You aren't gonna like EVERYTHING.

My experience was good, the people working there were awesome, but I felt that my item was pretty expensive once I added things I wanted on it, in comparison to many other places I get acai bowls. For example, if I wanted coconut on top, it was an extra $1.00, peanut butter drizzle, another $1.00, but it didn't deduct anything if I wanted no granola, no agave, etc. My bowl came out to $18+. Similar bowls from 2-3 other place I go run between $10-$12. It was delicious, but I don't know that I'd pay that much again.

If your order is wrong, you’re gonna be extremely disappointed just like me.

Bad customer service! First and last time here

The people that work here are terrible. They need to be fired. We went inside of Nekter and the girl didn't even acknowledge that we walked in. We had ordered online and she didn't even start my meal. I cannot believe how rude this is. ❗❗TERRIBLE SERVICE❗❗ I would definitely not reccomend this place they also have a B rating outside and it has not been fixed for months. I only eat at restraunts with an A.

I love Nekter and am a regular customer at this Upland location. Today I bought a 16oz pink flamingo that was 6 dollars and it was not good at all! It was completely melted and bland. I’ve gotten this smoothie before, it’s usually bright pink but it was a much lighter color. Definitely need to speak up next time, not ok to spend that much money on a melted/bland smoothie.

Ordered in the Uber app for pick up wrong items and one of them was not even a smoothie. Go to Claremont if you can! Much better

Worst Nekter I’ve ever been to! They are always out of ingredients they almost always mess up orders. I will no longer keep trying to give this place a chance. Today was the final straw I ordered my bowl payed and waited 25 min in the over crowded place in the middle of covid with no air conditioning! Then they call me only to tell me they don’t have the main ingredient. Wow thank you! If it wasn’t so close to where I live I wouldn’t even bother. I will be going to rancho or San Dimas from now on.
