Dunkin'

Came in on the morning of 11/1 and was waited on by a very nice young man named Bruce. It was extremely busy but he was calm and took my order in a timely fashion. Im usually greeted by one of this stores impatient and grouchy employees who seem inconvenienced by taking my order, but this one was different. He even got my order right and was such a sweetheart. Hes the only one I've ever encountered who treated me like a person and not just a number. Thank you kind sir. You made my day. If management sees this, this young man deserves some credit.

I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts at 5 AM. I tried to order a breakfast sandwich just to be told that they didn’t have any breakfast sandwiches available so I had to result to getting two glazed donuts just to start my morning off. The service was good the young lady who served me very polite and apologetic. I’m still going to continue to come to this Dunkin’ Donuts very good service very good food. I understand things happen.

I am a creature of habit, especially for garden cc on everything bagels. Ordering the same thing, place and time everytime. First note, is they take very long to make mobile orders, I would pre-order 15 minutes away, only a couple bagels, arrive and still be waiting. Its annoying to come in and see 4 people working, and 3 of them on there phones standing around while one gets the work done. Messed up the orders a couple times, plain CC is gross to me, and in a rush to work, can't stop, turn around and wait another 15 minutes. Sometimes they make tasty bagels, other times, its tough to bite into because of the staleness. Nice gas station, much variety, very wow.

The drive-thru line took 20 minutes to get through when only 3 cars were ahead of her. The workers were slow to take people’s orders & she even saw the guy in front of her throw his hands up in frustration. When it was finally her turn to order, they still made her wait a while at the intercom before they spoke to her. Once she pulled up to the window, they still didn’t open it for another five minutes & she ultimately had to pull off before getting her order so that she could head to work. In addition to their slowness, I have been given the wrong order multiple times (other people’s mobile orders given to me in the drive-thru). Some of the slowness can be due to the workers being on their phones & reading messages on their Apple Watches instead of prepping the food, which I witnessed when I went in to order instead of waiting in the long drive-thru line. It’s no wonder my supposed-to-be-toasted food is cold by the time I get. The location is great, but other than that, this Dunkin fell short of my expectations.

Never gave me my 6 piece hash browns. Never added the bacon bits or even filled my loaded hash browns, little to no queso. Coffee didn’t have any French vanilla like I asked for. Then told me that my Dunkin card had less on it than it really did and took the card. Will never go there again. Do not recommend to anyone.

I always go to this Dunkin, but lately the coffee has been off. Yesterday I finally ordered an iced coffee- cold brew toasted white chocolate with 5 creams. I received it dark and the taste was awful, nothing like cold brew. The flavor was also awful. Did not taste like white chocolate and it and tasted burnt. It’s hit and miss and honestly almost $5 for an iced coffee to be made wrong and taste burnt is unacceptable. Sometimes the coffee is made perfectly and other days it’s not. I’m not sure who makes the iced coffees there but do better

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. Not sure if ownership cares about this place. Constant wrong orders. Horrible and rude service. Ordered a hot drink and it was ice cold. If it wasn’t so convenient on location I would never come back to the dunkin. The store great outside of constant issues

If I could give this particular establishment 10 zero star ratings in a row, I would absolutely do that. This is the second day IN A ROW that I have placed a mobile order and left with no coffee. It is 6:30 in the morning currently and this particular location claims to open at 5 and was not open. They said there was nothing they could do about my order. The day before they had three people working - I placed my mobile order 5 miles up the road to ensure I could just grab it and go and mind you I only order hot coffee, nothing complex at all.. it still was not ready when I got there AND I stood there for 10 minutes making me late to work all the while no one asked me what I was waiting for. Absurd.

She repeated my order and I corrected the sugar telling her liquid sugar. When I got the coffee it was not stirred ok no big deal. I stored it and took a sip. Coffee tasted burnt. I will never go back as there are a few times I go there and every time it’s undrinkable.

Went in at 8am today and there were no napkins. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to add stuff to my order that they forgot to make. Hashbrowns squished on the floor, counters covered in spilled coffee, employee with noticeable hicky. I get it's only Dunkin, but a certain level of professionalism should be expected.

Took over 20 minutes to get the order. Worst run D&D I've ever been to.
