Fast and great customer service. Everytime I come around definitely it's a fast and smooth experience. Whether they are busy or slow they always smile and keep it professional and friendly definitely one of my favorites Tijuana Flats!!

First time here and will definitely be back. Dessert was absolutely perfect.

I love coming to this Tijuana flats it's the best! Not only is the food always super fast to come out (not to admit delicious haha) but the staff is awesome! They deal with a lot and are still always very friendly. I specifically want to give thanks and warm regards to Brian the customer service representative that has helped me twice now and has been nothing but lovely and great!

My friend and I stopped here after a Trader Joe's run. We got 2 entrées, an appetizer and drinks for about 20 bucks. Pretty awesome special. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was nice, quiet and calm.

They got a crazy sauce station and the food was good. I Got the garlic lime shrimp . They gave me a Free refill and great and fast service as well 💪🏽

I truly love this place. No matter which location I go to, the food is consistently fresh and amazing, the service is top notch, and you can't beat the sauce bar. I highly recommend not only eating here, but I'd also recommend their app and rewards program!!

We go here about once a week and they are consistently so kind and helpful. The steak flautas are the bomb 💣 ... but seriously can't go wrong, it's all good and a fun environment - easy to bring a large group to also. 👍

The vibes were very good , well I went at night there were just a few people but still the team members welcomed you ,in taking the order was very friendly the best was the food I order a steak bowl it was really good burst of really good flavors +the side chips that go with the meal and good salsa I loved how they cater to you they bring your meal to you what a loving service I will visit again😇💜🙏

They did not disappoint! The beef flautas and queso dip were delicious. Definitely visit the Altamonte Springs location if you can!

I went to Tijuana Flats to rest up a bit after walking several miles. The food is pretty good. I ordered a hard corn tortilla steak taco with a tiet coke. The order comes with 2 tacos. The price was good and it came with some tortilla chips. Tijuana Flats has alot of menu options and sauces to choose from. The food is really good for the price and alot of locations in the Orlando area. The location stays open fairly late so food is available. overall good and I do recommend

Very cool Mexican restaurant with a huge selection of spicy sauces. Sauces ranged from mildly spicy to super spicy. Good selection of popular Mexican fare like quesadilla, tacos and burritos.

Still one if my favorites. Great food, staff, and atmosphere. Happy hour is always a blast. Update! Dinging a star for removing the napkins from the tables. I don't know who came up with that lame brained idea, but it needs to be corrected. I use 10-15 napkins per meal there. Hot sauce is messy.

Ordered two for $22..Both bowls, salads with chicken. Appetizers were chips and salsa. Salsa was good, but it wasn't as fresh as it could be. The color was off. The food was adequate. Could have had more chicken in the salads. The table wasn't clean, which happens a lot here, and the bathrooms needed cleaning. They remodeled this location. It's nicely done. I will come back if I am in the area. I live near the one on 46, Sanford. That location is awesome and has a lot of hard-working people.

Hadn’t been back to Tijuana Flats since I was in high school and had very fond memories of it. Ordered some takeout and was VERY disappointed. They forgot to include the Blanco Queso I ordered, the chips were stale and lackluster, the cheese quesadilla was pitiful (see picture), and they didn’t include any salsa/sour cream/guacamole in the chimichanga meal. Sadly, my old favorite has fallen far. **UPDATE** We called the manager and explained our discrepancies. He comp’d our entire meal. I was also contacted by customer service, so I hope senior management will fix the food issue, but service stars are updated to five.

Just ok. Flautus was overcooked and oily. The staff was nice but no one was keeping an eye out on the dining area. Kind of annoying when you’re asked to give a tip before any service is provided.Will go again but at a different location.

The sun has great atmosphere and really good service, but the food is not very good in my opinion. I come from Texas and I am used to real Tex-Mex call Mom which you just can't find at this restaurant. It's not bad, but I think you can get more for your money elsewhere. I do really like the atmosphere, the app, and their sauce selection was very nice!

UPDATE: Tijuana has shown incredible follow up service to make things right after my recent disappointing experience. We will of course continue to patron our favorite Mexican restaurant in town! Extremely disappointed in latest experience. Ordered TWO fiesta meal kits for 6 as we had 9 people over for dinner and figured that would be plenty of food with leftovers. WRONG - only enough protein for 12 tacos so we ran out of food. Embarrassing. Do not recommend meal kits for large groups.

Food is great as always, but guys if you’re going to outsource phone orders to a call center it would probably be a good idea to make sure the folks who work in the call center are decently fluent in English… I placed my order slowly and clearly and they still got it completely wrong like not even close. Side note the staff at this location was extremely friendly!

Party of 3 and had a 1st timer with us, we all ordered burritos for a work lunch, but we were all disappointed, very small portions of ingredients in the burritos. I used to frequently eat at all the Tijuanas in the area, and it was usually great, but it's been a while. I mainly went to the one in soho, which was always fantastic, but maybe some things have changed, obviously not for the best.

the staff was very kind but these are the birria tacos i was given? they’re extremely tiny and didn’t come with any broth. for $16 this is genuinely disrespectful, would’ve asked for a refund and gone somewhere else if it wasn’t my lunch break.

Place is clean but food is okay. I customized my order and still received a regular order and employee ended up saying I’m sorry I can’t do anything about it.

My husband and I love Tijuana but won’t go to this location anymore. On Wednesday there was a long curly black hair in my steak taco, the staff was so sweet, apologized and remade my food…but it’s difficult to get past that and still enjoy your meal. We will drive a little further for Tijuana locations we love. Sidenote: there was only one other customer in the whole restaurant so I felt it definitely should have been caught before it got to us.
