This place is great. Lindsey is the friendliest server we’ve had in sooooo long- it’s worth a longer drive to come to this location over the one closer to my house. She’s attentive and remembers every detail. They have a million TVs and are very accommodating in changing the one you’re facing to what you want to see. Thank you Ale House and thank you Lindsey!
Miller's Ale House in Winter Park is a great restaurant for many reasons. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. Our waitress Jennifer was so friendly , attentive, professional and so involved with customer service .She made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. The food was absolutely amazing. The salad was a good portion ,very fresh and crispy. The wings were perfectly cooked and delicious. The menu is diverse, with plenty of options to choose . Everything is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From wings to steaks everything is prepared with care and attention to details. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to eat.We had the honor to meet Ron, the restaurant manager. A very attentive and professional gentleman. He gave us a tour around the restaurant. Showing us the excellent facilities. The cozy fire place, the bar area and the outdoors water fountain ( it was been repaired that day)everything needed for a great experience. Whether you're a local or just passing through, celebrating a birthday or anniversary, Miller's Ale House in Wintet Park restaurant is definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend it.
Ale House is a classic sports bar : good drinks, great food and lots of TVs. You can’t go wrong with the Zingers (chicken fingers) and the Mountain Melt (chicken fingers, tossed in your choose of sauce, piled on top of bacon-cheese fries) is my favorite item. The menu ranges from salmon and steak to bbq ribs, tacos, excellent burgers and lots of finger foods you can share. They almost always have some kind of drink specials at the bar and cocktails/drafts are reasonably priced. Portions are also large for the price so it’s a good value. If you saved room get the Captain Jacks Burried Treasure for desert (ice-cream cake) and if not get a pint of it to go.
Absolutely amazing service! Erick, our server, was attentive, kind and very knowledgeable with the menu. I stated that I was on a keto based diet and that I heard the Zingers Mountain melt was able to sub the fries for broccoli. He was honest and told me he never heard of it but he would ask his manager and see if that accommodation could be done. Long behold they were able to do so and the picture is a result of that masterpiece! Totally recommend this location as well as the server! Thank you so much for a memorable and great service! We will be coming back! 🥰
This place is awesome! Went yesterday night, it was busy but we didn’t wait long. There was great service by the host and waitress. Our food and drinks came out quickly and correct. The price was very reasonable for all we got. The food tasted great! Being a vegetarian I greatly appreciated that they noted which items on their menu were vegetarian, that’s super helpful. I’ve been here in the past for a fantasy football draft and I enjoyed it then too. I will definitely be back in the future!!
Went to Ale House for dinner & to watch the FIFA match Saturday night. Seated about 5 mins after walking in. Our waiter was attentive & friendly; half the TV's & all sound were on the hockey game, the other half were tuned into soccer. The speakers in the bathroom were broadcasting the hockey game way too loud for my liking & kind of gave me a headache, but I get it it's a sports bar. Their French onion soup is THE BEST in town! I had Mimi's Fiesta Bowl with chicken & shrimp; the shrimp got a tad over-seasoned blackened & I didn't care much for the sauce over the chicken. The Blackened chicken Alfredo was delicious. Every staff member we saw were smiling & helpful. This is a great spot for food fun and futball. Will definitely be back! PS: please bring back your delicious fish dip!
The place it's amazing, NOAH it's super Attentive, his service was a 20 out of 10, always interested in whether we were okay, if we liked the food, seriously he was GREAT, I recommend this place without hesitation.
We had such a great experience at Miller’s Ale House thanks to our bartender, Dani! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel so welcomed and invited. It was actually her first day transferring from another location, but you would never know it—she was so friendly, attentive, and confident behind the bar. She made the best margaritas I’ve ever had at Miller’s, and really made our whole night an amazing experience. Big shoutout to Dani—we’ll definitely be back to see her again!
Morgan & Sabrina- Managers & Jackson the server were amazing 🤩. They made us felt like home and everything was perfect . From the food, drinks and service was a 10/10 I would highly recommend here for the amazing customer service experience. It is a must go back when we are back in the area.
We had not been in for a long time and two weeks ago decided to stop in and sit at the bar for the Miami Hurricanes game. It was a great choice Dani was our bartender and server and was fantastic, friendly, and went to great lengths to get the game on for us. The following weekend we went back and sat at a booth and while it was enjoyable the bar staff is really what shines here. We went back again this weekend and sat in Sy's section - who was one of the great team supporting Dani the first time we went. Sy was helpful with suggestions on our food order, so friendly and provided great service. While Dani and Sy definitely stand out the entire bar staff made our experience really enjoyable. We plan to go back for every Miami game this season to support both our favorite football team but also the Ale house bar staff team. Go Canes!
I give honest reviews good or bad. This place gets really loud and noisy on game days! I don't mind it , but if you're trying to have a quiet dinner , this is not the place to go on a game day. The servers are always friendly. My grandsons love to come here to get the brownie ice cream, yummy goodness treat!
The food was amazing! I’ve had bad experiences in the past with millers at different location. But at this one I have changed my thought about it. We had SY as our waiter and he was amazing, very kind and very wonderful his attention in customer service.
Great experience at this location! Miranda was an amazing server — so kind and attentive. The food was delicious (burgers and the Zinger Mountain Melt). Definitely one of the best Miller’s Ale House we’ve visited!
I recently visited Miller's Ale House in Winter Park with my boyfriend for lunch. While our experience wasn't completely seamless - our server had a mishap - the management team truly saved the day. They were attentive, reassuring, and ensured that our concerns were addressed. Unfortunately, the table across from us wasn't as understanding and ended up leaving due to the wait. However, my boyfriend and I were patient and ultimately enjoyed our meals. We both opted for salads - the Zingers and the Cobb, respectively - and shared an order of delicious mozzarella sticks. Despite the initial hiccup, we appreciated the management's efforts to rectify the situation and left feeling satisfied with our lunch. We'd definitely return to Miller's Ale House in the future.
Went to this location to meet up with my son who wanted to buy me dinner which is definitely a treat. This restaurant is in the Winter Park area and they were really living up to the Ale House brand and had an excellent meal. The entrees we got were the same and were fantastic. Service by Jenny and the support crew they always seem to have was top notch and we did not wait on anything at all. Will not be afraid to go back to this location and hope to do so soon.
This place is so awesome! Everytime I go, I see something new on the menu that I want to try. Hopefully I'll remember to take a picture next time before I devour it... Shout out to all the servers who have taken care of me - you guys rock!
While there is nothing special about the interior decor and atmosphere, the exterior is more inviting. Nevertheless, this location has economically priced fantastic lunches during the week and other specials. It's worth a trip to Winter Park to enjoy our favorite meatloaf, enhanced with brown gravy and served with mashed potatoes and a fresh veggie variety--all for the amazing bargain of $7.99 each. We have never been disappointed with the quality and flavor of their food, nor with customer service.
Great place to dine. Lots of parking, easy accessibility and we'll lit. Lots of seating and great atmosphere Indoor and outdoor seating. Two bars and lots of TV. EASY Menu and very affordable. There is plenty of food and taste great. Great services. Kid friendly Highly recommended
Food was great, but service was impeccable! We felt so utterly welcome by our server, Marvin. We had a great time laughing with him, and he got no part of our order wrong. It was overall a great experience, and we will be coming back soon. Thank you Marvin for this wonderful experience at Ale House!
We had visited Miller Ale House in two differents location but this was our first time in this one. This visit was completely different in a good way compare with previous locations. The person that took us to the table was also our server. She should be a trainee or a model for what a server should be, she asked us; if we prefer a table or booth, she explained us the lay out of the restaurant, were the restrooms were etc. We got our drinks and food in a timely manner. We ordered chicken wings and they were very good. The manager came to our table to check on us but not like the other locations, he felt sincere and at the end he gave us a tour of the beautiful restaurant. Thanks Jenn and Ron for made our visit so pleasant you were friendly and professional. We definitely come back to this location.

Very good food, music is not loud. And the best service by Amber!

Alicia was fantastic! Food was delicious with generous portions. Service was prompt, friendly and courteous. Alicia is an excellent server. Manager Zack runs a great Winter Park Ale House. He made sure we were satisfied with our meal and service as well as put on the Alabama football game on the nearby TV’s. Thank you!
Came here for a late night dinner with my brother and boyfriend. Had a great time. Our server, Aaron was very friendly and quick. He made sure we had our drinks filled at all times and made sure we liked our entire meal. He made sure we were taken care of during the entire visit.

It wasn't very crowded when we arrived, but by the times we were finished it was busy. Being able to eat and watch the games is super, but it was too loud with the music going too! 🙃 Food didn't arrive all together. Two of the three were served first! It's not the servers' fault either 😒French onion soup was good, side salad was okay. Spinach dip, although late, was good.
This is a follow-up to my previous review. If you've ever worked in or owned a restaurant business, you would know it's one of the hardest things to do. There's a certain ethos to crack that code, and I'd say that this particular day, the stars lined up. I was disappointed with the food the other day, but the staff and management were so kind and respectful that I decided to give them another shot. My wife and i went there for lunch today. We decided to sit in. She ordered the fish and chips. I ordered the soup and salad. The food was great. The cod was prepared well, not overcooked, not greasy, and the taste was pretty good. I had onion soup and the house salad. The soup was very flavorful, and it had nice chunks of onions and croutons throughout it. Let this be a lesson for other restaurants. If you have fantastic customer service, you can always redeem yourself. It covers a multitude of things, mainly bad food. They just had a bad day. I'll be back. As for the picture, don't judge me. I know I eat like a 3 year old.
Ordered online. Food arrived still very hot and they catfish terrific. Was breaded just right and not overcooked/or over crispy.
Lovely place, very lively and where you can spend evenings lazining around. Beer is good. Space dust and Voodoo Ranger is pretty nice, must try. Staff is polite and friendly, very amicable. Nice place to spend quality time overall.

I usually don’t drink to much but drink are not made right or not measured right , I had 7 mix drinks with double shot and I usually just have 2-3 mixed drinks with regular shots before i feel like I must stop , after spending money on 7 drinks and realizing they don’t have alcohol in them.
I've been to several Miller's Ale houses but this one in particular has a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service, which makes the experience positive. Xander was a great bartender/server. However, the filet mignon was overcooked, hard and unseasoned, which disappointed. Despite the good service and the atmosphere, the quality of the food did not meet the expectations, so I give it 3 stars. I hope they can improve in this aspect.
Atmosphere is good. Nice and clean. Ordered the grilled chicken bacon sandwich with loaded fries. Ordered the mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks were ok. The seasoning made them a little spicy. The chicken sandwich was very bland and the bun was dry. Fries were good. Overall not bad but need to season the chicken a bit and use fresh buns.

I did Uber eats for French onion soup and their prime rib French dip. French onion soup was really good. The prime rib French dip was basically a chopped Philly. It is definitely not prime rib meat. As far as a philly cheesesteak not bad but false advertising
After a long debate of what to have for dinner: decided that miller ale house was the place to go; we were greeted by a hostess who was sweet she sat us at a booth, our waiter came to us in a timely matter and immediately was able to break the house and what was a waiter customers felt more like we were visiting a friend at their job. Osh was very nice, sweet, and very knowledgeable. As a license bartender i told him the type of drink i was looking for and he was able to give me a recommendation I may otherwise not have picked. The drink he pick out was exactly what I was looking for. The food was good and the service was amazing, he a person that could easily have people come back to have for his service.

Don't order a steak to go from here. I ordered my steak medium and when I got home I discovered an over cooked, charred mess. I don't like having my money wasted. It was so tough and dry. There were other issues with my order (missing broccoli and an underwhelming loaded baked potato) that I was able to realize before I left and the server at the take out counter addressed. But bad steak I cannot overlook. Please put better chefs in the kitchen and improve quality checks before sending out food.
Nick lacked charisma and made us feel weird. After stating we needed a couple minutes he literally stood at the table the entire time. He never smiled and made things weird every time he approached the table. Food was phenomenal per usual. That being said 3 out of our party of 5 ended up sick the following night and morning. We love Millers but now we’ll be mindful of the differences between locations.
This use to be my go to for the wings and fried calamari. The wings for me use to be so perfect and done right for years. But I don’t know if it’s just a location thing but this one went down a bit. Out of my last three times I was hoping for a better experience but it didn’t happen for me. The calamari wasn’t coming out fresh, could be sitting to long before getting, but the wings just not the same and the last time I went they told me they don’t do breaded wings no more. This was my go to spot. Update: Went to the location in Altamonte and this was a far better experience. As I stated ale house been my go to place forever but this one on Lee rd was just closer, so I went to Altamonte to see if it’s just a location thing or all around. Altamonte did my wings perfectly the way it’s suppose to be done and yes they had breaded, Im guessing Lee rd just got rid of the breaded🤷🏽♂️, but all the food came out great and they also do a great steak so Altamonte it is from now on for me.
Stopped by here Sunday we tried to sit at the inside bar, but both bartenders ignored us. The female bartender acknowledged a gentleman that arrived after us and apologized for his wait. She then came over to the area of the bar we were sitting in and grabbed a bottle of cleaner. She never looked up at us and never acknowledged our presence. So we tried to go sit at the outside bar. We ordered two Manhattans with Woodford Reserve. She proceeds to let us know they are out of Woodford Reserve, so we choose Makers Mark. She leaves to go to the inside bar and when she returns she lets me and my husband know they are out of Makers as well. She then tells us that my husband and I are particular; I guess because we know what kind of drink we want. We tell her we will leave and she says that she would leave to. So we did just that. I would not suggest this restaurant to anyone at all. The service is terrible and it's not like the food is that good, so to have horrible bartenders is just terrible.
We went for the Bama vs OSU watch party. There were at least 25 Bama fans there. Food was good. At 10 minutes to start of the game.…even though we asked our server and mgr to put the pregame on…most of the TVs still had nothing to do with college football. We had Wheel of Fortune, a no name college Basketball game and a few replays of an NFL game. At 2 minutes to kickoff we finally got the game on the big screen but the audio was on something else. Got that fixed b4 kickoff. We planned on leaving at halftime to watch the second half at home but couldn’t get a hold of our server. Didn’t see her from the end of the 1st half until after kickoff of the second half. Most of the Bama fans had already left so I’m not sure what the hold up was. Don’t think we will be back.
We had the Prime Rib special. The meat was cold at the center. The baked potato was not hot. This may be due to the waitress who was busy with other customers. Our drinks were ordered and did not appear for approx. 20 minutes. This cost the restaurant a second drink order by everyone at the table.

The food and service were bad enough that I paid mid-meal, and left. The service is slow, and not helpful. The fish and chips was not good. The fish was very oily and "fishy," and the fries were leathery. Comfortable interior. Nice bench seats at the tables.
Have never had a good experience from Miller's. We ordered curbside take out, but the first issue was the confirmation email didn't have a link to let you know when you are there, so we still had to get out and go in to pick it up. When we went in (a few minutes after the pick up time), the food was still not ready. After waiting another 15 minutes (even with the restaurant being empty) we finally got the food. When we got home, we discovered several items were missing from the order. The ordered ice-cream was missing, one of the drinks had not been made, we were not given one of the sides for an entree, and we were not given any of the sauces for the chicken fingers. On top of not getting everything we ordered and the wait longer for the order, the food was somehow still not fresh. The bread for the Cajun pasta was stale, the chicken on the pasta was burnt to a hard crisp, and he chicken fingers were dried out. We left feedback and tried to contact customer service and even waited a week before posting this review, but we still have not heard back from anyone. Eating at Miller's was a waste of $60.

It’s not just efficient; it’s genuinely friendly. We've heard stories of servers like Osh, who makes you feel less like a customer and more like yo...
