Stumbled in on accident because Mom wanted donuts. Now, we go back when passing by. Why? Because the donuts are soooo fresh! They were still bringing out fresh donuts at 11am! Worth the money and the time every time!

Always a variety, and they don't cheap out on the cream for my eclairs! 😅 I've gotten everything from tiramisu to eclairs to chocolate croissants to even a breakfast burrito! The variety is unparalleled! Service is good too. 🥰

Excellent! Super yummy doughnuts. We’re talking perfect texture and full of flavor. Great prices, too. Definitely worth hopping off of 35 for a coffee and a sugar fix!

I didn't realize how close this place was near my home. I came in around 9am, the friendliest staff, quick service and I received the FRESHEST donuts and sausage rolls! My family enjoyed it very much. I will definitely come back again.

These are the best donuts I believe I have ever had. No msg and not fried. So light and fluffy and huge. It's definitely worth the money and travel.

Been living in the area for over 10 years and parking was always hard to find. I finally got here to try it and I didn't know what I was missing out in all those years. My wife loved everything we tried. Better than expected.

Pam's donuts is always serving up good food. I go for the chocolate cake donut. The pigs in a blanket are delicious too.

Always fresh no matter what you buy. You'll find very nice and helpful people working there giving great service. I'm a customer for life.

Delicious 😋 you have to try the chocolate croissant if your a chocolate lover...sooo good. However they forgot to put my sausage egg and cheese croissant in the bag and I like my savory along with my sweet.

Best doughnuts in Alvarado, hands down. Glazed are awesome as are the eclairs. Only complaint would be they never have apple fritters ready and then it's an hours and half wait to be made by request

Absolutely the BEST donuts in town. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because they are ALWAYS out of donut holes or the sprinkle donuts that my kids love. We go pretty early so it's not like we go in before closing time when they aren't making more. But overall, we like this place.

Virtually never have what I'm looking for, look at you crazy when you ask if they have any being made. Was told 'I'd have to get there earlier...like getting donuts is a viable excuse for leaving work early... They're still way better tasting than the trash shop across the hwy tho

These got me sick tasted like old oil was used. I've never went back. Anywhere you go be cautious only order 1 thing to try in a new place or area. I see other people agree. Stay safe.

This place may have good donuts but I would not eat here again. When I was in there I saw a moth behind the glass where the donuts sit. The worker realized and just hit it and it fell right on tray of donuts she didnt even care she just left it there.

I can't attest to how their donuts taste but it's ridiculous to expect someone to wait 10 minutes for a regular glazed donut. Awful customer service, when I said I'd go elsewhere guy got hateful with my kiddo, not cool. Will not be returning!

Prices are similar to across the street, at least when it comes to the pigs in a blanket. I asked if they had any bear claws and was offered an apple fritter. When I mentioned it was an apple fritter, I was told by the woman who served us that it is a bear claw. I decided not to argue with her after she tried explaining "they call them bear claws too", even though I know it wasnt that at all. After a head shake no she followed with "then we don't have any". I let my mom order what she wanted while I decided. When my mom finished, the woman asked if that was all, although I made it clear I was still deciding. I felt very rushed when it seemed like I had to clarify that I was still ordering. She seemed so disinterested in my mother and I being there and I felt like she just wanted to get us out of there as soon as possible. I also feel like I was treated to be stupid for trying to be told I was buying a bear claw, when it clearly was an apple fritter. Welp, that was a first impression lol

The lady was rude, and the donuts were not fresh at all. Most definitely won't be back. 👎

My husband called in our order and asked for one dozen glazed donuts and 5 dozen donut holes. It's the same order every Friday. When I went to pick up the lady said he said one dozen donuts only. I was next to my husband when he called it in and that's not what was said. I stated I needed 5 dozen donut holes and was told no. The lady that did my order is always rude when I go in. Rolling her eyes and acting annoyed with everything and everyone. I loved this store cause they have really good donuts but don't think we will be returning. And it wasn't a mistake. My husband told her the order 3 separate times.

How do you not provide the one thing that your business is literally advertising “Donuts”! They are all rude and act like you’re wasting their time by you coming in to buy donuts.

Imagine getting there at 430 to get cinnamon rolls and apple fritters because if You come after 9ish they don't have None. I came from Cleburne because we lived here in Alvarado for several yrs and we loved Pam's..But it was raining this morning and I made the trip for Absolutely Nothing..why..No cinnamon rolls or apple fritters..said over an hour wait.. SERIOUSLY..then 2 employees come in late while she telling me the wait time🙄..SMH..so instead of wasting gas and time..I ordered 4 plain donuts 1 chocolate cake donuts(that tasted like oil) and a chocolate milk drink..Almost $10..won't be coming back..This used to be the place to come get a variety of donuts..not just plain or choc.😑
