Star Doughnut

I've always loved their donuts! And they have different things to eat besides pastries! Fresh fruit, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt and granola cups, and house made Thai Tea! Looks like carrot juice but tastes like heaven! Good flavour for the sweettooths out there!

Went fake the first time yesterday morning. Incredible donuts but what stood out was the cheerful, upbeat staff with ready smiles, eager to both give great service and engaging conversation. They made me feel great about the day and important enough to talk to.

The donuts are always fresh and delicious and the women who work here are really nice.

Star Donuts is my favorite local donut shop. They have locations in both Jackson and Pine Grove which is great! Their donuts are always fresh and delicious!

Donuts baby. Fresh, delicious donuts. It's tough to find a really good donut shop, but I've found them. The current favorite for me is the blueberry fritter. So good!! All the times I've been here, the quality of each donut has been excellent and the consistency is spot on. That's the key to a really good restaurant or bakery. Every single time you go, you know exactly what to expect.

I'd planned to stop in Jackson but traffic got in my way SO ... I found STAR DONUTS in Pine Grove. WOW! I figured coffee & a donut would get me home. They offer several sandwiches (I ordered one), donuts & apple fritters & more. My ham sandwich was on a large croissant & I had my choice of fillings & condiments. It was yummy but half was filling. They got busy with locals & everyone was pleasant (on both sides of the counter). I bought some chips to take home, topped up my coffee & left. I ate my DELICIOUS APPLE FRITTER on the way home. Thanks folks for a lovely brunch. I'll recommend STAR DONUTS every chance I get!

Damned good donuts! Fresh, large selection of old favorites. And, holy cow, they stuff your jelly filled donut on request with delicious lemon or raspberry! Pine Grove is out of the way, but if you find yourself in the area, especially in the morning, you must stop here at Star Donuts. I was also impressed with the large variety of sliced, fresh fruit offers.

Donuts are great but the customer service makes it not worth it. The staff, especially a younger brunette, is always really rude. I try to be friendly and polite. I don’t expect over the top customer service, just common courtesy. But they act they I’m annoying them when ringing me up lol my bad for trying to support a local business! The attitude makes my husband and myself super uncomfortable so I don’t think we’re planning on going back for now. This hasn’t been a one time thing btw. We’ve experienced this multiple times throughout the last year or so. Unfortunate to lose customers over rude customer service.

(Is there not a law requiring a public restroom 🚻 if serving food and drinks. There is a posted restroom down the strip for the businesses. But apparently they don't maintain it enough for use. How hard is it to buy toilet paper and paper towels to show your customers that they are appreciated. Obviously we are good enough to take our money 💰 Selfish Greedy And profits would describe this business the best. Another example of don't like it. Oh well where else you going for donuts. Original owners had more class. But new owners not from county obviously. Better off with hostess from gas station. They have bathroom. HATED IT second bad experience here.

Been in there twice worst customer service ever they do not greet their customer, They look at you, like you come out from outer space! Especially if you're not white, And the sign say smile, we have camera on the window. They should be face it to the employee!!
