Simple. Delicious. Cost-effective/great value. I ordered the grilled cheese with a side of fries and a large drink, their root beer is really good, recommend it. Grilled cheese was perfect, bread was like texas toast, cheese was perfect. Fries were like shoestring fries, delicious nonetheless, ketchup is tiny cups you fill yourself. They have a ton of sweet tea options as well if that's your thing. I like that they give you a little soft biscuit and some honey for dessert. Tasted great. Metal chairs were comfortable even for a big guy. --- -Couple suggestions/things to note- - Bathroom door is very heavy. - The sink is very deep. If you're ADA you might have issues with these two things.

First time visitor. Very helpful front counter person who helped with our decision. They feature a build your own burger menu and have salads as well. Plenty of sides to order. Will return when back in Amarillo TX

Wow. So good! Great food, very filling! Excellent service. Friendly staff. And the tea selection is HUGE! They even have little bitty cups next to the tea so you can sample the flavors before committing. Loved it here!

This was my LARGE CHEESE fries, barely any there. And the burger was absolutely just thrown together and no mayo like I requested. Absolutely disappointed. If you want a GOOD burger and GOOD cheese fries for to GOLDENLIGHT. I should stopped being lazy and got off my butt to go do a pickup order instead door dashed this crap.

This restaurant used to be very good, always dependable for a good burger and fries. The quality has decreased considerably. For a restaurant with the word "buns" in their name, their hamburger buns leave much to be desired. They are chewy and taste weird. The burger is pretty good aside from that--meat, cheese, and sides are all good. Fries and tots have decreased in quality, but not that much. They still have a selection of teas, but they only carry Pepsi products and a bad-tasting root beer. The music is also really loud. Disappointing to say the least.

Overall the line was pretty long trying to have lunch here. Plenty of seating in the dining area though. Service at the counter was great. Food cost 30 dollars for two meals. My egg was way over cooked on the burger and the onion rings were not seasoned well at all. I would not really recommend this place honestly. I think blue sky costs about the same and the food is way better. Cheese fries and chipoltle may were on point though.

Super sad. It’s been sometime since I’ve been here and maybe I forgot to order. But got the Buns Burger and it only had cheese. I guess i should have asked what it came with. But paid about 15$ for a patty with chz and bun sure fries and drink that ridiculous if you ask me 😔

I have had a problem getting a well done burger with no red in the meat. Last week I ordered my burger well done & still had to send it back. So tonight we returned & I stressed “well done” when I ordered explaining last week my burger had to be re-cooked. Still got a burger with red in the middle. This has not always been an issue but it is now. When the burgers are done, I really like them.

Only giving the 1 star because the no star was not an option. Burgers over year ago went to very small McDonald’s kids size but the price increased. Can’t get large patty any more as not on menu. Went on Saturday and their very few less than 5 cars in parking lot should have have given me warning enough to leave and go some place else. The employees are rude and do not listen to customers. One young manager seems to have been trained to be rude! I will never be going back to this place unless in Lubbock as they have not made these horrible decisions, and even still have the buy a burger get a burger promotion they have had for years. Later Bums Over Texas Amarillo location!

This place used to be so great. Honestly what happened? Bait and switch with the menu, nothing is included anymore, so expect to pay at least $20 for a sandwich fries and drink. Insane. Used to be made in house, delicious, line out the door. Now? Meh, not worth the money or the drive. Another staple of Amarillo price gouging while lowering quality. Shame, I'll miss it.
