I have been looking for a good place to eat since I got to Amarillo back in March and this place is definitely it. I ordered an ultimate burger meal minus the tomatoes and jalapeños. Onion rings were pretty good, definitely better than the regular fast food chain type. The strawberry shake I ordered was really good too. Chunks of strawberry and very good flavor. And on to the burger.. it came out almost too hot to hold, which I like. First bite I got a mouthful of jalapeños. Due to medical issues I can't do spicy. So after dousing the fire in my mouth with the milkshake, they fixed the problem very quickly and even gave me a refund for the difference. I had neither asked for or expected that. Overall I'm very happy with my experience at stars and will most definitely be back.

Got the ends of tomato on my burger. Like tomato donuts. The end with the middle cut out. Diet coke tasted like it had tea mixed with it. Manager said she was training new people and there was a help wanted sign in the windows. Tots were good, not too salty and the burgers are usually done right and are good.

My tator tots were cold and they poured way too much syrup in my cherry limeade, and why would you not allow people with a card to tip your workers, probably why i got bad service

Our burgers were so smashed and flat, they were cold, so were the fries, and also soggy. one edge of my bun was all soggy to. The flavor was so blah, their style was like a knock off Sonic drive in. Place was busy, so I guess it's a local hot spot. Not much in this town I guess.

The people were great but y'all might wanna look at y'all's food safety and practice is better. My fiance and I both have food poisoning after eating this yesterday. Yes I am positive it's from here because this was the only thing I ate yesterday..

Ask for a number one, ask for jalapenos they gave me a dry Burger with no lettuce no tomato no onion the girl taking an order was getting attitude so I'm afraid to eat the burger now luckily I had lettuce in my refrigerator I won't be going there again still have lost my business.

I have never ate here before but I went here around 630 yesterday December 6th for a order someone put on door dash went to pick the order up and waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers at the 20 minute mark I pressed the green button to make sure they didn’t forget about me after asking what can they help with I said hi I’m just checking in on the door dash order I’m picking up it’s been 20 minutes the older lady that answered when I press the button did not reply I said hello she was gone so I press the button again and the same thing happen I waited 20 more minutes and got angry and decided to get out the car to see what going on a young lady said they are still making the 2 burgers !!! I said okay 5 minutes later the order was brought it took for me to get out the car to get this order that specifically said wait in your car for the order while I watched other people pull in order and get their order right away communication skills awful and the lady on the head set made me feel like disrespected I didn’t matter it’s just DoorDash I’m just trying to make sure the people get their food what is the problem

Ordered 3 meals that apparently was more than advertised. One lady then proceeds to come collect money before food was even ready. Then another woman brings the food, but only the sides. After that proceeds to bring the rest of the food but still forgets the chili cheese dog and when I asked where my jalapenos were that I ordered and PAID FOR to be on my cheese fries she then asks me 'you want those"?

The food was disgusting. Never getting it here again. The packaging was greasy and the food itself tasted old and had sauce all over it.

Person that took the order VERY RIDE I was a bother asked for unsweetened tea Got sweet tea. Didn't ask if I wanted fries or tater tots didn't ask if I want ranch or ketchup not happy at all

I ordered the #14 salad w/chicken which comes with a drink for $11.49 plus tax: when he asked what to drink? I said I don’t need one… well he charged me for a drink… when they brought me my order they also had a drink… I told the young lady… tell him I said thank you for charging me for a drink I didn’t want, because I didn’t order one.. tell him to check the reviews… she was shocked that I said anything… 🤬🤬🤬

Food is bomb but I’ve never been hear before and first off the guy taking our order managed to be deaf with dementia and repeated to me exactly what I ordered and ended up scamming my husband. To start what we got was #4 w/ mayo no lettuce no tomatoes, LARGE TOTS, a large drink, JUST THE CHICKEN STRIPS WITH BBQ, chili cheese tots and medium drink right NO we were charged $37.07 for this and THOMAS put down exactly that BUT put CHICKEN STRIP DINNER w/ BBQ that is a meal and that would mean I was also lacking a drink and because it didn’t show us a order in a screen we assumed ok cool then we got our food.. large drink was watered down, missing large tots, and I was not expecting the dinner strips I thought it was just strips so I was going to forgive then I find out I was given white gravy and my husband was mad cuz where are his tots huh so I personally don’t suggest it maybe with different staff. I HAVE THE RECEIPTS TOO AND IF MY HUSBAND WAS WILLING TO I WOULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING MORE.
