Most Round tables put loads of toppings on the gourmet veggie pizza I always order but this time the toppings were sparse and the crust was undercooked. Must of had a new chef because usually their pizzas are the best!

The pizza is delicious, the location and the atmosphere are so-so...There were so many people standing around in the back socializing. The service in front was very friendly and my food was hot (because I picked it up) and tasted really good. Round Table is high priced. We got an X-large pep.pizza and 10 buffalo wings for $56. !?! Just in passing, the salad bar looked really fresh/ I would recommend this restaurant. It is the very best pizza around- and definitely my favorite.

Nice folks. Always get order right and ready when they say if you pick up. Parking can be a bit dicey at times cause there's not a ton and if you order delivery can be longer than indicated by 20 or more minutes but pizza's always good....

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, however, not the cleanest place I've eaten. All the tables were dirty and even had a small spider run across my table. May make you wonder about the kitchen......

they get your food to your house pretty quickly but it takes longer when they are busy. still my pizza has always been hot when it git to me

Came for the lunch special, which included a drink, 1 topping personal pizza, and one trip salad bar. There are lots of fresh veggies at the salad bar. The beverage bar was functional with multiple options. Hand sanitizers and napkins are readily available for use. Lots of clean tables are available for seating. There is plenty of parking in the free parking lot. Clean bathrooms available. Side room available for parties and / or large groups. Would go again. Beware of nats flying around.

Go to the store and buy several bags and pour them in your machine. Just like any other restaurant would.

Honestly I didn't eat around table today. I don't think I would have . Three of the parking spots right in front of round table Pizza were occupied by round table Pizza trucks as far as I'm concerned right from the beginning there's no respect for their customers because they can park anywhere in this parking lot but they choose to park right in front of the store where there customers should be given room

I like round table pizza... But the crust is not fully cook. I feel the uncooked flour in my mouth. Next time make sure crust is fully cooked. Thanks!

The lights in this restaurant flicker, the air conditioning was up way too high. We ordered the bbq chicken pizza and they did not put the BBQ sauce on it. It just seems like they don't care about customer service, like a lot of other places.

I had a personal pizza. It's very small, cheese was dull no taste and over baked. When I placed the order they would not upgrade to a small size because coupon only good for personal size.

This round table used to be very good, but lately I've been ignored at the counter, food that was on the colder side, and just not a great experience. Really needs to be better, or I can go elsewhere.

It seems every time I go there there's someone standing behind the cashier really giving me unfriendly stares. Maybe I'm miss understanding him but I will be going to the new Mountain Mike's in town. Not a good way to great customers

They are always an hour late, forget something or bring me the wrong order. I now have to order 3 hours early and warm the food up for my kids.. #pizzaproblems

Good pizza rude service. The woman that answers the phone is very rude. She was rushing me off the phone . Before I could even say thank you she hung up on me. I guess it’s not a high paying job but you should still be respectful to customers: Honestly if my family wasn’t so hungry I would definitely cancel my order. I felt so rushed . When I place my order I asked to dine-IN after 10, 20, 30, 40 minutes my kids were super hungry I went to check out on the food, whoever made the order put the food to go. The guy on the counter only smile and hand me the two boxes I told him "I resquested to eat here" he smile again no saying anything..... I took the two boxes to my table and me and my kids we were eating from the box with no plates no ranch and even worst WITHOUT AN APOLOGY 😡😡😠😡😡

I use to love Roundtable but lately they can't get it together, I have had multiple late deliveries (when ordering online it says 1 hour but pizza comes more than 2 hours later) when I call in to check on the status of the pizza I am told they only had one driver or they are short staffed & my pizza has been riding around in a truck for the past hour! I have order pizzas that weren't cut, so I had to bring them back, they ran out of crust one day & told me to call back & the final straw is 9/7 I was overcharged, the manager says she would correct it that night & today is 10/18 & I still have not received my money back & corporate/customer service & management keep passing me around like a hot potato instead of taking care of the problem, so I just eat at Mountain Mikes instead! Glad they opened up in AmCan!

I placed an order with them at 10 in the morning to come and pick up my pizza at 1215. I showed up at 1220 and they hadnt even started to make mine. I told them I would wait, and then watched the cashier take a phone order and put it ahead of my order. I had them cancel my order and walked to Hawaiian Bbq.

We spent almost $200 and they still tried to charge for a side of ranch to dip the pizza. Very petty and unnecessary and lacking in customer service.

The worst customer service ever!!! I ordered online wan told 20 minutes to pick up I was 5 minutes later then it took another 25 minutes for my order to be ready, not one sorry for the delay or anything for being so late and there was 7 employees there, only one person in the store and the phone rang twice the whole 25 minutes I was waiting. Never going here again

Under staffed, very untidy, got charged twice, and 20minutes later after ordering online 3 hours earlier and showed up 15 minutes before time. Can't say much more. Very bad experience...

Horrible pizza every time! We have given this place many chances over the years and it's always bad. We live less than three miles from them and it still takes them over 60 minutes to deliver a mostly cold and tasteless pizza to us. We have also gone in to the shop to eat and the service is hit and miss, usually miss. In general Round Table is way over priced.

We phoned in an order around 915pm and arrived for pick up around 950. The young girl rung us up and told us it should be out shortly. We waited almost 20 mins until I went up to the counter to follow up. She was too busy helping out her friend and chatting to really follow up on our order. All she did was call out to her coworker to the back and AFTER she was done with her friend she asked us what name was on the order. I made sure to note we had called in the order an hour ago, but she didn't seem to care or seem concerned. Finally another young man who seemed to know what he was doing came up and told us they made the wrong pizza. How did they JUST figure that out? It seemed obvious that they dropped the ball and forgot the order. He offered us an extra large and 20% our next order. There is only 2 of us and only in town for 1 night. We would still need to wait another 15-20 mins, so we asked for a refund. What should have been a quick pick up turned long and annoying!

The absolute worst customer service we've ever experienced. Front of house girls are rude, very unintelligent and have clearly had almost no training. Two other groups behind us left to go to Panda Express. Several people on the phone hung up and/or canceled their orders. One girl put a call on hold while her mom brought in food. The other girl took a facetime call while I was trying to order. Incompetent and unintelligent is an understatement

Always problems when we order from this roundtable. They took over an hour make our pizza and parmesan twists. i called to figure out what was taking so long and they said the first driver took it and brought it back because she "didn't want to deliver it" and then allowed a 2nd driver to driver our food. How unsanitary is that? Good thing I called and instantly cancelled the order.

Tried to pay with a gift card Last week and the girl couldn't figure out how to use it, so I paid with my credit card , lack of training! Called today to order and the girl on the phone said it would be more if I paid with a gift card. Really! I have been going there for years and they just lost a customer!

They don't honor their own corporate coupons. Employees are rude and have nasty attitude. After placing phone order, waited the 50 minutes time quote for order completion. Drove to pick up order, order wasn't started until paid for and had to wait an additional 30 minutes inside the restaurant. When you walked into the establishment, all but one table were filled with dirty dishes and uneaten food. Two employees were playing with each other behind the salad bar "adult play". Had to tell my child to look away. On top of all that my order was wrong. In conclusion I spent $48 to get the wrong order after waiting an 1 hour 45 minutes. Then had to see two employees fondling each other behind the salad bar in a very dirty establishment. Will not be going back to this place, nor will I ever order from them again. Just think after those people were done fondling each other then start touching YOUR food!?! Truly DISGUSTING.

We tipped a lot both times and didn’t make any fuss. We had reservations at a restaurant that would have charged us 200.00 easily but cancelled as this was convenient. However, we would’ve been happily ready to pay the extra cost for really good service as opposed to this. We asked politely for cutlery for our salads and without a word, the cashier handed it to me as if it was inconvenient. The female worker behind the counter making the pizza was staring at us and I mean death stare to see who would break first. I had my daughter with me and I just am not going to participate in that behavior. “Grow up.” She had a scowl on her face the entire time, like we shouldn’t be there. They close at 11, and we arrived at 8:50pm and there were only two other guests that arrived during this time. They were not busy. The cashier could not be bothered. This was horrible service and whomever is in charge needs to re- staff your store. I get not being able to staff well because of potentially low wages but In short your employees were entitled and rude both nights. That’s why I posted this tonight after the first night experience.

It's not like this now. The A/C bill from PG&E alone will put them out of business...

The creamy garlic sauce we had requested instead of the red sauce was somehow over looked. Seems to be a thing at this round table just to not pay attention then when you call and ask for what you ordered they tell you it will be at least 60 minute wait. I ask for a discount told 15% best they can do on our next order. Not sure there will ever be a next order. For the price your charging your employees need to pay attention and get the orders correct. 3 strikes your out round table. At least MOUNTIAN MIKES down the street has got my orders correct!!!

When I ordered, I ask for wings and the cashier rung me up for twists instead. Didn’t get those until 15 minutes after we got the pizzas, and they didn’t even offer to make it right. The staff didn’t care and they were on their phones instead of working. The girl putting the items in boxes was literally talking on her phone at the window. I never come to Round Table and I honestly don’t think I will again. Definitely not this one. I don’t live in this area either so it was very disappointing. To top it off, their ice machine was also broken, so they had a bin of ice next to the soda machine. I read some other reviews and the first one I saw said the ice machine was broken so I am not sure if it broke again or if they never fixed it from 6 months ago.

What a disappointment here. My father in law who is a disabled vet and moved out of the state wanted a round table pizza. I went to this location. In the hope of getting the ingredients without being cooked. So we could surprise him for his birthday with an authentic round table pizza he loves so much. Unfortunately Rose the manager has no decency to try and help me out. I was willing to order 3 pizzas and give a generous tip so I could fly this home and surprise him. I won't ever be back and I hope others see this review and go elsewhere. Rose wasn't such a Rose.......

Ok no big deal.....at least I hope the food is good. I ordered a single house salad for NINE dollars. That seems ridiculously priced for one small garden salad.....the salad bar was pretty sad. Dried out beans....bitter cucumbers. Lettuce pieces bigger than my hand as in not cut up lol. Beets were slimy and the ranch tasted sour....nothing looked fresh unfortunately. The containers for the sunflower seeds and bacon bits were covered in dust... I was asked if i wanted to dine in or to go and opted to dine in. The main dining room was a mess all the booths had dishes piled up with grease ans crumbs smeared on the table and seats like they had not wiped them all day. Plus the flickering strobe lights above the booths which would have been cool had I been attending a rave.... so we sat in the back room where there were pizza boxes stacked up and an employee soda cup.looked like an employee den. The temp was 62 degrees in the dining room. Really? We can't splurge to even 68ish to warm customers up when it's 40 degrees out during holidays lol? I get called at the counter to come swoop my pizza which is served in to go boxes with paper plates on top. I guess that's their rendition of dining in. I asked why it was in a to go box since i asked to dine in and was told that's how they do it for dine in. We decided to just take the pizza back to the hotel where we wouldn't freeze eating it. The experience was awful to a comical degree. The pizza I ordered tasted good so I will give them that...but i ended up on the toilet for the next 2 days with my guess being the busted salad bar as the culprit. Won't be back. I used to love round table. This location was a genuine disappointment.
