Good place for some food. It's just like any other panda express. The in door seating is nice and they kept the store very clean. Very nice atmosphere and great employees helping with orders to make sure everything is right. Food tasted just fine as other panda express I've been to before.

I had such a great experience at Panda Express! The customer service went above and beyond everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but what really stood out was how attentive and kind the staff were. It’s not often you see that level of customer care. Michelle was the best! I’ll be back here again.

This is a really great location. Most of the staff here are super nice and friendly. Maylen who is manager is super friendly and works very hard alongside her assistant manager Molly. These ladies always seem energetic and Molly always greets all customers as they arrive with a smile on her face. Love her energy. James is also a hard working man as well. Thanks guys! I always come back and use my panda rewards and fill out surveys for free small entrees when I can. By far the best location I’ve been to glad I live nearby. Keep up the great work! Food is always fresh. Teriyaki chicken and Orange Chicken is really tasty and delicious!

Always have low prices for good quality food.

Food and portions are good. I've been there quite a few times and the a/c is always blowing cold air on you and makes your food cold, too. So we just eat in the car.

I personally like Panda though many people renounce it as Not Chinese. The vegs in the dishes are cooked correctly though if sitting around awhile not so much. I usually enjoy a Bowl and it gives me plenty to eat.

Had family dinner with orange chicken. Alwsys seems like I have to wait as that dish is usually always almost gone. Wish they had potstickers, but dont. Crab puffs and egg rolls over cooked but food solid and they do remember your order. Don't care for the chow mein, but reasonable price and service is good

Like other Chinese places lately any chicken dish is terrible. Not the taste but the chicken is stringy and/or dark and not a good taste.

About three years ago I stopped at a Panda Express, in Pace, Florida. The service there was so bad I vowed to never try this restaurant chain ever again. I broke that vow and this experience changed my opinion. The young ladies were all beyond pleasant despite being very busy. When I was asked if I had ever been to a Panda Express, and I replied "No" the lady tripped over herself to help me understand the menu. She even took the time to set up the app on my phone and ensured I received the discounts and points on my first order. I liked the entire experience but I had to remove one star because of the cleaning supplies left in the customer's view. For me seeing a broom, a mop, or a cone...is an immediate 1-star removal. Other than that my opinion has significantly improved and my future experiences will have a benchmark this establishment created for me. I may even eat here again before I resume my road trip.

I was dissatisfied with the portions. They load you up on rice and noodle skimp on the main courses. I'm a commercial mover. Don't skimp on the portions if you want return business from me. Im a hungry man and you give more in the pint size than the plates .

Shalom as I'm in town for work inconveniently found this Panda Express I was minded to visit it because of the experience I had in the Windsor California Panda Express. I ordered 1 * bigger harmonious plate which was supposed to be more food. Yet the super greens was almost 30% less the amount of what I was getting the few weeks while I was at the Panda Express in Windsor California. There was nothing about this plate that was more. It was definitely less. I would have went back in however it was a pickup order so the bag was tied and had a piece of security tape on it so I just assumed everything was in order.

Got there at 10:15 am, they are supposed to be open at 10:00 am and ready to serve, nothing is ready; management should start their cooks earlier, otherwise friendly staff.

I stopped by and grabbed a bowl. When I got to the car I noticed I didn't have a fork so I went back in. The guy in front of me got a fork in his bag, but I still thought it might have been a mistake. Then when I asked the lady for a fork she instead had me walk around to the side and get it myself although there was a box of forks behind her and she just gave one to the gentleman in front of me. Super weird experience.

They unlocked the doors at 910 and the only food dishes that were available is fried rice and kung pow chicken. I think management should hold a class and explain how time works. I would think everybody understand what the little hand and big hand mean on a clock and if not everybody has a digital clock on their phone. On some level the employees should know how long it takes to cook the dishes and if not then maybe mgmt should be more proactive in making sure all employees know what time to start their shift so dishes re ready at 9am when you say your open. I know that’s a foreign idea but just might help!!

We come here very often and continually having the same issues. The last couple times online order food isn’t ready until 1520 minutes after and then when we do get the food it’s not fresh I’ve asked for it to be remade today and they said they were too busy. I understand it’s New Year’s Eve, but I ended up having to go home with some thing that was not delicious and fresh the way it should be.

The employees keep the restrooms closed, just to not have to clean.

We live in American Canyon what the Panda Express. The food was terrible very badd. Will never eat there again. Fried rice Tasted like steamed rice. Broccoli and beef no beef no sauce. Our Bill was over $30 terrible. Food was terrible

Absolute terrible customer service. They constantly forget things like forks, the sauces you ask for and mostly get orders wrong (even of you ask them directy). When I asked for a refund for an order they got wrong, the manager told me no. I highly advise not going here.

It's 10:00 am on a Sunday, opening time; they are still cooking ALL the food, asked me to wait 10-15 mins. for what I wanted, waited almost 30 mins. and still my order is not ready and not even signs that it was gonna be ready any soon, just left.

Horrible experience with manager. Staff member gave me mushrooms instead of chicken and I am allergic to mushrooms. The manager was rude and will not give me a refund. I do not live in the area so luckily will never have to go back. STAY AWAY.

I asked for teriyaki sauce and didn’t receive any even after i asked to pay for it. very disappointed and ashamed of this “customer service”. i will not be coming back if melissa is working.
