Stopped in for some boba tea on a road trip through the area; service was fairly quick and the employees were friendly enough. The tea was good, not great, but overall enjoyable. Not the best boba tea ever, but it was everything it needed to be.

Employees, Customer Service & Drinks: 5 Stars Food: Kinda good, Spam & Eggs, Lumpia, and Spamasubi are pretty good. Why don’t you ever answer the phone? Like, ever? Is it too quiet, is it not hooked up proper or something? I have never heard a phone ring in there. Also, why is your DoorDash all messed up? Just call them. I want to be able to at least order for pick up if you guys ain’t gonna answer the phone. Sounds like a situation where the owner needs to enable the business better and the employees just have to deal with all the issues brought on by poor management. They still seem he’ll nice and happy when you go in though.

Since I live in Vallejo I came to this quickly & it’s nothing like the one in Oakland. The fried calamari rings arent the same at all the seasoning is but the texture is hard, not breaded very well & they put octopus pieces in the bag as well.

So many varieties of flavors to choose from on teas, slushes, snow, bobas, etc. Very popular place especially on hot summer days. I would give this place a higher rating, but there were times the restroom was not available, the temperature inside this place is warmer than outside, and one time they ran out of ice.

Pieces of what seemed like a crumbly plastic in my drink. Every sip I took had this weird mystery stuff in it. Been dozens of times and never had this. And no it wasnt undissolved sugar.

They used to do their job right and efficiently,it seems as if they got new workers who are lazy and don’t do their job right. yesterday i came and they were about to mess up three drinks i ordered all with “no ice” and this lady was putting ice in them,my dad said “those are with no ice” then she has the audacity to say “these drinks weren’t yours buddy” right before she goes on and gets someone else to remake them 🤦‍♂️ took 20 minutes on an empty day and today i came with my sister,they messed up her order and i waited over 30-40 minutes for her to come out. i won’t be coming again,horrible service

The first time I went to this Quickly, I got a custom black iced tea that I was super satisfied with. I went back on two separate days, and the cashiers messed up my custom drink. The first cashier decided to change my order into a milk tea instead of fulfilling my request for a black iced tea because it was her preference of ingredients over my order choice, and I tried to let the order mess-up be bygones because the taste was still great but unfortunately the drink didn't agree with my stomach. The second cashier had me pay for my black iced tea, served me a milk tea instead, and she watered down my drink so bad that my drink wasn't worth the buy.

I visited Quickly quite a lot during my first few times living here in Vallejo and until recently I took a hiatus because I was completely disappointed each visit. It’s been 5 months since my last visit and I felt like the disappointment had gone down a little from my last visit. WRONG. If you would like a more thorough review of my visits it’s on Yelp but I had to come on Google as well due to Quickly not having any sort of customer service to correct mistakes. Anyway, today 08/09/22 my bf came by around 4:30pm to pick two simple drinks. Both with boba, a milk tea and tiger tea. He didn’t take a sip until he got home only to find his milk tea is ROTTEN! It’s sour, and it’s so bad it even smells disgusting. I tried calling their number but they never answer. Not sure why they have that number. I msged them on IG still no response. This establishment can get away with just about anything, take no accountability and leaves a sour taste in my mouth LITERALLY. What a waste of money.

This is one of those boba places that can’t adjust sweetness without losing flavor. I got my milk tea light sweetness and it tasted like water. The boba had no sweetness either. I threw it out and went to Sharetea around the corner.

Me and my mother stopped by to grab two drinks. We entered was not greeted. We proceeded to the Register as a girl asked us if we are ready to order in a rude tone. We said yes walked up was speaking and She Interrupted and yet again in a rude tone asked if I could speak up witch I did. My mother noticed the girl from the register whisper in another girls ear as she was making. I was waiting for mine and my mothers drinks at pickup area and she turned around and asked me if I had a question I told her no and she rudely told can you go over there and wait and waved her hand at me like Shoeing me off few seconds my drinks were ready. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t even drink what I purchased and my mother decided not to also so we throw them away. I have never been so disappointed in there customer service I use to come to this quickly all the time I will not spend another dollar here or any quickly after this you have lost me as a customer. They upcharge you for a large drink automatically without you asking due to them not having regular size cups. Prices don't match the prices on the wall.
