Mountain Mike's

Food was great. They gave us a great deal. Had a good time eating with family. Was kinda bummed they didn't have any games. It was the main reason we chose to go there but we still enjoyed our meal.

I have lived in Vallejo for over 5 years now. This is the only Mountain Mike’s location I order from. When I first moved to Vallejo I and tried to order for delivery both locations stated they did not deliver to my area. I had told whoever helped me the situation and at the time I didn’t have a vehicle and this location delivered my pizza for my family. The food comes out great. The location is clean. And the customer service is always top notch. I was a bit sad to find out that a new location will be opening closer to my residence because this location will be outside of delivery for sure. I guess I’ll have to order carry-out more. The customer service is THAT great here.

We've always had consistent service and quality from this specific location but our delivery driver tonight really went the extra mile. She called me to update me on ETA when it went a little past the original time(wasn't even an issue to begin with, just thought that was cool) and had a great vibe when she arrived. I wish I remembered her name cause I'd love to give her a personal shot out.

Mountain Mike's pizza has always been good. They have a variety of different toppings, sauces, and you can get your pizza crust Crispy, pan either way, it always comes out great. They have a lunch special, a salad bar. A pretty decent sized dining room with tables and chairs. My favorite is the Everest. Because I love that curled up pepperoni. I love the crisp. You should try it.

Someone stepped up their pie game recently. Man had dough issues for a while all fixed now

It was the first time I ordered food here. There was a slight mistake on my order that I didn't catch until I got home. I called to ask if they would be able to correct it and what could be done about the already touched food. I didn't want them thinking I was trying to give trouble and receive a refund or something like that. My youngest sibling just won't eat pizza unless there is pepperoni in it. She'll pick off the things she doesn't like but won't eat unless there is pepperoni. They kindly told me I could keep the wrong order and pick up a new pizza in 20 minutes with no issues. They even thanked me for not calling them all angry and demanding for a refund. So very kind! I worked retail and I know how horrible people get when they want things their way, so I always politely ask for help. Though, if they give me attitude first I don't hesitate to retaliate. So, all in all, had a wonderful experience with them and loved the food. Would definitely recommend it and order from them again!

There is no salad bar anymore. There is no all you can eat buffet. And there r no fountain drinks. This is what the dining room looks like during business hours. Wait time to cook my mini pizza, 30 minutes! No one is here.

This is the Mountain Mikes off of Lewis Brown & Sonoma Blvd. I went for the salad bar. Not a real big selection of things to add in the salad. No cabana beans , no kidney beans , no avocado , just pretty basic lettuce , tomato, and cheese

We had the pizza buffet lunch. Pre pandemic the buffet lunch was much better. The selection of pizza is very limited, but the salad bar is good. We were there on a Friday, but there were very few customers taking advantage of the buffet. I'm sure that's why the selection of pizza was limited.

Literally the worst pizza spot ever. Food is good (SHOULD be). But wjy are the hours wtong? They stop taking orders at 11:40. Why??????? This place sucks. And they should do a better job giving ACCURATE HOURS. Will not be going here anymore 👍

Went for lunch buffet. At the height of lunch, 1pm, they only had half a veggie and half a hamburger pizza. You would expect them to have a fresh pizza out since one was out and half of the other two remained, but that's just me.

Horrible, run down , ugly establishment. Christmas tree still up and tons of boxes everywhere. Salad bar had old brown lettuce which I asked cashier to replace it and took him 10 minutes and one of the dressings looked old and barely anything left in the container. Also it's 10.91 for the salad bar . Family member is pregnant and could had slipped onto leaking water everywhere near the fountain drinks and several times told cashier to mop it up and when we left there still was leaking water everywhere. Also there was no Pepsi in their refrigerator or sodas bottle. Highly recommend establishment on Sonoma blvd not this restaurant it SUCKS! Only positive thing the pizza was cooked satisfactory. I was uncomfortable eating there .
