Never had a problem here with service or the taste! I come here a lot in the morning for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The donuts and some other foods on the menu are kinda mediocre, but other than that everything tastes great. I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher rating. I think a lot of the bad reviews for this place are just written by people who have nothing better to do than pick out and critique the tiniest things to complain about. I saw one review that said, “They don’t even ask if you want a receipt!” Okay Karen, how about YOU just ask for one of it bothers you so much? Good work from the employees. :)
They are always courteous and friendly. The drinks and food are yummy!
Typically this location gets very busy. Of the 4 locations within 2 mile radius it is my favorite location. It's the only one of the 4 that makes my coffee right. Drive thru staff are usually friendly.
This is my go to tim hortans and when I went in October a dude wore a barbarian outfit , love the ppl there only issue is it's 4 +blocks away
Just had the loveliest Tims experience of my life. Went in for some breakfast sandwiches and iced coffees and the two gentlemen who took care of us were efficient and kind. The Amherst Crosby’s doesn’t even know how good they’ve got it.
The staff here is so so friendly. My order is always perfect too!

Sometimes the sugar machine gets clogged and my coffee isn't sweet but the staff is super freindly and they always make it right by remaking me a new cup.

One of the most underrated Tim Hortons in the area. Fast, efficient, fast, friendly, efficient. My best friend got me to start going to this one. Thank his god blessed soul. If you're looking for convenience this is definitely the spot since they have the gas station and store with this one. If you're looking for bar this isn't a bar. It's a gas station, Tim Hortons combo. The other nearest Tim Hortons too this is by Charlie the butchers on Cayuga drive in case you find something that you don't like about this one.
Staff is friendly, usually little to no wait, food has gone downhill over the years but that's just Tim Hortons. Still good in a pinch, Id give 3.5 if I could but 4 stars because it's consistent decent coffee and food.

Could not understand the cashier via drive-thru. Asked for black coffee, received with milk and sugar. SERVICE at both stores extremely slow
Terrible waits at this location. Most days, it's 10 minutes or more to get through drive thru. Today, I was one of two cars in the drive thru, and I waited almost 15 minutes. And my coffee SUCKED.
Stopped by this morning as I usually do before work and the coffee tasted off when I got to work. Felt like it had a film and tasted weird. Creamer was clumpy once I took the lid off and checked it. Waste of money.
This Tim Hortons sucks. Whenever I go there at night, there are no employees found. And today, they completely got my order wrong. My iced coffee's ice melted in a minute and the coffee was still Luke warm. They also put no sugar in it when I asked for double double AND they didn't give me a caramel shot. Can they screw up any more? I'm not going here any more.
I used to be a regular (hence the 2 stars) until one day one of the employees decided to argue with me about my order. He insisted & spoke over me so many times I couldn’t even correct him. At one point there were 2 employees talking at me so it was impossible to even have a conversation. He insisted I said CARAMEL when that word never came out of my mouth. When I pulled around, three employees INCLUDING THE MANAGER were standing there so she thought this interaction was fine, didn’t intervene, and he continued to talk over me & argue. I was stunned. All I wanted was an iced coffee to help a migraine. I will never go back there & I hope the manager Ashley actually did something after versus just watch this all happen. Do better.
Do they clean ? First thing in the morning I'd expect the establishment to be clean. I've seen Tim Hortons in the ghetto cleaner than this place. I didn't even feel comfortable touching the bathroom sink. Urinal was overflowing and filled with toilet paper. Urine on the floor you name it I saw it. Disgusting
The service was very slow, my wife ordered a toasted bagel that was barely warm and not toasted. The floor behind the counter looked as if it hasn’t been swept or cleaned in weeks. There was food and garbage all over the floor and employees just walked over it around it. The area behind the register was disgustingly filthy and greasy, another area that looks like it’s never been cleaned at all.
I feel like I always end up disappointed when u go to Tim Hortons. The food and service quality have dropped considerably. There are hardly any variety of donuts anymore. My frozen hot chocolate was poorly made, and the bagel with cream cheese had basically no cream cheese on it at all. They seem to prioritize serving to many people and menu options over providing good food. That's a shame at what used to be a place I went to regularly.
I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF THIS LOCATION, AND WHEN I SAY REGULAR, I MEAN EVERY DAY AND SOMETIMES TWICE DAILY. I SPEND A LOT OF MONEY HERE. TODAY I WENT IN TO THIS LOCATION AND ORDERED A MEDIUM ICED COFFEE WHICH COST ME 2.30. I ASKED FOR MY MEDIUM WITH NO ICE AS I WASNT READY TO DRINK IT AT THAT TIME AND USUALLY REQUEST LITTLE ICE ANYWAY. THIS IS THE AMOUNT OF COFFEE I GOT IN A MEDIUM CUP- HALF! IM FLOORED, HONESTLY. IF I WOULD HAVE ORDERED A MED BLACK COFFEE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FILLED TO THE TOP, WHY BECAUSE ITS AN ICED COFFEE SHOULD I PAY MORE FOR HALF THE AMOUNT OF THE CUP SIZE? I AM PAYING FOR THE CUP SIZE ARENT I? I WILL BE MAKING A VERY BIG DEAL ABOUT THIS AND JUST WANT EVERYONE TO SEE HOW MUCH THEYRE GETTING RIPPED OFF.
Depending on whom you get to wait on you - this is a hit or miss place. Kimmie has been very helpful and accommodating with my orders - she's great, they should have someone like her waiting on customers - not people with no personality. Had a bad experience there with a guy I never seen before named Jesse - who refused to fill my iced coffee up to the top (as I had directed when placing the order - no room for anything) he gave it to me 1" below the top - I asked him to fill it up as I mentioned - he refused. Then he called the manager over who actually had the nerve to say, 'I will do it this time for you, but not again.' Oh really? So while companies like yours are charging more and more and giving us less - we should be ok with that? I don't think so. When a customer asks for coffee up to the top - that is what they should get. They are being cheap and would rather 'follow orders' than make the customer happy - and do not care about having repeat customers clearly. This is unreal quite frankly, and someone needs to talk to management about the manager and employees who just 'follow orders.' I also can't believe they never give receipts to customers - they do not even ask if you want one, you have to ask them to print one.
Oct 20th 7pm .Stopped for a bit to eat and was told coffee only. Plenty of Tim Hortons everywhere. I won't be back ti this location or the Crosbys it's located in. People make the difference, your staff doesn't make the cut.
I have always gone and never had any issues with product or employees. But tonight I went to redeem my free coffee for a cappuccino and they wouldn't except it. I've never had a problem in the past there or at any other Tim Hortons. Employee said manager won't let her redeem them for cappuccinos. I inquired about this with someone who owns many Tim Hortons and they said it can be redeemed on any hot beverage. I give them 1 star for the employees but not happy with management at this location.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! THE WORST TIM HORTONS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I went through the drive thru, and had activated two offers on my app prior to ordering, when I scanned my app at the window, they only credited me for one offer. I asked about it, and they said they are busy and can't explain things. Additionally, I requested extra crispy bacon on my breakfast sandwich (which was never an issue at OTHER Tim Hortons locations) but clearly at this location 'raw' is what they call 'crispy.' I also asked for an ice coffee, light ice with syrup (which they charged me for but was not in the cup). I received an ice coffee with a ton of ice and no syrup. I requested to have my receipt, which she said that would be a problem since their system is way behind and I would have to wait for, and to pull up, I waited maybe 4 minutes for my receipt. When she came out, I mentioned to her that my sandwich had virtually raw bacon (as I had now seen it), and I had requested 'extra crispy.' She took the sandwich from me, and I was concerned what they might do with it quite frankly. I followed her in (she did not see me) and I heard her telling the other girl making the sandwiches the issue, and they were saying some pretty nasty things about 'the customer' aka me.... I was on the other side of the counter, and they did not know I was there or followed her in. Additionally, I heard her say in a nasty voice, 'what the hell is she thinking? I can't do extra crispy bacon - it comes like it comes, its too bad' etc. all the while my sandwich is being handled and opened by the girl who was taking money at the window, and now this other person (no sanitary guidelines). They did not remake anything just saw her look in the bacon pile to see if there were any other pieces (which there were not) - and then the sandwich was closed and handed to me by the first girl - who now had seen me in there. I honestly was thinking they would have spit in my food by the way they were talking. I cannot believe HOW UNPROFESSIONAL this location is. To drop the ball on so many things, and then give me un-edible cold food with raw bacon, I am disgusted. The app is a joke only letting you redeem one offer - and not letting you use the scanning QR code for 30 minutes after the first time you use it! How lame is that? They could let you place two separate orders and pay twice, but they WON'T let you do that. Who is going to wait around 30 minutes to redeem the second code??!! This location is not like the others, and I would not trust going here again... GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION where they can do things right. NEVER AGAIN.
Went into this location about 3 weeks ago and a group of women were just standing around when the newer employees were working alone. was taken all the orders & maken them Bravo Jess, . I was shocked they had Noone to help her. An as I was waiting for my food I observed, a couple of women laughing about how slow 🐌 she was. I'm in this location alot. This still bothers me. And now last few times I went in, the newer girl was faster than the older women. An my coffee is always good 👍
Really really bad. I ordered an iced chai tea with a shot of espresso. Had to order it three times again before she understood what I asked for, I was then given a hot tea so I reminded her it was supposed to be iced and then before she handed me the drink I asked if it had the shot of espresso, she thought for a second and then said yes. The drink was white, warm and tasted like water. Absolutely zero espresso and I’m not even sure there was any chai
I ALWAYS have issues at this specific Tim Hortons. They always mess up at least one item in my order, and clearly they are not paying attention.
The cashier there is rude and has no speaking skills.. and she stared at me half the time without saying anything. Made me very uncomfortable.
The sign says "open at 6AM", workers were there but guess what? doors locked right in front of your face. OH and they judge you, they give you a nasty look for wanting Tim's In the morning. GOD forbid's a girl wants breakfast on her wonderful morning walk. (jokes aside) DON'T go, if you don't want to be judged. (if you're fat, it's worse).
Has given me the wrong drink 3 times in a row. I ordered an extra large hot cocoa with 2 creamer each time. The first time i was charged for an XL and got a large. Then they gave me an XL with no cream the second time. And the third i got a cafe mocha.
I don't go to this Tim regularly, and won't again. Couldn't understand order taker 1st off, forever in line. Ordered XL DD. I know better than to drink and drive, made it to my destination waiting for this Coffee to cool and enjoy. TERRIBLE! Dark (Burnt?) Not sweet or cream. Tried to call store, no answer. Too far to drive back. And Redeemed my rewards for it!! It's coffee!!! 3 simple ingredients. Worst Hortons I've been to and I'm a coffeeholic and OTR worker so I stop at many in my travels.
They don’t care about online order. I ordered a drink 20 minutes in advanced before I came to pickup; when I arrived, I still wait for another 25 minutes to get that drink. I told the staff that I have an online order and I already waiting for 15 minutes at that time. That staff don’t care about my order, and started to made my drink after almost all customers got their drinks. Nice job.
Whoever worked this morning around 6 55 am in the drive through. Not the short young girl, other lady, had an attitude. They need to fix that. Nobody wants to interfere with a rude person early morning right before work. This location needs to teach proper customer service and should hire people who are kind and polite, and Croissant was extremely dry and old. Was not fresh and not worth the $1.99 price at all. They should serve fresh items early morning! Not the left overs from previous day.
Absolutely horrible staff. Incredibly slow. Have no idea how to make the simplest coffee. Every time I order a cold brew or ice coffee with 1 milk the drink is white!!! Looks like they gave me an entire milk. How hard is it to literally make iced coffee and put one milk in it? Happens 75% of the time. Also Tim's has raised its prices making their awful service even more inexcusable
I went here around 2:50pm today to get my usual of a sweet ice tea with strawberry flavoring and my sausage and cheese english muffin. Now I am aware that this restaurant has a huge turnover rate and the staff is not well trained as I have frequented it quite a lot since moving here in 2016. It seems lately that every since order I have had in the past 6 months has had something wrong with it (I go about once a week). This time it was the tea. Now I would not complain if it was just a sweet tea but when I got to school it was literally just plain black ice tea. How does one get that from sweet ice tea with strawberry shots? Not only that but they handed me the receipt that actually had my order written on it so the girl was just lazy and handed me the wrong drink. I never complain, but really? So I went back after my class and was very nice about it. I even handed over my card when I should not have had to pay again. I said I was not mad and just upset that it was on the receipt but not made correctly. This girl working the window, grabs my receipt and starts making up every excuse instead of just apologizing. "Oh well strawberry drizzle is free so that's why" well it is not my fault if it is free, if it is in my order it is not optional. Me - "okay well there wasn't any sugar either" Her- "Well I wasn't here." These girls should either not have a job in customer service or not work the window with that attitude.
